They were able to come out right away, and thoroughly removed all the stains (both acrylic and wool carpeting). Mother Nature's representative and cleaning expert, Henry, was excellent. And the office I called very helpful, when I called a couple of times. The carpets that were cleaned were cleaned well and no chemical odor. Henry had this funny blue light that picked out defects as we were checking the main stair carpet and it picked up a dog pee on one of the stairs that couldn't be seen by the naked eye. We added an additional special pee remover to the order. The final price was what I expected, and the time to do the job was relatively quick. Henry is an asset to your company. read more

I own an original, Persian Rug that is VERY SPECIAL and needs cleaning, The lady explained WHY and WHAT to look for when you have a special rug! We had an excellent experience with Mother Nature's Cleaning. Unfortunately, while we were on vacation, one of our cats decided to pee consistently in one spot in one of our rooms. When we returned, we needed major odor removal fast. I was able to get a same-day appointment and Julio came to our house and assessed the situation and did a localized treatment, which seemed to remove the smell, at least temporarily. Unfortunately, the next day the smell returned, but I called Mother Nature and Julio came back, free of charge as per their 5 day warranty. Julio did a full flush of our carpet, which has mostly removed the odor. Unfortunately, there is a faint smell that is still noticeable if you put your nose to the carpet, so there is a chance we'll need to replace part of the carpet pad and treat the subflooring because of how deep the urine penetrated, but I was 100% satisfied with the service provided by Mother Nature's cleaning and very impressed by Julio and the service he provided. He was friendly, kind and worked hard to remove the odor and you can't smell the urine AT ALL when in the room (only when your nose is in the carpet). I am so frustrated with this company. They didn't show up for my appointment. So, I'm about to host my friend from out of town this weekend. I haven't seen her in years and my couch is pretty dirty from my dogs so needed to have it cleaned. Called to make an appointment, they said they couldn't come for 2 weeks (today). No problem, that still leaves me time. They sent me an email confirmation saying 90min arrival window - perfect, that works. Today is my appointment, the time window comes and goes, I just gave them a call - apparently it was never entered it into their system (even though I received an email confirmation...?), so no one is coming. They now tell me they're not available until next week, well after my friend has left. I can't find another company that is available on this short notice. So now I'm going around town trying to figure out how to borrow or rent a vacuum to do by myself. I know this is beyond a first world problem, but hey, this is what reviews are for. Looking at other reviews, it looks like they do a good job if they show up, but I guess don't make an appointment here unless you've got some flexibility for a no show. Lesson learned. read more

First I was grateful to the office for finding a technician who could clean on a holiday weekend. I work full time and during the week is not possible. Javiar was on time, very courteous and efficient, also providing extra effort that would allow the drying time to be 6 hours, and it was perfect when I returned home. One looked worse After they claim, they cleaned it - black dog hair all over it - that's the only thing I wanted gone. and the other still smelled like dog urine and they charged me $734 for the service, which was basically no service. So don't use this company unless you want to be ripped off like I was and they won't refund my money. Then to top it off, I had to call another company to come out and clean both sofas and there's no dog hair, no odor and they're perfect which cost me another $275. But the companies called Chem-Dry in Novato, which I highly recommend they are very professional and did a wonderful job! Yeah, $275 for a great job compared to mother natures $774.?????
