2.4.24: It was my first time in a Shari's and I enjoyed looking at the display of unique pies they offer when I walked in. It wasn't busy at all, however, we waited 5 minutes to be seated. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes for our server to come take our drink order but by that time, we were ready to order our food already. I had a soup and half sandwich combo. The only soup offered was loaded baked potato, which I didn't mind since it's one of my favs. For my half sandwich I went with a BLT on sourdough. My friend had the Eggs Benedict. Luckily our food came out at about average timing after placing our order. My soup was good-- thick and creamy, cheesy, and had a decent amount of bacon. My half BLT had nice crisp bacon and fresh lettuce and tomato and hit the spot. My friend said his eggs bene was average and wished the sauce had more flavor. Even though our service was slow, it was because our server was also the hostess and dishwasher. She apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. I totally understand what she was going through and it was unfortunate the restaurant was understaffed even when there was hardly anyone there for a Sunday afternoon. read more

Had an online order for French toast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns. Food was cold when I got it even though I watched them put it in the bag. French toast were the end pieces of the bread they were soggy and cold. Didn't come with powdered sugar, butter, or syrup. No napkins or silverware. Super small portions for the eggs and hash browns. Our first experience here and a positive one. We are locals. The place is clean and comfortable. My wife had avocado Benedict and I had ham and cheddar omelette with hashbrowns and buttermilk pancakes . Both dishes were delicious. The servers and service were great. I ordered Shari's to be delivered. And I ordered a spicy Asian salad. I was wanting a nice healthy dinner and something that was gluten free. It was completely inedible. The chicken didn't taste right. The salad dressing was a thick slop and when I did try and eat it the stuff was so hot I am not exaggerating it burned my mouth over 10 minutes. I could not get anyone at Shari's to answer the phone for two days I tried to call. I will never eat there again. It used to be one of my favorite places for a quick sit down hot meal. read more

Shari's has been around for years but I think it's on its way out. Went there tonight after the movie. They were out of all deep fried dishes, no prime rib, not Thanksgiving dishes and no pancake or waffle dishes. Geeze - what is left at Sharis? We stayed and ate - 3 chicken flourentines, I omelet, 2 French dip and 1 cheese burger - well almost. The kitchen staff had to run across to the store and buy HB buns to fill our order ! The thing was that the staff had their 10is yo daughter in there playing and several other people that they were entertaining . Our meal took FOREVER to come out of the kitchen and the only waitress on the floor was busy doing anything except serving our table. If you are from out of town and don't know any better, just skip this dumpster fire. I did feel very welcomed by my server and she checked on us often (our food was taking forever) HOWEVER when we did finally get our food it was not only COLD but also wrong. I had the most lovely waitress, and this wonderful dishwasher came out to bus the table, one of the most handsome men I have ever seen. A super kind, dapper and wonderful gentleman. Were here couple days ago in our road trip. Interior looks good and lot of spaces, but drinks and food are not. We've ordered cappuccino and cakes. Cappuccino was super sweet and we didn't drink it. Cakes with local berries were sweet too. So if you like sugar too much this place definitely for you but we are not. read more

The food is great! Can't complain. I love breakfast and brunch. There is a new girl working and she is doing amazing! The mentor not great at all. Her vibe is rude, push, and hypocrite. She said talks behind costumer back after the walk away. Complains about everything! What's more annoying is that I am eating and I hear everything she has a saying...About the job, what's wrong, what she hates, Complains about customers asking questions about what the guidelines are. My first review of this Shari's location was A-OK because I had a couple trips in a row where my food always came out cold :( I've been giving it more chances lately though and really happy I have because they've more than made up for it. I've always loved Shari's and their food, my go-to always being the stuffed hashbrowns. This is also the only restaurant chain I've found that makes biscuits and gravy the way I like, and all around I'm mainly just a huge fan of their breakfast (but I enjoy their sandwiches a lot as well). My most recent visit I went in alone and sat at the little bar for the first time. It was actually kinda fun sitting up there and watching things work and service was awesome. I ordered their Chicken BLT sandwich which was delicious but HUGE!!! Everyone is really friendly here and if you've had a bad experience I'd highly recommend giving this location another chance because I think it's definitely improved lately. My last 5 or so trips I have had absolutely NO complaints!! read more

Sharis's is like the Wish of restaurants in Redmond in terms of what you order vs. What you get. They don't even try sometimes. I have on occasion tried ordering from them for breakfast meetings. I ordered an impossible sausage burrito and they used link sausage in it, and pecan cinnamon rolls, which come warm with frosting, pecans, and caramel sauce, and they put stale over cooked buns in, no frosting, pecans or caramel. It's not my favorite thing to do, writing a bad review. The portion sizes are very small. The tri tip dip barely had any meat on ot, and was served on a small roll. The meat was flavorful. I did not want to cook and my wife suggested that we check out Shari's. Finding parking took a bit; but, I think that has to do with the nearby theater. The hostess seemed perplexed as to where to seat us and finally settled on a table close to the entrance. Our server, Celeste, was excellent. I had completely forgotten that it was Veterans Day and was surprised when asked if either of us were veterans. She gave us a couple of regular menus and a Veterans Day menu. I ordered Farmer's Breakfast with pancakes and fruit. My wife ordered Belgian Waffle. My food arrived on two plates: one with eggs and sausage patties and the other with pancakes and a fruit cup. I moved the fruit cup off the plate, dumped the eggs on top of the pancakes, and sausage where the fruit cup had been. Eggs were cooked to the perfect over medium. Pancake deserve some kind of award. This is what restaurant pancakes should be: slightly sweet, light, and fluffy. They really did not need any syrup. Sausage patties were your normal out-of-the-box patties, good but not exceptional. Fruit cup was a disappointment, not completely ripe melon. My wife's Belgian Waffle was very good. We will be returning to Shari's to, at least, try the pies. read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Your workers hardly ever acknowledge customers or delivery drivers. It's been multiple times that my deliveries have been late due to their incompetence. Set your pick up times later if you're understaffed. Sitting there waiting while 4 other customers mention how they also haven't been acknowledged is absolutely ridiculous. Teach your workers how to acknowledge people as they come in or as they are waiting. Every other store is understaffed, and it's understandable. But the customer's still need to be acknowledged. read more

The only reason for that one star is because you can't complete the review without one. If some orders take please ensure the appropriate utensils are in the bag. Door dash doesn't give the option to ask for the items ketchup, mayo etc. Next if you not going to give out those items don't go skimpy on the items that come on a burger. I'm assuming that was supposed to be thousand Island my bottom was broke in half etc. Do better if not for the customers at least for your company. Got the marionberry pie as takeout. It was fantastic. The berries were the perfect balance of sweetness with a little zing and the pie crust was unique with the sugar crystals on the top. It was fantastic warmed. We will definitely be back to try other pies. read more

We have never bern to a Shari's until today. We decided to give them a try. We ordered and got our drinks right away. 15 minutes later our server told us our food would be up soon. Another 15 minutes went by and she told us the same thing again. We waited for a bit and left. They only had 2 cooks! There were so many orders on their screen. When call on it Brea stated that she would have put Ketchup with the order. It is supposed to have Ranch and BBQ. We live 3 miles from them and returning wasn't going to happen. Paid $34.00 + $5 for a tip, for a poorly prepared order! They want us to spend money in this tight economic times and not deliver what they are paid to! I want to support locally but, this is just wrong and they apparently don't deserve our support! We won't be ordering again from them for quite awhile! Our party of 4 was then seated and waited about 10-12 minutes for our orders and drinks to get taken which was fine, they were not busy. Waited until the food was already on the counter for our drinks to be delivered, at this point we could get up and grab the plates our self. The plates sat for 13 minutes before the waitress brought them this was after checking out new customers for pies, rolling some silverware, then getting a coffee for the new table we got our food after all this. While being a bit un pleased with cold food, most of the order was wrong scrambled eggs not OE, bell peppers onions and everything inside of what we didn't ask for. When we mentioned this she says "Well the eggs are my fault the rest isn't" 80$ later.. 18$ for a cold burger that was burnt meat and dry if that's what you want then head to this Shari's. read more

The food has always either been burnt undercooked or the amount of food was smaller then anything I've seen in restaurants! I came back tonight from there had a burger. It was dry slighty burnt and it took forever to get out to my family table, I felt like I was going to throw up after it was sitting in my stomach like a rock. My mother had ordered breakfast and her sausage looked like it was a week old and it was hard as a brick on the bottom. The service was crap as well. Doesn't matter if you came on a day when barely anyone was there or when its busy you get the same sh*ty service and food. I had plastic all in my waffles and it scraped the roof of my mouth up pretty good when I bit down. When I told the manager she laughed and said it happens all the time. She said it was the bread wrapper too close to the waffle maker. She did buy my lunch. Worst sheris of all time, customer service sucked, they charged me 20 bucks for 4 chicken nuggets and two slices of pie with no fries or ice cream. I literally came home and debated taking my own life. I had to call my therapist because I use food to cope with stress and sheris just stressed me out more. Not only is it some of the worst nuggets surely not worth 20 dollars, but I can assure you it is not the best pie in America either that's for dang sure. I am a frequent Yelp user, and well here's my review for this particular restaurant. I'm not one to be mean ever. I do have to mention since I review most restaurants I go to since that's how I try new restaurants, by reading other peoples reviews. Anyway, The WORST experience I've encountered EVER in a restaurant. Came in with a group of friends only to be treated with such rudeness from the waitress that tended to our table. I won't go into complete detail because anyone reading my experience would become furious. Came to Shari's twice to meet up with a friend during late nights. It's weird that they know everyone here, haha such a small town. The service is hit or miss, depending on the waitresses. First time we went here, the server was bitchy and rude. However, the second time, the lady was very nice, witty, and attentive. As for the food, it's not all that. Steak mac n' cheese had no meat whatsoever, and it was dry. The wings are okay, and their mushroom burger was pretty good. They one provide one free refill, after that, you must pay for another drink. Great place for late night breakfast and munchies haha.
