Had to get my tire patched and they were very speedy and polite. Not at all expensive either. This was a nice experience especially because I had just been to a different auto shop who told me they couldn't possibly patch my tire and I'd need a new one for almost a hundred dollars. These guys were incredibly helpful. I picked up a nail in my tire and developed a slow leak. When I stopped in they immediately pulled the tire, had it fixed and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Best of all the repair cost was really reasonable! Highly recommend! They have great service and great prices. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. The front desk people are awesome. Ex: I ordered two tires but they found out all 4 needed to be replaced so they discounted the other two. At the same visit a 9 year old girl tried to use the vending machine and her snack didn't come out. A mechanic from outside came in to use the vending machine and 2 things came out. He said did anyone get a coke so I explained what happened. He bought her the snack she was trying to get which was so nice. That is always the level of service here. read more

Very disappointed in motion after all the great things I've heard about them from friends. I recently bought a car for a friend that was deployed and it needed new tires and TPMS sensors installed. Normally I would go to T&T but a friend strongly recommended them so I took the car to them. Not only could they not install the TPMS sensors but they neglected to tell me one of the rims was repaired/ welded back together which is kind of a big deal. Well naturally when my friend returned from deployment he came and picked up the car very excited. Then a little while later I received a call from him and the welded rim had given out cause the brand new tire to blow out while he was driving. He called motion and they denied everything and blamed it on "road damage" and are refusing to acknowledge the welded rim that broke or he fact the tires they just put on with less than 50 miles blew out and almost caused and accident involving my close friend. read more

They can afford to be cheaper because they're pretty quick. Ok, so last Friday I ordered tires for my truck. Monday the tires arrived and I stopped by the shop at 2pm to have the tires installed. Installation done in an hour! Mind you, this place is first come, first served and they seemed pretty busy when I got there. Anyway, I get home and I discover that the tires ARE THE WRONG SIZE!!! Holy crap! So I go over my paperwork and notes and realize that it's totally MY FAULT! I actually ordered the wrong tires for my own truck. I'm mortified !! My wife is going to kill me! I'm trying to think how I'm going to make this work. I can't eat $400 worth of new tires. I check my other vehicle to see if maybe they will fit. Nope! No such luck. So, hoping beyond all hope I call Motion Tire and explain what happened. I tell them that it's completely my fault and that I've literally driven directly from the shop to my house and I was wondering if I have any options or am I stuck with the tires? And I would have been good with that, at this point I'm just hoping for a Hail Mary so I don't have to explain $400 worth of unusable tires to my wife! The lady I talked to says "Hang on a second". Couple of minutes later see comes back and says "We'll call tonight and order the right size tires and they'll be in tomorrow. Come by tomorrow and we'll swap them out for you". Oh. My. God. Blew mh tire on 395. Called 3 tire places. Motion tire didn't have tire until next day but found a used tire in my time of need and made me a great deal.
