We were in a hurry to get our house for sale and he caused us to have to delay open house twice. I was desperate to see if I could find anyone to do it in time to not delay the 2nd time but honestly we were already too late. Brandon is expert in his profession. I asked him if he was an artist. He knows his color palette. Sometimes when you google for a service you are just not sure who will show up (toothless, just rolled out of bed trying to make a buck) and what they will do. I was quite surprised. He is very handsome, well groomed, very pleasant, friendly like we had been friends. He explained what he was going to do and precautioned me it might take some time to get the color right or close to it. I loved when he was so proud of himself out loud that he got the color right on the first try! I no longer have four bleached spots! We needed carpet repair services after my stray foster puppy shredded the carpet at the entrance of the guest room where we contained her when we decided to go on a rare dinner date. We considered a DIY project since we're both comfy with power tools, then decided against it once we did some research on the necessary tools and what that actually entailed. He cleared out all the stuff from the closet to use the carpet in there as an exact match, he had a good carpet match to replace what he took out of the closet, he was extremely thorough with repairing the carpet flawlessly, and even shampooed the section that he repaired as well as the rest of the carpet in the hallway and living room that was available to shampoo. He cleaned up all of his supplies and any trash from the repair, and even accepted a convenient venmo payment. Our cleaners accidentally spilled bleach onto our carpet. It was such an eyesore, but we didn't want to section our carpet for repair. Luckily we found Brandon who was able to dye the 3 spots. He did 2 spots perfectly the first time around. The last spot was a little light so he came back a few weeks later to touch it up, which made it a slightly darker compared to our carpet. We were set up with the expectation that it's quite difficult to match 100% of the color so we are happy with the result. You have to look really hard to see the difference. All 3 spots are blended into our carpet and you can never tell there was any bleach damage. Brandon's communication was prompt and efficient. He was a pleasure to work with.
