When I questioned whether that amount was truly necessary, the recommendation suddenly changed to one syringe total for both eyes. This significant change made me question how the original recommendation had been determined. I was then presented with paperwork related to my refund. However, the document did not simply acknowledge the refund. It also included language limiting my ability to leave negative reviews or pursue complaints. When I asked about this, I was repeatedly told it was "just for the refund," but that was not my understanding of what the document said. At that point, I chose not to sign anything. I left the clinic and accepted a partial refund of $97 instead of $100 because I was told a $3 Venmo fee had been deducted. I respectfully disagree with the business owner's account of what occurred. The owner was not personally present for most of the interaction and therefore may not have firsthand knowledge of the events that took place. At no point did I verbally abuse, harass, intimidate, or threaten any staff member. I simply asked questions regarding the treatment plan, the amount of numbing medication being used, and the procedures being performed. I believe patients have the right to ask questions and make informed decisions about their medical and cosmetic treatments. In my experience, staff repeatedly attempted to sell me additional treatments during my visits. Nurse Gina was present throughout the interaction and witnessed what occurred. I also disagree with the statement that my third treatment was partially completed. The only procedures performed before I was asked to leave were the application of numbing cream and a blood draw for PRP preparation. The Morpheus8 treatment itself was never performed. In my view, preparing for a treatment is not the same as actually receiving the treatment that I paid for. It seems that many beauty spas use a bait-and-switch approach by offering very low introductory prices to get customers through the door and then aggressively upselling expensive packages afterward. The girl who assisted me was welcoming at first, but after my facial she tried to sell me a $2,000 PicoSure package. While it's something I might consider in the future, I wasn't prepared to purchase such an expensive package on the spot. When I told her I would think about it, her demeanor noticeably changed. She became dismissive and simply pointed to the Zelle QR code for me to pay and leave. Unfortunately, the facial itself also did not feel very thorough. The overall service felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail I typically expect from a professional facial. The shift in attitude after declining the upsell made the experience feel uncomfortable and transactional. Customer service shouldn't change based on whether someone agrees to an expensive package, and based on that interaction alone I'm definitely not likely to return. read more

This place is located on the second floor towards the back of the plaza. This plaza is huge and there's ample parking downstairs where you can get away from the sun. At each corner of the building are stairways to walk upstairs. There is an elevator towards the back of the building. The front staff was friendly, informative and gave me a good deal. I came in to get treatment for the melasma on my face and she recommended the Picosure Pro which was the newest and latest technology for pigmentation. She said that I would need three treatments and that should clear up my melasma. She gave me a promotional deal and added a facial for each session at no extra charge. I was able to pay half now and the rest later with Zelle since they charge 3% for using credit card. After the consultation and completing my profile, she took me to my room for the facial. The aesthetician came in and introduced herself and gave me the towel to change into. The spa bed was firm and it felt good on my back. It was my first time here and I really didn't know what was included in the facial and she didn't verbalize what she was going to do. Anyway, she washed my face, massaged my neck, back and face. I believe she used an exfoliating machine that extracted water. She finished by applying numbing cream on my face and I had to wait for a while for it to adhere to my skin before I get the laser treatment. When the aesthetician was done, she handed me a rob and walked me over to the laser room. The nurse introduced herself and walked me through each step she took. She even gave me a toy to squeeze if I felt pain. I smelled my skin burning when she first started then felt tingly sensation for the rest of the treatment. It was mildly painful but she was very quick and went over some areas twice. After she was done, she placed the mask on my face to cool down the redness. Overall, this was a good experience. The only complaint that I have is the bright light in the facial room and the cold air in the laser room. I'll make sure that I use the towel at the end of the spa table to cover myself next time. I have two more treatments to go and I'm happy that they sold me some repair masks to calm down the redness. It's been 18 hours since the treatment and the redness has calmed down enough to cover it with makeup. read more

I came in for a consultation for Botox and was told by the sales (Blonde lady with a belly piercing) that they could offer 100 units for $600 and she would add 10 units free (110 total) . I had come because my friend told me about a deal they had online for buying 100 units and getting 100 units free. When I inquired about that deal, she said she could offer me 200 units for $1k instead. I didn't feel it was very honest because this was not offered to me before I asked. Not only that, they only take cash and zelle as payment options, which I didn't feel comfortable about since it seemed like I would not be very protected if I had a dispute about their services. This review is long overdue, and I shouldn't be trying to keep this place for myself lol What a great experience. I was looking for a new place and something local to get fillers at. I found a Groupon deal and thought I would call to make an appointment. I usually don't like to purchase the Groupon until I speak with someone at the business because I know Groupon chargers them fees. When I called I asked if they could honor the price and also asked for details on the deal. When I spoke with someone they were very nice and helpful, they said they would definitely honor the price and gave me all the information I needed. They were so kind enough to squeeze me in with an appointment the same day. It kinda blows my mind when business can't get you in the same day or even the next day for fillers because they claim they are busy when in reality it takes minutes to do these fillers. Since I was new they did ask me to fill out some new patient paper work and even with that I was in and out of my appointment in less than 30 min. So I truly appreciate them getting me in the same day and with amazing service. The location is in a busy little plaza (2 story) located off the main street Valley Blvd. The business is on the second floor which they do have stairs and an elevator. There is tons of parking but be cautious when pulling in and out, parking is tight space and very busy. The business is such a vibe, they have this place beautifully decorated and a few good photos ops. Once you arrive the staff immediately greets you and welcomes you in. While waiting they were so kind to offer me complimentary water. Shortly after I was directed to a room were they took a couple of before photos and then proceeded to the room to wait for the nurse. With no wait time at all the nurse came right in and did her thing. The nurse was so friendly and listened to what I wanted and was not pushy or overselling me on anything. It literally took minutes and I was done and walking out a happy customer. I have now been coming here for at least 4 visit and I am still very happy and enjoy coming back.
