This shop is SUPER! unprofessional. I made an appointment for window tint, showed up, and wanted to wait while my car was being serviced. I noticed he had a look on his face and every time he responded he said something smart. After arriving at a hotel from out of town, I realized one of my tires would soon have a blowout if I didn't get it immediately taken care of. Called the shop and unfortunately they did not have my size tire in stock. I also realized I didn't have my jack in order to put the spare tire on. Panicked I called the shop back and asked if they could jack my truck up in order to put the spare on. The shop was due to close at 5 PM and it was already 4:30 and the drive would take 15 or so minutes (let's also add in time for evening traffic) but I was told to come on in. I've been having trouble keeping the air in my tires. These guys took care of me right away. No appointment and immediately figured out that the inside sidewall on my tires were so bare, that they were about to have a blowout. They believe the leak is a pinhole issue on the inside seal. The outside tread looked fine, so there was no way to tell, except with the wheel off. They took the tire off and showed me what they were seeing and what they would recommend and why. I'm a bit of a car guy, so I knew everything that Chris was saying was on the level. The back wheels - the TPMS batteries were dead, but the wheels were fine. Chris quoted me a price on the sensors that was $15 per tire better than what the sensors usually go for in Glen Burnie. The place is clean and the office smells nice. They are very friendly and professional. They also have a space heater inside which keeps it nice and warm. I went across the street to El Norteño for food while I was waiting. Chris called me as I was already on my way back to the car. Good food and good service. It doesn't get much better than this. One thing to note. The address on Yelp is wrong. I popped my tired on a crosswalk median on Dale Dr. Spoke to Tony and he had me come in. They happened to have the right used tire for my rim size. he inspected the rim and replaced the tire in about 10 minutes. In and out quick! It seems wintertime is when everyone's car catches a nail on the road and you end up with a flat (mine happened on Christmas Day). I needed repair quick, because the spare wheel I was riding on was ready to dunk like the donut it was! We called around to NTB (another local spot) but never got a call-back, and Yelp led us to this place. I quickly scanned all the favorable reviews from my Yelp friends (heyyyy Donyiel girl) and saddled up the road for repair. Unfortunately, the nail in my tire was too close to the wall (as quoted by the employee who helped us), so it was recommended we get a new tire altogether. I gentleman called me back to inform me that my rear brakes pads were at 5% and should be replaced so we did that for a very reasonable price. I will be back for sure. He was able to find me brand new tires with one year warranty for half of the price. He was fast (about an hour) and very knowledgeable. I had just moved to the District when my tire blew out, I contacted many big shops and they gave me a good price. The tire went out by this shop so I had to go get it taken out. Much to my surprise despite being a small shop the owner was able to get me a price competitive with all the big guys and actually ended up getting me a better deal in the end. I got one tire replaced and later three more. Unfortunately one of the new tires went out, but he was able to get it covered under warranty and promptly had my car running. They searched and were able to obtain a new tire, matching the others on my Audi, near Baltimore. They had my new tire shipped to them same day.
