This U-Haul location has everything you need in one place.I have been to many locations around the U.S. and this location was the best by far. Since this location is so good, it gets very busy at times. But it's worth the wait. The staff is very courteous, especially Chris Ortega that helped me and my family members with all there moving needs. Chris was extremely patient with our challenges and took his time to come up with solutions. I Highly Recommend this location and always send everyone I know to this U-Haul location. read more

Would not rent me a tow dolly because it was sprinkling and claimed it was U-Haul policy that they could not rent during light to heavy rain, when I showed U-Haul policy online they tune changed and they wanted to say it was managers policy, don't recommend to anyone. read more

Quick update, I still have not received my refund. I spoke with customer service and to no surprise, the refund was never issued even tho I received an email from a "manager" stating a refund will be issued. They are also blaming me for getting TRAPPED in THIER parking lot. They keep trying to find ways to make seem like I was a fault. I wish I can give negative stars. read more

I've never had to refill my propane tanks. I would always go to Home Depot and replace the whole tank for $24. Someone told me that U-Haul refills tanks. I wanted to do this because I still had about 20% of propane in the tank but the pressure was too low for my BBQ grill and my stove burners. I parked by the propane tank. It's that phallic looking tank right as you enter the driveway. There's a button to press to ring an attendant. They will refill your tank and you pay with your credit card on the attendant's cell phone. It had a credit card processing app. For two tanks, it cost me $31. It would have cost me $50 at Home Depot. The process was very easy. See my pictures. read more

DO NOT BRING PERSONAL ITEMS THEY WILL LOSE IT!!!! I rented a truck for half the day then returned it at close to closing time. Less than 15 minutes after dropping it off, I realized I left my speaker in the truck so called to get the truck pulled. I Also told them I was returning to the property to check the truck but then the excuses came. Somehow, the truck I rented was already off the property again (at 6pm???) and they could not find my speaker. They know what they were doing and you can't trust a business where their employees are willing to take valuables that don't belong to them. I am very disappointed in U-Haul and will ever go to this location again. read more

Honestly for many many years I've been coming to this location with family and friends , but these past couple days I went to go rent a truck myself. Overall amazing experience and staff were great to get me in and out through checking in and out. Trucks were readily available and location was opened at exactly 7am as they posted. After a quick reservation ahead of time , was out the store by 7:05am and on my way to deal with my business. Please come to this location cause I recommend it 100%! read more

U-Haul - Uhaul flucked us over again.... - Self Storage Near Me - Orlando, Florida

We recently moved and needed something ASAP. We only had a small amount left in our apartment. Thankfully for us they had a cargo available that was just right for our needs. The associate on the phone was very friendly and gave us prices. They currently had the $19.95 deal for their 8' pickup truck, 9' cargo van and 10' moving truck. She explained for the van it's .69 per mile. She even helped us calculate the mileage. The pickup process was not as smooth. Our first van had a strong ciggerette smell. The second van was good. We did majority of the packing and unloading at night so the lights in the van really help. The only other downfall of the experience was they charge your card extra for safety measures and pay back the difference of what you don't spend. Makes sense but the associate on phone didn't mention this. We were expecting to spend $55 and spend $80. We did get refunded around $30 though. Overall it was a good experience and I suggest uhaul for anyone moving. read more

I didn't get the opportunity to rent from here. Jorge Mercado, the general manager, did some proactive marketing and dropped off his business at the local businesses. I got his business card! I needed a truck for a local move. So, before I called anyone else, I called Jorge to give him my business. After several attempt and messages left at the front desk, he finally returned my phone call. He called after normal business hours, but I was appreciative of the customer service he was providing. I needed the truck within the next three days. He got my contact info and stated that he would call me back and provide me with the rates. DUDE! Needless to say, he didn't returned my call in a prompt business manner. He actually called me back when I was in the middle of unloading the uhual truck that I had to rent elsewhere. We've had NOTHING but problems with this storage unit since we got it. This has got to be the worst place to store your belongings. If I didn't have a 2/2 packed into my storage, I would've took it all out & went somewhere else. But I don't have the time right now. Anyway, there's 2 people who clearly need to be reprimanded & that's CHRIS & LILYANA. I've had an issue where I've called up there about my unit & LILYANA hung up on me thinking I forgot that she said her name at the beginning when she picked up the phone because I was confused about what she was telling me about my unit so I guess she got mad that I was confused & decided to hang up on me. I called back & another gentleman CHRIS answers & refused to give me her name saying she accidentally hung up & that he would help me. NO I wanted to hear him say her name but he refused. That right there shows me that UHAUL likes to cover things up. Your workers like to lie for each other & cover up for each other instead of being honest. If she supposedly did nothing wrong why was he refusing to give me her name? Then I had another situation where my mom left her SunPass in the UHAUL by accident & when she went back to get it after they had already told her they were holding it, LILYANA kept sending my mother from her to another young Hispanic female & CHRIS. Instead of helping her it's like she wanted to send her person to person (acting like they didn't know what she was talking about) & my mom felt like they were giving her the run around . I had a hitch put on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The work was completed and the heat shields were not reinstalled. The only reason I knew to check was the same thing happened to my 2012 Sonata. In both cases I had to request they put them back on. This time the installer and his bearded buddy gave me a hard time, saying what if they raddle also they said they wont fit with the hitch in the way. I told them I viewed the video on e-trailer and know they can be reinstalled. After five minutes of arguing it took them 5 minutes to reattach them. No manager present, no one checking the work and very rude employees. When I was in the service industry I had a saying "Expect what you Inspect". read more

I rented a van here and returned it after the location was closed. I left my car in the lot and another customer renting a truck hit my car. For three days I have been unable to get anyone from U Haul or the insurance company to help me. They stated they will accept the liability, but according to their insurance company, I have to put the money out and get reimbursed in the end. What is that? I have no fault in the incident, but I still have to pay and then fight to get my money back? U Haul should be ashamed of the way they have handled the situation.
