    There is a reason we keep coming back to Mossy Nissan Poway for our vehicles. The staff is always very nice, so helpful and work with you and your budget with no pressure. We feel comfortable when we come here. Luca is always so great and helps us find the car that meets our needs within our price range.     I bought here in 2015 and have been coming back for service ever since. In the roughly 40 years I've been driving, this is the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer of. I have horror stories from almost every car repair place I've been to, but not Mossy Nissan Poway. To me, they're the gold standard. Fast service, correct diagnoses, never any unnecessary upsell, helpful advice, and friendly people. ( Thank you Darren and Ali. ) I will keep returning and will probably buy my next car here if for no other reason than that the Service Department is reliable. I'm having a hard time saying that about many businesses today.

    If you're shopping for a Nissan I highly recommend you going to Poway Mossy Nissan and ask for Art Perea. He is easy going made the experience great and not pushy did not make me feel pressured and was willing to negotiate and also drove an hour to pick up the car we wanted from another dealership.

    It went more than well. I got white glove service from Luca and art that helped me pick out the best vehicle for my needs. I brought my 11-year-old daughter and art was so accommodating to her the whole time and patient with me as I was asking all of the questions. The whole team helped us and we left with our 2026 Nissan Marano and we are extremely happy with that. This is my second car purchase through Nissan and have had nothing but positive experiences.

    I first noticed major issues (convertible top, window sealing, etc.) while driving home the same day of purchase -- clearly concealed and undisclosed prior to sale. Dealership refused anything beyond the basic buyer's guide, denied my request to cancel/refund the GAP insurance I paid for & provided incorrect written information about cancellability, then responded to honest negative reviews with personal attacks via email and threats instead of fixing their mistakes. Avoid Mossy Nissan.

    The staff at Mossy Nissan Poway were so responsive and really showed commitment to making sure all of our questions were answered. I had been searching high and low specifically for a dark grey model 3 Tesla with less than 20k miles and didn't know the color and the wheels were upgraded on this vehicle so it was in high demand. In fact, yesterday we saw this posting show up and I submitted an inquiry asking if I could schedule time to come see it on Tuesday. He said that there was a lot of interest and offered to bring the car to my house to test drive! I ended up going up there on my own, fell in love with the car and told them I was going to pick up my bf since he was doing the financial part, and apparently as soon as we said yes another salesperson had received a call from someone stating he had a cashiers check and was on his way. Luckily the guys at Mossy are stand up guys and made sure that I got the car! Terrific service, clean dealership and not pushy at all. Very transparent which is so important.

    In love with our new Nissan Ariya Evolve Plus!  Mossy Nissan Poway is the best!

    So we did a thing! Yesterday, the Taylor Family became the proud owners of this 2024 all electric Nissan Ariya Evolve Plus from Mossy Nissan in Poway. We had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish! Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful, but our awesome sales consultant, Luca Mellana, and finance manager Gabe Sellers made it surprisingly easy and enjoyable. They are both patient, kind, upfront and honest, and went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we were satisfied customers...they genuinely care, it's not just about making a sale.     Mossy Nissan of Poway team was the best! Wife wanted new Nissan Rouge and with some texts with Luca we got best deal in all of Nissan dealerships in SD county and LA. I know because I sent them all an email asking for quotes. Only Escondido was close but Poway delivered the SUV and threw in an awesome hat. Ask for Luka and you will get best deal!

    I visited Nissan Poway and was assisted by Luca Mellana. During my first visit, I had no intention of buying yet--I was simply shopping around. But from the moment I stepped in, I noticed something different. The entire team was so accommodating, and the energy in the store was vibrant. Everyone was cheerful and genuinely helpful. After I got home, I received a follow-up from Luca, which is expected from a good salesperson. Then yesterday, my husband and I decided to check out other dealerships--Honda, Hyundai, and Toyota--but none of them gave us the same positive vibe we experienced at Nissan Poway. So we went back to Poway Nissan and showed my husband the car I had been eyeing. Again, the team didn't disappoint. Everyone was welcoming and eager to offer the best service. They are knowledgeable and professional. We ended up getting the car--with the best deal! After experiencing the exceptional service at Nissan Poway, I don't think I'd ever switch to another brand. For me, it's the people behind the product that make it truly special. I highly commend the entire team. This is by far the best car dealership experience I've ever had.

Unfortunately, my prior Ram 1500 has had multiple issues and I've had to go in many, many times for warranty work. Point being, I've seen many service advisors and managers come and go. I recently had to take my new truck in, and I was extremely impressed and treated completely different from past experiences. A huge shout out to the newest Manager (I don't know his name) and Kathleen!!! Kathleen was the most helpful and caring service advisor you could ask for. She genuinely is just a nice person! I cannot thank her enough. It just seems like there's a different vibe and different crew over there doing good things.

    If could give this dealership less than one star, I would. I'm a retired police officer and a…read moreveteran and I truly value honesty and integrity. I live close to this dealership and while I have been aware of their low reviews and opinions from neighbors, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. On 04/20/26, I was searching online to purchase a new Jeep wrangler sport S. I checked the official webb page for this dealership and noticed they listed a vehicle for the net cost of $40,921. I contacted them through their webb page to schedule a test drive. A new salesman, Isaiah Gonzalez, contacted me and we agreed on a test drive for 4/21/2026 at 1200 hrs. I arrived at the dealership at the agreed time and met Mr. Gonzales, who had the vehicle ready for a test drive. We conducted the test drive and upon returning to the dealership, I decided to make a purchase offer of $39,000 to Mr Gonzales, which he promptly took to his sales manager Mr. Jackey Moore. Mr. Gonzalez returned a short time later and advised me that they had accepted my offer and ask me to come over to his desk to start the paperwork. Mr. Gonzales then produced a sheet of paper with the agreed price, but also a number of costly dealership added items, including the standard security systems and other unwanted add-ons. I immediately declined the added items. Mr. Gonzales then asked me to agree on something "because they needed to make some money on the vehicle". I remain firm on not purchasing the additional items, but advised him, I would consider financing with them. Mr. Gonzales preceded to speak with his sales manager, Mr. Moore, who promptly asked me to come into his office. Mr. Moore Then advised me that they could not sell me the vehicle because they had made an error in their official dealership Webb page and that they would loose too much money if the sold me the vehicle at the agreed price. Mr. Moore would not give any further logical explanation for the alleged error. I had several photos of the listing which I agreed to show him but he had no interest. He further did not show much interest in a reasonable resolution after I had spent over two hours at the dealership, and only encouraged me to purchase a vehicle somewhere else. A second rather rude , individual, in the sales office, who refused to identify himself, but I later determined to be sales manager Johnny Luttrell , jumped into the conversation and attempted to excused the errors on their part, but at no time suggested a reasonable resolution. A request to speak to the General Manager was denied. These individuals did not conduct themselves as professionals in the least. I intend to take further action in this matter to include reports to the appropriate state consumer protection agencies, as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles which oversees licensing for vehicle dealerships. In summary, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
