They told me to call back on the 21st which I did and they didn't have record of it. They told me to tow it on the 25th which I scheduled and when I called to confirm, they told me they didn't have any room for the car and go somewhere else. I tried to explain that they now caused me a problem because I had to move the car due to my lease being up. They said it was my car and my problem. I got a little upset and they hung up on me. I called back and they were impertinent. There wasn't any concern at all about the problem they caused me. Tried to talk me out of repairing the car. What? Mercedes last a very, very long time. Anyway, I wouldn't trust anything they say at this point. I never leave reviews like this. NEVER. But don't depend upon anything they say.

I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

This is a guru shop - from simple work to engine rebuilds to even engine swaps, they can do it all. They listen well and they tell you the truth. There are shops out there that say they do the work and don't actually do it...have heard stories. This is not one of those - old fashioned expertise and respect but full bore tech skills. True car nuts. My F-type is super happy using this shop - as is our vr6 R32. I have been to a lot of shops over the years - this is one of the good ones. Highly recommended.
