She helped me two different times & she help our over the road driver with a large truck to get into the property & get their household goods out in a safe manner. The buildings were cool and clean. Sarah is what made the experience perfect...She even offered her cell phone for after hours if we had an issue getting out the secured gate. WHO DOES THAT? I was a little nervous about timing as I had to reserve the freight elevators at both locations, but the movers showed up right at 8am! And they were done even faster than anticipated. They wrapped my couch, boxed my picture frames and took extra care of my China dishes. The staff was friendly and courteous and saved me and my back so much stress! There were no surprise charges; the price was the same as my initial free estimate. I will definitely be using 1st class again!

The confirmed and said nothing to worry about. they tell me they would arrive between 8-10am then get texted at 10pm the night before saying 12-2pm. 2pm no call no show, 2:20 the driver calls telling me 30-40min. I again to make sure the information and what type of truck and lift gate needed. Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. He tired to call his manager who could be heard over the phone bothered that we was called. Worst of all refused to speak with us or rectify the situation. Said we can wait till Monday to speak with the estimate rep. 1st class moving failed and Could not deliver. Cost my business time and money.

All I'm going to say is that they damaged several furniture pieces. Initially the owner assured me…read morethat he would take care of all damages after his investigation. After several weeks of waiting, we finally got to talk and discuss the issues. He quickly changed from the initial statement he made of "paying for all the damages" and said he could only pay us by the pound for the damaged furniture, which came to an approximate total of about $120. I ended up paying for the damages. I do not recommend any company that does not put the customer first and especially one that lies. The workers are careless and unethical, they said that if we called them directly that they could save us money next time if we ever decided to move again. I give them one star because I could not go lower.

Moved this week from a 3rd FL apt to a 1st floor house. I have been in FL 10 years and have moved…read more6 times and only used a mover 1 time and that was because he was my friend's uncle but since then the moving co. has gone out of business. So, since this was a pretty hefty move for me and I have a hectic schedule, I went with a moving company. Only did a little research as I had to choose quickly and Orlando Yelpers have not done many moving company reviews... Yet! A huge plus was it was a holiday and there was no additional charge. There was a flat rate for the first 2 hours which included the truck, gas etc. Then it was ~$71 each additional hour. They started at 8:15am and were complete by 12:30pm. They were extremely nice and personable, it was really a great delight to work with them. They took direction great and didn't take any breaks and think about how flippin' hot it is in FL. They took care of all the items with care and everything was delivered unharmed =) They really made the move so much less stressful than moves really are. While they were moving I was cleaning so it saved me SO MUCH time! I really recommend this company from the experience I have had. They are certified of course which is essential as well. One note : They did smoke outside while moving some things and I was a little worried about that since I am completely against smoking but I was so worried about getting things done so I didn't even say anything. I am sure they would have avoided it if I had said something but I wish they were a little more aware of their surroundings as they were handling my persona items.

I contacted Cento immediately after discovering this. They never answered their customer service phone number. After leaving multiple voice messages and emails finally I was contacted back. After several weeks of VERY slow back and forth all they offered me for their mistake was $174. The treadmill was unreapairable by my electrician and had to be replaced. I was out an additional $2400. This turned into a very expensive move. Was hoping the company would do the right thing but they did not, BEWARE!!!
