He was on time for the appointment, took out the old faucet and replaced it with a brand new one that I provided him, and did a great job. Jason quickly returned my call and was able to fit me into his schedule within a day. He was on time and fully prepared for the job. He replaced my sump pump in less time than quoted. The workmanship was very good - no cut corners. He was willing to install the pump that I provided. When the dual pump didn't fit exactly like the original, he took the time needed to rearrange things instead of plowing forward like I've seen others do. He cleaned up the workspace, re-caulked the radon seal and hauled away the old pump. His rates are quite fair. He kept to his original quote, which was 70% of one I received 1.5 years ago for the same work (and subsequently declined). The whole experience is like having a master-plumber-friend do you a solid. SOLID!! There are lots of flattering words I'd use to describe Jason Harris, but if I had to choose only one, it would be "solid." Jason does an excellent job, always shows on time, keeps you updated via email and text, and is a pure pleasure to have in your home. I'm a former small-time contractor who use to run a word of mouth handyman business. I've had a few plumbers in my house, and none of them can compare to Jason. His quality workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. And, as I mentioned earlier, he is an absolute pleasure to have in my house. I had a previous plumber who was not this way, so it makes me appreciate Jason more. Jason roughed in my basement bathroom and then finished up the fixture installs. I did everything else. But, even with his demanding schedule, he took the time to walk me through the inspection process for my Certificate of Occupancy. There were three inspections required during the basement process, and each inspector knew Jason by name and was extremely complimentary of his work. I also had my water heater act up during this process and Jason dropped everything to come out the afternoon I called to fix it. He worked well past 7 pm. I would recommend Jason for any job.
