I am including a brief description of the condition of the vehicle when I arrived at Radial Tire Monday (2/16/26) at 2:00pm. The receiving manager and I discussed the tire issues and history. I told him I had a service light in the dash that was saying a tire was low on air and they were new tires (vs the previous service light for sensors not functioning). He measured the tire pressure of all the tires and they were all at different psi (33, 34, 42 and 18). My vehicle was placed in a service line and I waited in a lobby for approximately an hour. Radial tires took the low tire off the vehicle and tested it for leaks and determined the problem was that a valve stem hadn't been correctly sealed, the tires were all fine. Before leaving the work bay, I noticed the sensor light was still on, so a retest determined the driver's front sensor was going bad and it was replaced. The service manager told me Toyota and Lexus have challenging tire sensors, that they can often get one sensor working and the computer will then say another good sensor stopped working. I left Radial Tire around 4:30, problems solved and paid for one new sensor and install. I've had several people tell me Radial Tire is the BEST in this area and they will have all of my business in the future and that of anyone I know. I brought four wheels to Radial Tire to have a new set of all-seasons mounted and balanced. My car runs a staggered setup, meaning the rear wheels and tires are physically wider than the fronts. Since I maintain a small fleet of my own vehicles, I do almost all my own mechanical work, but tire mounting is one of the few things I have to outsource. Unfortunately, this experience highlighted a critical breakdown in basic quality control. I brought the wheels in loose to make the job as straightforward as possible for the shop, but they sat there for a few days before being touched. When I finally picked them up, I noticed the front tires were stretched onto the wider rear wheels, and vice versa. While the team corrected the mistake immediately once it was pointed out, this isn't just a minor technical oversight. Mismatched staggered tires can lead to a catastrophic bead failure or blowout at highway speeds. It is a severe safety hazard that could easily cause a fatal accident if it goes unnoticed before the wheels are bolted onto a vehicle. On top of the critical mounting error, the general pride in workmanship was non-existent. The wheels were handed back to me covered in caked-on mounting paste all over the outer rims without even a basic effort to wipe them down. To make matters worse, the shop also misplaced the summer tires I explicitly stated I wanted to keep. Management did the right thing by waiving the mounting and balancing fee, but at the end of the day, I am still short a set of my own property. I understand that mistakes happen, but a triple failure of safety verification, basic cleanliness, and property management means I can't risk bringing my vehicles back here, nor can I recommend them to any of the local car groups I'm a part of.

I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

We had our car towed to this location for a scheduled appointment to purchase four new tires. The tow truck driver left our key directly with the service manager, David. After waiting four hours with no updates, we called and spoke to David -- only to be told he had no idea where our key was and claimed he never received it. We had no choice but to drive to the location ourselves to find out what happened. When we arrived, another manager named Jared was there. Within minutes, Jared found the key right where it should have been -- in the envelope with our car's paperwork. Jared was professional, apologized sincerely, and offered compensation for our trouble. David, on the other hand, never once apologized and offered only $50 for the time, stress, and inconvenience his negligence caused us. The fact that our key was sitting in our file the entire time -- while David told us he had no idea where it was -- is simply unacceptable. Jared deserves recognition for how he handled the situation. David's conduct, however, fell far below any reasonable standard of customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it accordingly. David should not work in management. In fact, David should be fired.

Staff were welcoming and friendly and competed service in a timely manner. Social distancing was in effect, staff were masked up, and there was a single chair for those who wanted to wait inside. The day I came, it was raining like cats and dogs, so that one seat was definitely appreciated! I received a call when my oil change was completed, and got a print out of recommended additional services, should I be interested in the future. The parking is in the back area, so you will have a walk a little way to get to the front entrance (which isn't really fun in pouring rain). Overall, I'd definitely recommend this NTB location! My experience was good!
