I told them I needed a little time to move money around and they tried to convince me to just finance it for now anyway. Implying if I didn't, I obviously wasn't a serious buyer and they'd sell the jetski I wanted to someone else. Then told me it's difficult to get more of them... As if BRP isn't in the business of selling jetskis. Strange considering Fun Bike Center has plenty of them, and never tried any of this crap with me. Why would any educated person want to ding their credit with an inquiry and a new loan when they intend to pay cash? The sales manager (at least I think that was his title) scoffed at me when I asked if the deposit was refundable. "Why do you need to know that?" he asked. As if any reasonable person wouldn't ask that question. Maybe these tactics work on teenagers buying dirt bikes, but trying this on a 40+ year old is totally ridiculous. Needless to say, I walked out. A manager followed me and gave me a sob story about how that guy is going through a bunch of stuff and hasn't had much sleep. Basically tells me they are a family business and don't use shady tactics like that. Okay, so WHY is he here? Why not send this guy home so he can rest and not piss off your clients? It's also worth checking out this Facebook screenshot I included. Their employee refers to dealer junk fees as "BS fees" when he's trying to unload a product. Yet, miraculously, they don't mind charging fees they know are "BS" with every other transaction. Oh, but we discounted the MSRP so BS fees are okay now! That's called a bait and switch. Amazing. Go to Fun Bike Center instead please. Bought a Seadoo Switch there 2 weeks ago, and I'll be buying my Fishpro Trophy there very soon. They've never once made me feel pressured into anything. Incase you can't read the fee in my photo, it's $2999 for a "setup" fee.

My riding style it doesnt bog (which is interesting because most say it does on a cr) both were on a fresh 01 cr OE rebuilt engine. Case oil, grease coolant, lubricant have all held and brought me to a few podiums. They also have a bicycle product line which I am looking forward to trying! I was in OB this weekend riding around and I got a flat rear tire on my ebike. Called them and…read morethey said they didn't have my tube size. Luckily I had a spare tube, but unluckily I didn't have my 18mm wrench to remove the rear wheel. They said they could do it, and I dropped the bike off. They closed in two hours and said it would be done by 5. Walked by about an hour later (no call), and the bike was in the store and done. Go inside and no one was in the store, but I heard someone in the back. After a few minutes we looked in the back and asked if the bike was done. It was, and it was $20 for the fix. I was happy with that! Started riding out of OB, and by the time we hit Morena area, something felt off. Looked down and the tire looked soft. Within 5 more minutes it was dead flat. Had to call for a ride all the way back home. Today I looked at the tire closely with a flashlight and saw that they never removed the tiny piece of metal in the tire that caused the flat. Took the wheel off and put pressure in the tube, only to find the leak was on the inner (rim side) of the tube. Nothing sharp on the rim, so they must have messed up on the install. Why replace a tube and not inspect the tire? And a bike shop that installs a tube wrong that causes a flat? Gave this place 2 stars just for the fact that I'm only out $20
