Gonna write a quick one here. The only good thing about this place is that the staff are nice. For the platter (2 pizzas, 4lbs of wings) took about 45 minutes. The pizza is not good. Good pizza, made and done almost right, then delivered hot. I ordered a "make your own" pizza with lots of veggies added, Asiago cheese instead of mozzarella, extra hot pepper chili flakes and oregano. I also asked for anchovy, green pepper, basil, garlic, onions and mushrooms - each costing $2.50. But, when the delivery came, I didn't taste or see onions or green pepper. They were no place to be found (see photo). Because I ordered so many veggies, perhaps they made a mistake- one that cost me $5 plus tax. I don't think they did it on purpose, so in fairness I'm giving 4 stars instead of the 5 I would otherwise have given because the rest of the order, including a white pizza and soda for a friend were correct and mine was missing just two items, which I'm not happy about but willing to let slide this time. The pizza is a bit expensive, but good and the delivery charge of $15 plus tax is outrageous but saved me a hassle to drive there myself (although if I had, I would have discovered the missing veggies and had them added rather than paying for something I didn't get). Because the delivery charge was so high, I'd guess the delivery person gets paid, doesn't live on the tips primarily. That's a good thing because I can't afford 20% tip for a delivery just a few miles and minutes away on a $70 plus order for a medium and a small pizza and one small bottle of soda. Plus, I paid $5 plus tax on stuff I didn't get - there's the tip almost in full. I think delivery people deserve hourly pay, not having to just live off tips. I know the cost of foid would go up, but it's already high and I feel the $15 delivery charge covers the driver's hourly pay for the 30-40 minutes maximum it took to reach my place and return for the next order. Bottom line- I highly recommend this establishment and suggest you keep your ingredients list simple or check your pizza before paying. read more

Atmosphere was great. Food was good. The wait after ordering was on the long side (but they were busy). Service/attentiveness was good from the waitress but not so much from the manager or owner. I took my wife and 2 children there for Mother's Day dinner after going to the Pelham Art Fair. We ordered extra so we would have some leftovers. I spent $93 before the tip and we had half a large pizza, 10 wings and a slice of each of the kids' pizzas left (one of our kids is a vegetarian and ordered the Margherita pizza, and the other ordered pepperoni). The waitress brought us 3 styrofoam clamshell to-go containers to put it all in. My wife took one up to the counter and asked for a pizza box instead. The manager (owner?) told her they would only let her have one if she would pay them $2.00, because "the pizza boxes cost $2.00 more than the styrofoam to-go containers." Did I mention that I had already spent $93 there and it was Mother's Day? Also, they don't charge an extra $2.00 for their to-go pizzas which they put in the same boxes. We put the wings in one clamshell, jammed/layered half a large pizza into another, and disappointed our daughter by having her pizza slice touching one with meat in the 3rd clamshell. And... Styrofoam? Really??? Do they not watch the news? The waitress (who was very nice) apologized, and we could see she felt embarrassed; of course we left her a good tip as this wasn't in her ability to control. An OK meal, but the manager/owner's demeanour really left a bad taste in our mouths at the end. Congratulations to him for saving the $2.00... of course it will cost them lots of future $93.00 sales from us as we will likely not make an effort to return. So not much of a savings for him after all. My Grandfather used to call this "stepping over a dollar to pick up a penny" (hint: this is not an admirable trait). read more

Stopped in today for dinner. The service at this restaurant is 5 star all the way. From the very friendly hostess and the bar tender. Didn't catch tier names. Our server was David. What a great attitude. I think David is the friendliest, most attentive, serve we have ever experienced. We will definitely come back if in the area. The pizza was delish too! We ordered buffalo wings for lunch, we have had them many, many times before and usually are quite good. The container the wings arrived in had writing on it that had been crossed out. I opened the container and the wings did not look like they regularly do and I could smell the hot sauce as soon as I opened the lid to the container. I tried one chicken wing and couldn't eat any more because of the spice. I asked my husband to try one and his comment was, "they put the wrong sauce on." I called Massimo's to discuss the situation at approximately 12:20 p.m. on April 13, 2023. The gentleman that answered the phone had not taken my order originally. I explained the situation, his reply was that buffalo wings contain Red's Hot sauce and butter and that they would be hot. I explained I was aware of the recipe and had them many times before but these were not the same. I asked if I could return them and have my credit card refunded. He explained that they cannot do that. He offered to replace the wings but they would arrive the same. I answered, if they are going to arrive the same it doesn't make sense as we can't eat them. I said something is wrong with them, they are not the same. At this time the gentleman put our call on hold to speak to the kitchen. Upon his return, he explained that they were changing some recipes and could send out a replacement but there was nothing wrong or done differently with the order I received. The frustrating thing with this situation is that I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for years. I have never called to report a concern previously that I recall, and usually love the product and service they provide. How this incident was handled by the gentleman on the phone was degrading to me, his tone was condescending and he was in no way empathetic to my concern. After taking a random drive north of Niagara Falls we somehow ended up here in Pelham. The place itself is pretty massive in size, had a friendly staff, and also had a pretty good size menu. For lunch we ended up ordering a sicilian pizza which was pretty good, but what I really want to bring up is the pizza fries! Basically, it's french fries with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce on them. It seems like a simple appetizer but it was absolutely delicious and I would totally 100% recommend them to anyone who ends up in Pelham. Overall I had a pretty good experience here and even though I doubt I'll be back in Pelham anytime soon, if I was I would be eating here. read more

If you have a long time to wait, and don't mind being disrespected by staff and management, then by all means go. Went in and after not being noticed waiting for a table we got someone's attention after about 5 minutes and we were seated. After ten more minutes someone stopped at the table to see if we had been served, which we had not. They refused to take our food order, but did get us our drinks. They then returned and wrote down our order. We sat talking and watching the televisions hanging in the restaurant. As we waited longer and longer with no food and no visit from a waiter, we started watching the time and realized we had been waiting over 40 minutes from the time we placed our order. That's when our waiter appeared to tell us that their printer wasn't working, so our order hadn't printed (even though he had written it out on a slip), and so there was going to be a delay. Our appetizer hadn't even come out yet. There was no mention of offering us anything for the inconvenience, and when the bill came they had done nothing for us. I told the waiter that as a result of the restaurant not making an effort to make it up to us, that I would not be tipping. He quickly snapped back that he wanted me to be aware that he had to "tip out" to the kitchen on our bill even if I didn't tip him. After that I asked to see a manager. The "manager" came out confrontational and when I explained the situation, he advised me that they have a policy against compensating customers when it was something that was beyond their control. I asked him how this situation was beyond his control. The "conversation" deteriorated, and he refused to do anything other than threaten to "have a talk with the waiter." I feel it's probably just as bad to work here as it is to be a customer. read more

My wife got cranberry chicken salad I got a pizza with wings and bruschetta for an appetizer let me say the appetizer was god awful. Threw tomatoes on top of dry flat bread. My pizza not a signature pizza was hard in the bottom and tasteless my toppings are pepperoni mushrooms onion bacon and green olives no soft texture at all. The wings were dried out and hard. I fly into Ontario from Alberta every few years and I have to get Mossimos pizza at least once during my visit. It used to be a staple when I was in highschool here. I was disappointed that we ordered two large pizzas and they were both burnt. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. read more

I loved Mossimo's at their old location. Sure the parking was smaller and the building was smaller too. The quality was there. And it was always consistent. Lately however is different story: Summer 2014 I order a large pizza (chicken bacon mushrooms on red base) and 30 wings (medium and super saucy). Motherf-----! They messed up my order on the whole pie. To add insult the wings are dry. This is after you wait their super ridiculous wait time to get it (on average its 40-45 minutes). This is the first time (not the last time either) that I had a complaint. And a bigger insult was I could take it or wait another 40 minutes. I asked them if they would discount me anything for their mistakes and was told no. No reason why or anything. I asked for their manager who then gave me gruff about me complaining. Really? You're going to go there with a loyal customer who has promoted your business all these years? F--- you pal! It's only after one of the long time waiters there who recognizes me does he go over and smoothes it all out and finally they redo the entire order on expedited service (so the manager is a complete goof). Am I happy in the end? Yes... Was it worth the frustration due to their lack in superior customer service? No. Also a few other times being in the new location: They charged me 4 refills when its supposed to be free refills. And not everyone is on the same page with that either. Lackluster food again... And same dry chicken wings.... Please bring people up to date on ALL your menu items. Please send all your employees to a customer service school. And re hire all the former employees that made your food at your old location because the new ones SUCK. read more

Won't ever order again, I have been going to mossimos for years and ordeing from them. The same order for years, never has a issue till tonight. Payed 130.00 for pizza and wings that I won't eat. I ordered a party tray pizza 5 single honey garlic wings and 44 hot. What did I get ,5 lbs of honey garlic and 2 lbs hit that are dry. called and talked with owner and they said they can't do anything. They never split there wings the way I asked. Would not get me my right order, or accommodate in anyway. They did nothing wrong he says. Yelling at me , the same thing not his mistake, or problem. employee on phone never mentioned anything about pounds at all when I repeated My order over to her to make sure she heard what I said. read more

5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service. The pizza and wings are worth the drive but we have elected to do take out because the service is just so poor. Eating in involves really long wait times, inattentive wait staff and no need to customize your order because your waitress will either forget it or screw it up anyway. When we order take out, which we have done a hundred times, we have never had an error. This tells me that the wait staff just doesn't care. I've had decent experiences at this place before. Today however was notably below par. I bought 3 extremely greasy slices at the recently raised price (still reasonable tho). They had 6 1/2 full pepperoni pizzas on display for slices. I asked the person at the counter for a slice from the fresher looking pies at the top, but to my surprise she refused and proceeded to heat up the 3 oldest slices. It was weird because this was after lunch rush, and the place was empty. As well as being clearly old, they were also still cold, so I asked again for 3 fresh, hotter slices. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected. The manager on duty "Brandon/Brendon"'s solution for the 3rd time in a row of an incorrect order is to drive a plate of ground beef to our house since it was forgotten to be added to our order of nachos. When we call to explain our frustration, not rude or condescending, he tells us "i cant help you tonight". Seriously? So we drive the nachos back to receive a refund where he tries to pull a fast one and continues to tell us he will no longer serve us-apparently you missed the memo on respect & ethical management. You know we have been loyal customers since Moss was at the corner or Hwy 20 & South Pelham..I feel bad for Moss, his business is being represented by individuals who do not understand customer service and not to mention they lack how mom and pop businesses rely on the community. I went on a Sunday with a group if 4. The location is nice. Much nicer then the old one. But the wait was ridiculous. When i went there was an hour wait for a table. Ann hour. For pizza. Then once we got a table the service was slow. Drinks weren't refilled. Took an hour to get pizza. I would recommend you go to the near by volcanoes pizzeria. They have better pizza, better staff. And it will be 20 mins and you will be enjoying your pizza. read more

My Family visits Mossimos regularly. It's kid friendly but usually very busy so you need to be patient but it's worth the wait. Pizza and wings are very good. The pizza is some of the best in the Niagara region. read more

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I ordered a pizza and asked waitress (while pointing at the menu) if I could get the wings and pizza deal with that specific type of pizza. I asked twice. She said yes and confirmed yes I'd get the large pizza/20wings price. My bill comes and it's $78 for ONE PIZZA, 20 wings and a Diet Coke. ONE PERSON. They charged me full price for 20 wings without the pizza wing combo discount. Owner/Manager (whoever the idiot was) comes over and blames ME for not reading menu correctly. Me and friend both said we showed her and asked while pointing to menu. We specifically asked her to confirm that twice. He got snippy with us and said it's basically our fault and said I misunderstood the menu and specialty pizza. My friend said AGAIN no that's exactly why we asked her twice! He said it's not her fault, it's ours. And one of our pizzas was burnt on bottom. Not even a free drink or an I'm sorry. NOTHING. Absolutely disgusted with the condescending way he spoke to us. Unless you want to sell a body part for a 12 slice pizza and 20 wings ($78!!!) don't waste your darn time here. We won't be back here again. Pathetic. read more

Went here last night for dinner. It was pretty busy. Seemed hectic. People really love this place. The pizza was good, greasy a bit but it was still good. The waiter was knowledgeable with the beer selection. Gave us some information when we asked. It wasn't anything special, I would come back if I was in the area but not go out of my way to come here. Big and beautiful place. Lots of seating both inside and out. The food takes a while to get to you but the pizzas are pretty huge and greasy and delicious and so are the wings. Visit Mossimos on a regular basis. Kids and I really enjoy the pizza and wings. Yes it takes a little longer then other pizza joints but for us it's worth the wait. Someone mentioned Volcanos pizza which is 5 min drive from Mossimos but serves awful pizza in a tiny dingy restaurant. Don't stare at your watch..enjoy a good conversation with your guests and you'll love Mossimos food. read more

Customer service was AMAZING! We mistakenly came at one of their busy times and after waiting for what seemed like forever for a table (we had a big party of 9 and no reservation our fault not theirs) the kids started to break down so we decided to cancel our table and just do takeout. Well then we found out that takeout was a 40 minute wait..... but a very nice cook came to our rescue and rounded up some mix and match pizza's and wings for us.
