Tuesday morning Sam provided an ETA and showed up exactly when he said he would. We're so grateful they could come out on such short notice. Joseph has experience under his belt, and it shows. Could identify quite accurately where the leak in my bathroom was just from listening for the unique sound of it so despite needing to cut into the wall to access the pipe, he was able to minimize the work needed to patch it back up. On top of that he was able to spot another leak, and even found some issues with the sink that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. Very professional, handled the issues with care, and was very honest about the work being done, while explaining the issues clearly as he worked. The work was a bit on the expensive side, but it was more than worth his effort, attention to detail, and dedication to his career. Plus plumbing work of this kind tends to be expensive anyway, and I'd rather have it done right the first time. I had a great experience with Outlook Plumbing. They recently replaced three faulty gate valves at my home (two internal, and one outdoor spigot). The owner Joseph was quick to respond to my quote request, gave me an upfront estimate and stuck to it, showed up when he promised, was efficient, and also tackled some additional work I requested while he was here. Joseph was scheduled for the morning, but he called in his way home from a job he finished early and he was able to fix our garbage disposal the night before. He was friendly, did not make a mess, and kept to his estimate. He spent extra time after the job to talk to my child about what it's like to be a plumber, helping him explore careers.
