    Raw dough

Went tonight and ordered a small pizza. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. 15 minutes later, our pizza came out and it was raw on top! The dough is soft and undercooked, and that went all the way up to the crust. We had to go home and finish cooking it ourselves. This isn't the first time it's happened but it's the third time in a row. I used to love this place but it's gone so downhill.

I always purchase muffulattes for my son, when I'm in Nola and bring them back to him in San Clemente, CA. He loves them - everything they fix is awesome - they will pack them for shipping with the olive salad on the side - always friendly and help -

Well I haven't been here in about three years because I moved and it use to be great. Red sauce was like candy it was so sweet the pizza was not what I remembered maybe a cook with not enough experience idk but the pizza tonight was not good

Pretty decent pies, reminiscent of New York styles. We ordered the 20" meats and a 16" (oblique) pepperoni but I must say, they were pretty tasty. The kiddos thought the pepperoni pizza was a cool shape lol. I think it was a mistake. Needless to say, both boxes were left with crumbs. As far as seating, there's plenty and lots of room for social distancing. There was a steady flow of customers ordering take out with a couple eating in. They do require face masks upon entry so be prepared. Although the absolute best pizza I've had; however, I'd return and recommend but I need more cheese on my pie.

Its ok. Kind of cafeteria style. Walk in, order, sit down, wait to be called to pick up your food. Communal tables and some individual tables. Seems like a place that opened in the 70s or 80s and never changed. It's clean. Old checkered tablecloths. The staff was very nice. THE FOOD: I was told their meatball po-boy was awesome, so I ordered one. Comes with sauce and cheese, so I ordered a side of olive salad. It's large. The meatballs have decent flavor. The bread is good. The sauce.. a little sweet and the cheese is kind of tasteless. Overall... it's just ok. Maybe great for Louisiana, but... just ok, really. I also ordered a slice of sausage and black olive pizza. Its a large slice, you get your money's worth. The sausage is actually pretty good, as are olives and crust. Again, same cheese.. tasteless, same sauce. Needs work. Needs oregano, less sugar more clove. It's just ok.

Very good food, service was alright. There food proportions are massive, the photo is a MEDIUM pizza so plan accordingly

Best New Orleans style pizza around.

My wife and I are doing a pizza survey this summer just for fun. We decided to try a new pizza…read moreplace every couple of weeks to see which ones were worth all the fuss. Il Supremo stands as tall as the rest and maybe the best although we have not finished our survey. This location has a lot of fond memories for me. When I first moved to Old Metairie in the 1980s, I often dined at Delerno's which served amazing food at this location for over 40 years. It was an old style neighborhood Creole Italian and Seafood restaurant, examples of which can still be found throughout the metro area although the numbers are declining. The owner reportedly was one of the first New Orleans restaurant owners to include crawfish on his menu including a Festival of Crawfish featuring what we would essentially call a crawfish platter, crawfish prepared different ways. You have to love a guy like that. I was so sad when it closed. Anyway, back to the pizza. Il Supremo makes pizza as delicious as any pizza I've had in New York or San Francisco. The crust is thin and crunchy with what appears to be a cornmeal dusting. The crust is baked to perfection, brown and crispy with a few, but not too many, burned areas- just the way I like it. The cheese is excellent as is the sauce which has a bit of a kick but not too much to be overpowering. And the amount of sauce is perfect, not too much for those who like it stingy, and enough for the red gravy lovers of the New Orleans. We ordered the Wooster which was pepperoni, roasted garlic, shallots, and basil. It was outstanding. The garlic and shallots were a perfect complement to the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The basil frankly looked great but was not very evident, if at all, in the overall flavor profile. Perhaps it would be were it added after baking. The space itself is decent with only a few tables but crowded and noisy even at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. It shares space with Super Witch ice cream, so if you want dessert, you don't have to go far. I will definitely be back for more pizza from Il Supremo. NB The website is a little heavy handed and full of rules and caveats including that pickup orders have to be ordered 24 hours in advance. I ordered the morning of my pickup and had no problem. I have no idea why you would have to order 24 hours in advance. Regardless, that is the rule. I guess you could call and ask if you're too late to order but, of course, they have no phone. Such is life in the new millenium. If you called Delerno's, Mrs. Delerno would answer.

The staff could hand…read moreout pizzas quickly, but anything extra threw off their workflow, resulting in near missed items for multiple parties. They completely forgot our pasta, leaving us waiting 30 minutes while our pizza sat in the heating drawer--and they never called us up when it was ready. Being from Chicago, we've been pleasantly surprised by the decent pizza and pasta scene around Metairie and New Orleans, but will most likely not come back. Edit for date we visited was Sunday 7/5 around 6-6:30 pm

Very disappointing experience at Pizza Domenica. Our party of three ordered pizza, chicken wings,…read moreand pasta, and the meal had far more misses than hits. For starters, they were out of pepperoni - a pizza restaurant out of pepperoni?? The wings were tasteless and covered in a strange dry rub with a texture that reminded me of wet chalk. They didn't taste fire-roasted at all; they seemed more like they had been baked or microwaved. Service was also frustrating. We ordered a beer, wine, and water, but the water never arrived despite reminding our waiter three times. I eventually had to get it myself. The pasta arrived so late that two of us were already halfway through our meals. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait, it was terrible and couldn't finish it. The bill came to $130, including a 3% administrative fee, which felt particularly insulting after spending $39 on three glasses of overpriced wine. Several staff members, were high and the guys in the kitchen, appeared extremely impaired. The positives: The Calabrese pizza was genuinely good, and our waiter was friendly and pleasant despite the service issues. Unfortunately , one good pizza and a friendly waiter weren't enough to overcome the poor quality food, slow/inconsistent service, and extra fees.

What an amazing slice of pizza…read more My boyfriend and I came to the brewery and had no intentions of getting a slice but as we hung out we figured why not? Craving just a regular cheese slice - this was super satisfying. Warmed to a crispy perfection, each but was crunchy and cheesy. The sauce was great and not overpowering, the dough was super tasty. I even ate the crust and that's saying a lot. Now I'm from Jersey, I know good pizza and this is it. Don't miss out on a slice when you're here. They also have really fun slices to try out and what seems like a great deal on a pitcher of beer and a pie. Great workers, solid place all around. Don't sleep in Nola Pizza.

First, nobody greeted me, and I was unsure as to where I should pick up my order. Second, after I told them I was here for a pick up - I was told "to sit right here. It'll only be a few more minutes until it was ready." Then, the cook let me know they had to remake my pizza so it would be another 20 minutes. Now, I don't know if they did not communicate with each other or if he was just trying to avoid bringing up the fact that I was going to have to wait double the amount of time I should have. Yes I do appreciate remaking the pizza (as you should when it doesn't come out how it should be served.) However, the reason I order it in is so I don't have to wait. I'm just disappointed in the customer service recovery here -- no apology, no discount, no complementary drinks or food. I didn't ask for anything because I don't want anything -- I just want you to try to make it right and you didn't even try to do that so that's why I'm posting this review. I will be eating pizza else where in New Orleans. Maybe just stick to beer here.
