Waited 10 mins to be checked out while one girl was on the phone and one was slowly checking out another customer. Toddler had to use the restroom since a quick stopped turned into a waiting game. Before I could even ask they automatically said no we don't have a restroom go across the street to the restaurant When I can clearly see there's a restroom back there. Had to leave the cart there and rush home so my toddler could use the restroom. Such disgusting behavior, how does a place who is supposed to help mothers & children deny a 2 yr old the restroom? read more

I can't say enough about this place. It was my first time going there today and the help I received was so wonderful. The food selection was great! Everyone was so welcoming! A woman helped me, I didn't catch her name but she had beautiful long eyelashes, she was great. She scanned my card and helped me navigate everything I could get and how much of it. Mothers has a really good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The workers here are also very helpful and friendly. We have never had a bad experience. They make shopping with WIC card stress free because they tell you exactly what items you have and pull them from the shelves for you so you don't have to worry about getting the right sizes. We always choose mothers for our WIC card purchases. I also love that they bring my bags to the car for me and help me load when I have my hands full with my kids read more

The office is never open, you call to make an appointment and no one answer or returns your call, you text to make appointments same story, they dont even reply your text, the store run out of formula and they just tell you come back in two weeks! And what do i tell the baby sorry you have to wait two weeks to be feed, and if you dont ask they dont even tell you they have another store in pomona, this is my neighborhood mothers but I think I better drive a little further than deal with them read more

This place is always so nice and welcoming. I usually do most of my wic shopping here minus the produce because it is all prepackaged.. I Iike going to a grocery store and picking out each item there, plus there's more variety. The employee that has helped me out like 3 times and that is always just so courteous is Daniel E (according to my receipt) he always greets and sparks conversation. He helps me out and even while outside he makes time to talk. It eases off the embarrassment of going to a regular grocery store. read more

Young associates with attitudes, the music in there is so loud u can barely hear the associate talk even with the microphone. Finally told the cashier I couldn't hear her the music is too loud, the times after that it was better surprisingly. One time I got a gift of tortillas, went home to find mold on it that day. Also I get the whole covid thing where u can't help put away the groceries in the car anymore, but if u see me struggling to pick up the heavy box of milk, come on a little lift will be helpful, you touch my items at the register, so what's the difference? read more

Great place for your vouchers. They have fresh veggies and fruit out for you to pick out yourself and some frozen too. You tell the cashier what other items your like and you get a free item to pick from. They help you out to car too! I was in and out quick! read more

Horrible Service here waited a long while Denise was helping me. She asked me what kind of juice an cereal I wanted then asked me to sign my checks then went to help someone else my checks were signed n I waited and I waited and she left me to go help somebody else then came back got milk that was expiring in five days .. So I asked for a better expiration date on the milks because I was getting a total of 3 milks .. She only had two milks with different expiration date. Then she left me again and help the lady next to me that was behind me and I was still waiting to get everything. And another lady had to come checked me out and finish getting everything else I needed .. The lady that was behind me in line left before me .. I told them they need a better system .. An they need to learn to focus on one person at a time very unorganized took forever I'm not going to be going back there again read more
