He made us all a shot in Beth's honor & took a picture of us saying "see you later" to my sister. The food is delicious too. Exactly the stop we needed to make on that particular day. They also give you a little Bluetooth speaker for music. If you have kids they give you life jackets. The boat itself I believe fits 7-8 people. They also encourage you to bring food and just relax. The area isn't to big so I didn't think we'd use the whole 1 hour. We actually did because my boys enjoyed it so much. We all really loved that we got to see the sea otters and seals a little closer than usual. The scenery is beautiful as well. Not to many people in the mornings and the sun is as out in full affect. A great time was had. Anyone wanting to try but nervous the boat might be hard to drive it wasn't. The guy helping us compared it to driving a golf cart. Very easy to drive and the ride was smooth. Highly suggest them if you're in the area.

Lovely day at Morro Bay with this boat ride being a real highlight. We had a group of 10 (including…read more2 children) and there was plenty of space on the boat. We had a morning rental for 2 hours, which I think was more than enough to make a few loops around the bay. The staff member was very courteous and thorough with taking us through how to operate the boat, restrictions on where to go, and making sure we had everything (even provided blankets since it was an overcast day). The boat is easy to handle, and it's pretty easy to follow where you're allowed to go. We saw plenty of wildlife - sea lions, birds, and best of all otters, including a mom and her pup swimming exactly at the boat dock. There is street parking right in front, and a hotel bathroom in the same building. They also provide binoculars for close up viewing. A good way to explore more of Morro Bay!

I traveled here in spring, so I don't know what summer bookings look like. The ride is about an hour long. We went on the booze Tiki cruise. The drinks were rather large. They offered two sizes, we got the smaller size and that was perfect for me. I was super excited that I was able to bring my dog! I paid for my 2 dogs, I only brought on (the other is 18 and he had been out all day, he was asleep in his kennel). They don't do Refunds, but I was supposed to get a drink pass, but I don't think I did? I didn't realize until way later, though. There was also a goat on the cruise! I like to call it, "The Story of a Dog, a Goat and a Boat". I think the boat only held about 22 or 24 people. It wasn't super cold on the boat. We were pretty shielded. Remember, people might be drinking, so it can get loud! I'm giving them 5 stars just on the fact that I could bring my dog! I can't say that she loved it (she was scared, she had never been on a boat before), but thank you for a fun experience.

We were lucky to have the entire boat to ourselves minus two other sets of people. Although it wasn't an ideal time for whale watching he took us out 7 miles from the coast & we saw 2 gray whales & plenty of pods of dolphins. On the way back to the marina the wind picked up & we were cruising at 8 knots & the front of the boat dipped in the water. It was exciting & thrilling. This was the highlight of this trip to the central coast. Captain Kevin is awesome & we can't wait to see him again when the peak whale season starts.
