One of the best brunches we ever had! We stopped here on a long road trip from CA up to British Columbia in Canada. The food was amazing. I had huevos rancheros, which I usually get any time they are offered on the menu, and they were awesome. Fresh tasty salsa. Perfect eggs. And they had a nice hot pepper sauce at the table that went great with the food. The hash browns were the best ever. Nice and crunchy. What I liked - the price was a good value for the portion sizes, the service staff was friendly and fast, and the ambiance/decor was a bit country-kitchen and a bit campy, which I think worked well together. What could be improved - the food quality; the food wasn't bad, but it also didn't stand out. The coffee cake seemed like a white sheet cake with a cinnamon crumble on top. Eggs were cooked nicely (over medium), but were not hot when they came out. Bacon was decent, and was a good combination of crispy and chewy. Overall a positive experience. One final note - I consider myself a moderate on the political spectrum, but politics just needs to get out of everyday life! I don't want to feel shamed if I'm not wearing a mask, but I also don't want to feel like I'm at a mask burning rally; the feeling at Mo's was the latter. Just want to give a shout out to Craig B. For his review because had he not spewed his liberal ideology as reason for his negative review, we might have missed this gem. Service was over the top friendly and fast; called ahead about 30 min to be on the list, only had to wait 5 min to be seated. The staff clearly worked as a team to take care of the packed house and from seat to service we waited less than 10 minutes for our food. Not only was it fast, it was delicious. We had the Front Street Omelet and the Texas Chicken Friend Steak and Eggs. Both breakfasts were cooked perfectly and surpassed our expectations. The complimentary coffee cake was light and airy, not too sweet and was the perfect breakfast starter. We will certainly place this gem on our repeat visit as we travel the 97 often. Always on the hunt for a good breakfast but this place took the prize for the most entertaining on a ridiculous level. Over the past few years, it truly has come to pass those who present themselves as patriots tend to be the ones who are rebels with no constructive or well-thought cause. But walking in here was like witnessing a rebellious temper tantrum. Upon entering, I was told I did not need to wear a mask. Nearly every booth/table was full and there were plexiglass guards between the tables. Between the booths were semi-circular American flags which, to be honest, served more as sneeze guards than anything else. And some of the staff wore the shirts pictured here. "We Will Not Comply". For as simple and basic as the message was about the benefits of simply putting on a mask, one would think the mask order was as awful as your first-born training to become a domestic terrorist. I sat and looked around and snickered at the entire scene. My server was very kind and attentive except for coffee slipping her mind throughout my time there. The meal itself was nothing spectacular. Just the typical fair. I'm sure in a place like Redmond, there are many who would applaud their stance against the basic ideology behind public safety because of the narrow-minded, entitled attitude of not wanting to comply with proven medical expertise because it's "leftist". But at the time of my visit on June 24th, both medical centers in the area were at capacity with patients and the local news was sharing how it was having a ripple effect on the local emergency services because there wasn't any place to take incoming patients. Even if this whole anti-mask/anti-authority attitude wasn't present in the establishment, I probably wouldn't return because the meal was less than stellar. But the rest of it sealed the deal. I have heard this place mentioned multiple times & after an early morning appointment, my husband & I decided to try it out. We weren't disappointed at all! There was no wait for a table despite the restaurant being packed at 7 am. That definitely shows how good it must be right? As we were walking up I noticed strawberry stuffed French toast on their specials menu & immediately knew that's what I was ordering. It was so good! The inside has a wonderful strawberry cream cheese "frosting" that was to die for paired with fresh strawberries & chocolate chips for the perfect sweet breakfast. The waiter asked if I would like chocolate drizzled on top which was an immediate yes (duh!!). Husband ordered the country fried chicken & he ate every bite of it, saying it was the best one he's ever had. I snagged a few bites & will agree it was phenomenal! I was slightly disappointed in the Hollandaise as it was too thick and had set up more than hollandaise is suppose to. I cannot comment on their food since my partner and I decided not to eat their because we felt unsafe regarding COVID-19. We walked in and the place was jam packed like sardines. At least two of the servers were wearing mesh "masks" (the ones with holes that are not masks, plain and simple). Another server pulled their mask down to talk to customers, and another simply didn't wear their mask above the nose. They have a sign saying while people are supposed to wear masks, if you don't wear a mask, they will assume it's because of medical condition and not ask any you to put one on. That sign also says they are not responsible for anyone getting COVID. The nail in the coffin for us was a second sign saying it's a private establishment and therefore government officials are not allowed to enter without a warrant. If they attempt to do so, Mo's Egg House will call the police. Bottom line, they clearly do not care about the safety of their customers and employees. If you are in any way concerned about COVID, do not go here. read more

This place has the most warm and friendly customer service by far of any other place for breakfast in the two years I have lived here. The coffee is fresh and consistently refilled. Ask for a chocolate milk, and they put in the extra syrup and whipped cream. They ask if you would like complimentary coffee cake, like what are you going to say, NO?? Its amazing. I've had visitors express the same thoughts, of how wonderful this place is. Whatever item you order, you wont be let down, unless you are just that kind of person. I've had the omelets, biscuits and gravy, and eggs benedict and for 2 years they have remained consistently delicious. It's a small intimate space and they have bar seating if solo. But the good people of Redmond know this and don't hang out after their meal so the rotation is very good. Most people leave with to go containers because they are not cheap and fill your plate. Excellent Value in 2023. But for me, the food could be great but if the service is bad, I'll go elsewhere. Great service from friendly people who know how to do breakfast. The food was mediocre at best service was horrible and slow like molasses in winter slow. I ordered the Texas chicken fried steak thinking it was either big or at least homemade with a Texas flare at least. The portion was very small the gravy was from a can the eggs were eggs nothing special at all. I got the grits and cheese and the server told me I got the last serving of grits. Well the grits were grits with a slice of cheese on top not mixed in like other places just a slice on top. Our sever was very slow and she was no where to be found other people with other servers got served paid and we're leaving all before we got our food and they came after us.
