We weren't happy with that practice for many reasons, and Altman Dental was recommended to us by many families that we are friends with. He sees me and my husband and even my 9 year old! He LOVES Dr. Altman ( even more than his Pediatrician which says a lot!). I just came here to say that I always have a great experience with the front desk ladies, while I'm in the chair Dr. Altman is conversational and is humorous and informative and explains what's happening as he's doing it. Today the first step of my implant has started and I needed this tooth pulled. It was a great experience! I don't doubt that he will check on me later. I don't know how they do it, but I didn't feel a thing when the novocaine was going in. Now that the novocaine has worn off and I can properly feel my teeth, the side that was deep cleaned feels cleaner than I can ever remember, and even though I knew it took a whole lot of work, was totally painless. I'm actually looking forward to getting the deep cleaning done on the other side next month!

The wait is typically short, and I'm always promptly seen once inside the individual patient room. If you need a distraction, there are TVs in the waiting room as well as in each patient room. They offer a wide variety of services; I've only been seen for cleanings, so I can't comment too much on those. Always appreciate the cute goody bag I get to take home.
