I ordered the Turkish kabobs and they were definitely not "Two fine ground, marinated, and specially seasoned beef skewers...". It was a torn up burned up hamburger patty. The tahini sauce was a tasteless, runny dressing. The menu picture of the onion rings shows a heaping of hand breaded rings. I got onion rings exactly like I buy frozen from HEB. This place was very intriguing. This place is new and has a somewhat interesting business model. We arrived and were asked if we had been here before. We were directed to an online menu. You order and pay online from your table. This could be frustrating to an older, disabled or Amish customer or to someone who just doesn't want to use their card number on a website because they're paranoid... The alcohol wall is pretty cool. They give you a card, and put your card on file. The alcohol is measured in ounces and you use the card they gave you as a tab. They provide wine glasses, beer glasses and even flight trays for you to make your own alcoholic paradise. I ordered the chicken kabob and was given options of vegetables, corn, fries or asparagus as a side. Typically here is where you would lose a star. The side portions were absolutely sad. I got like 4 little tiny asparagus that had no substance what so ever. The seasoning on them was good. This place has an issue with diversity of sides. I would have liked to see some type of rice or couscous. I did not remove a star because I do not believe new businesses should be punished for something that can be easily fixed, IE portion sizes for sides. I had the entree Which was chicken and onions perfectly seasoned and served with a sauce on top of a pita. This entree was absolutely delicious. The sauces were refreshing. Yet, I was left lacking.. This is probably why the Greeks suck at the olympics nowadays, super malnourished. Management, if you read this, portion size is my only complaint. If I had ordered corn would I have received like 8 kernels? If I had 8-10 normal size pieces of asparagus with this fantastic entree, it would have been a 5 star experience. The staff was friendly and gave great explanation of this unique model. My date ordered the beef wrap and thought the beef, pita and sauce were magnificent. My date also shared my concern about the portion size and quality of the sides. My date took full advantage of the alcohol bar. This place has a lot of promise, if they could possibly humble themselves, consider adjusting the portion sizes significantly of the sides, especially the vegetables, and consider even adding 2 sides such as some sort of rice and the other side while still making the other side a bit more sizable, I could see myself coming here twice a month. Finally, I noticed that this place was extremely sanitary and the vibe was pretty rad. Great new addition to the community. read more

Daughter had gotten take out from here several times but it was our first visit in house. Even though it's in a strip mall place in a strip mall in front of walmart, it has a nice vibe. We've been wanting to come here for a while and finally made it out... WOW!! The food was so good, so fresh! The atmosphere was chill with a self serve drink station (including self pour beer on tap). We sat down and were immediately greeted by one of the owners. We started with the humus.. simple yet amazing flavor. My husband had the mosaic beef pita and I had the shawarma chicken wrap which was to die for.. the homemade garlic sauce, fresh crunch of the pickles, soft pita, and juicy shaved chicken. Even the fries were delicious.. no need for any sauce with the spices they toss them in. We will definitely be making this a regular lunch spot!! read more

This place is obviously for the cool kids because they have a BEER WALL. Pulling the tap handles are LITERALLY like pulling slot machine handles in Las Vegas and hitting the jackpot. Every. Single. Time. Oh and btw, the beer wall also has sangria and wine. #blessed. The food is incredible. They make sure every detail of my order was executed with extreme precision. Delicious and cooked/seasoned/grilled to perfection. The staff is absolutely top tier and is trying a new concept for restaurants in 2021: Its called ACTUALLY WORKING! The Southwest Eggrolls and the Hummus are good choices for starters. the Chicken Shawarma Flatbread was delicious, as were the chicken kabobs. I hope you didn't sign a long term lease, because your going to need a larger location. The food was great and the beer wall had some good options. The only suggestion I have is to increase the size of your side items. I ordered the grilled asparagus which was delicious but only received four thin pieces. I have had the opportunity to be in the Middle East and really liked the food. When I heard about this restaurant to go and check it out. The environment is friendly and welcoming . I noticed the open kitchen and saw how clean it is and watch the staff making the products and saw how fresh it was compared to other restaurants. Saw Mosaic Grill on FB , and tried it for the first time. The food is absolutely delicious. My hubby tried the Swarma Chicken Flatbread and I had the Swarma Chicken Wrap. We all had the Hummas appetizer. They also beer wall with a good variety to choose from. Can't to go back again. Sad they are closed on Sunday and we have to wait till Monday. What a neat restaurant in Belton. We went for the first time yesterday evening, and I really appreciated the range of the menu items. The Southwestern egg rolls were tasty, and the wings were a hit. I liked my falafel wrap and seasoned crinkle fries. The dining area isn't huge. As a party of 6, we were comfortable, though. Absolutely 5 stars, I'd give it more if I could! Mosaic has some of the most flavorful food I have ever had from coast to coast in the US. The chef and owner genuinely cares about the flavors and freshness of ingredients, and- Oh my goodness, you can taste it in every bite! I visited Mosaic the first time with my mom and immediately knew I needed to bring a chef friend with me from out of town to experience it as well. I never expected to get food this good in our small lake town, but I feel spoiled to have it locally at my fingertips. Exceptional service from all of the staff, super welcoming and helpful.
