While I appreciate the owner's effort, the fact remains a simple check of the lining would have made all of this hassle unnecessary. School time rolls around again, and I'm needing another uniform item embroidered with the kids' school logo. I came back here because I knew they had the logo on file, and last time wasn't too bad. Well, the logo that cost me $6 last year is now $10. Gulp. OK, so it goes. I drop the item off on Tuesday, and was told they'd call "in a few days" when it's ready. I happen to have $10 cash on me, so I pay the man. Guy is on the phone pretty much the whole time, the gal is literally wandering around the shop. 1 week goes by, no word on my item being ready. I find myself close by, so I stop in on a whim, and yep, it's ready. The gal says, "didn't he call you?" Nope. Then she asks me for $10! I told her I paid when I brought the item in! I figured when someone writes a price quote on a work ticket, they should at least note "PAID" or something, so as to not offend your customers? So, 2 strikes...price hike and another round of lacking customer service. I get the item home and wash it, then I notice the neckline is bunched up, so as I turn it inside out, I realize they've literally just shoved in into the embroidery machine without looking to see they caught the lining up in it, folding it upwards! This was gonna be the picture day outfit! I'm angry because the botched embroidery can't be fixed, not without ruining the front of the dress!!! Now I'll have to remove and tailor the lining to lay flat at the neckline because Reno Embroidery couldn't take a minute to smooth out the lining. Shotty work, careless customer service and steep price...I'm not sure they care about earning repeat business, I know I won't be back!

My husband had a business card on file from a previous purchase, but he wanted several changes and RPS was up to the task. The original card was one-sided, and he wanted changes to that front side and also to add graphics to the back of the card, making it a two-sided colored-ink card. There were several back-and-forth emails to confirm exactly what he wanted and to look at proofs. On one of the exchanges, RPS had taken the extra step of showing us an option we had not considered and ended up using. Both text and graphics are very sharp, even though some had to be made small to fit on the card. Customer service was always quick and courteous. If you need any sort of printing done, we highly recommend Reno Print Store. NOTE: Regarding the photo, take into consideration it's been saved to my computer in a few different formats and I had to use the snipping tool as well. In real life the images are very sharp and clear; I added the photo to provide an idea of the complexity of the work RPS can do.

I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. But I think I might shop around further if I need another set made.

It also took them over 6 weeks to get me a printed proof, which looked like someone with Epilepsy made it. After telling me my price was going to be lower, they tried to charge me 50 dollars over my quote, when I said something he ended up charging me ten dollars less, even after he said my price was going to be a lot less than my quote! I would not suggest any body to this company, for more reasons than just lack of professionalism.
