At the time one part of the seat was broken however they said they would get it fixed. After I bought the car however I never really heard back from them. What I didn't know was the employee I had been trying to contact apparently left the company soon after. So that particular employee never relayed the issue to management. I had such a great experience here at Motor Market! I found this place through OfferUp, came in for a test drive for a beautiful 2 door Honda Civic, and experienced such great customer service right away from the front desk girl Alaina. When they pulled the car out for me, we were greeted immediately by the super nice lot attendants, who pulled up with AC already on and running, as well as music bumpin! This was super nice compared to all the other test drives I had done so right away I knew amenities were on and working. Also the car was really nice and clean inside and outside. ******BUYER BEWARE****** Get your vehicle checked out before you buy it! These guys are liars and crooks! I was told this vehicle had no issues and is in perfect condition! Turns out when I got the oil changed from the dealership (which was not covered under their maintenance plan) gave me a huge list of repairs that needed to be done on the vehicle. When I brought it to their attention, I asked to see what repairs were done on the vehicle and to my surprise, not one thing was done. I have copies from the my car dealership and Motor Market stating this as proof. It took them over a month to respond back that I was S.O.L. These guys buy nice vehicles with issues and resell them as perfect, but expect to have $3,000+ repairs in the very near future. I'm a single mom and told them I can't afford any unexpected huge repairs. They assured me it was a perfect vehicle. So much for supporting a family business. They're super sweet once you buy the vehicle and you're off their lot, but not so much after. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

Do "NOT" buy a car from these people. About 8 months ago I bought a car at Moto Market, and boyo was that a big mistake. The car I bought had no working airbags, or horn. The catalytic converter and air bag check engine lights came on within 50 miles of the vehicle leaving their lot. Just long enough to pass inspections. That's right. I had to take it to get it inspected the next day. Not them. It's illegal to sell a car in Arizona without getting it inspected first. Now I know. It's also illegal to sell a car without a working horn, and airbags. Both major safety issues. You might be able to get away with it if you disclose these facts to the buyer, but nope. No disclosure. The check engine light informed me as to the catalytic convertor, while needing to honk the horn informed me that the clock spring needed replacing. By the way, the horn not working nearly got me killed. In addition the transmission leaks transmission fluid, and the motor makes a knocking noise when in first gear, and sometimes in reverse. Something I could not hear when I test drove it, thanks to the AC already being turned up to high. I can only assume that the check engine lights were shut off by them disconnecting the battery, and resetting the ecu. They come back on of course, but not until the car has been driven a fair distance. The suspension was also shot to hell, and I had to replace all the struts, but it turns out all the bushings are also shot to hell as well, and that will cost a small fortune to replace. I've barely driven this car 2k miles, because honestly I do not trust it. This place eeked out of me way, way more than this car was worth using the good old Kelly blue book value BS. This car is worth no where near even the bottom of where it rates in the blue book. Basically, I got screwed. I still don't know what causes the knocking. Still have to spend a fortune to replace a fair amount of the suspension, besides the struts, which cost me a small fortune as well. Replacing the CAT, and maybe even O2 sensors will also cost a pretty penny. As for the horn, well I still don't have a functioning one, or functioning airbags thanks to these people. Also had to immediately replace the battery, which was a fizzling mess. In addition the car had all the wrong fluids in it, and changing out all of those cost a small fortune as well. If you want to buy a car that at the very least can be driven safely after you buy it "don't" go to these people. It was clear to me that this car, which they had bought at auction, had zero done to it after they purchased it, likely for dirt cheap. Oh, and I even found that the tires were not only bald, but the steel mesh was sticking out to such an extent that even touching the tires would cut your hand. Yes, I also had to spend 700 bucks for new tires. Basically, they sold me a super lemon. Avoid Moto Market at all costs folks. I have no doubt that many other people have had bad experiences with these people, but simply didn't follow up with a complaint online. Most don't. Trust me. You want to avoid these people. Buy from a private seller, and spend that extra 150, 200 bucks to get a car checked out first by someone other than the seller. However, whatever you do, don't buy from these people. They're short sighted, and are out for the short money. Go elsewhere. You have been warned. read more

This is the WORST CAR SALES PLACE IVE EVER DEALT WITH! I was ripped off by $2300! I went to buy a Lexus & got sucked into an Audi Q7 that wasn't on their website & we were told it costed $16,700. but after haggling over the price with Mark Bc the tires were bald 1/10 & the car was disgusting & needed the rear sunroof replaced we got it to $16,200. then I still wasn't happy with the price so Duane said he'd take another $1000 off & when agreed to purchase it for $15,200 he printed the paperwork. I'd been there for over 6 hrs. I was handed the paperwork & signed not realizing Duane pulled a fast 1 on me. after a few days I'd tried making multi calls just being told one of them would get back to me. after a week I went down there mad as hell. they acted like they couldn't remembe anything about the deal & said they'd watch the tape & if there was a discrepancy they'd fix it & let us watch the tape. Now after 2 weeks of trying to get answers I'm no closer to a resolution Bc now they're saying that the tape showed nothing but I couldn't see it! they are SCAM ARTIST! they then tried to say I had to pay for advertising...yet the vehicle wasn't listed on their website Bc it hadn't even been processed yet! i will get my money back 1 way or another but DONT BUY FROM HERE! they lied about everything! my fault for being in a rush after 6 hrs & not looking to see I was being taken!!! I'm making this complaint today because I made a trade(trade in car: 2014 Nissan 370z(Appraisal from Motor Market: $12000 and $3000 cash down)) in purchased for the 2014 Maserati Ghibli(vin: ZAM57XSA8E1089345) on 5/4/22. The first day that I bought the vehicle I had issues as soon as the next day of the purchase . I went to Autozone to see what the check engine light code was and the code was an emissions EVAP leak code. I told the salesman that I was having issues with the vehicle due to a check engine light after the second day of having the vehicle. The salesman told me to bring the vehicle back to there dealership so they can go ahead and fix the check engine light issue. So I gave them my car that following Monday(week later after purchase) so the they can fix the check engine light. The dealers mechanic had the vehicle for about a week when they were trying to fix the check engine light issue. After getting the car back from the dealership for the issue. The check engine light went back on again. I told the salesman once again that my car once again had the same check engine like code. They again told me to bring back the car back in so they can again fix the check engine light issue. As soon as brought the vehicle to the dealership because the check engine light issue they Paul the finance employee told me that the car also was also not even registered because the they still need my car to pass emission due to the same exact engine light code. So I went ahead and left my car there so they can fix the issue but after leaving the dealership I was really frustrated because I bought a car that didn't even have the emissions done. I was not told that the car did not have emissions done the day of the purchase. I went ahead and told Paul(financial employee) and also the salesman that I no longer want this vehicle because the amount of issues that the car haves. Paul refused to give me my Nissan 370z back and also my $3000 down. This was about a month after purchasing the car. I was really shocked from the business Paul had gave me because they already sold my Nissan 370z and also refused to help me out of not having this car anymore. Paul told me that after I was complaining about the car not having emissions done and also having the check engine light on. He quote that "this slipped the cracks and it happens". I was totally upset because I just graduated college with my engineering degree at Arizona State University and really wanted a nice car because how I accomplish which was just a gift to myself that I deserved. I told Paul if the bank can reverse this and he told me that its to late because now the car is registered in my name. I also asked Paul if I can speak to the owner about my issue and Paul said that the owner does not want to talk to me about my concern. I was even more frustrated because he should of understanded on how much issues the car is having and could of told the owner to exoculate my issue to the bank and give me my $15000 back so I can buy a car elsewhere. I had this car for about 4 months now and the check engine light code is still on, the A/C sometimes gives out on me and the power steering which I also told Paul about that the power steering is going out he he just said that the car is old and they have problems. I told him that my Nissan didn't even have close to having the amount of issues this car haves. I'm really upset about the business I had got from Motor Market and there employees. I really tried my best to get my money and I was completely shut down from my business there. The Maserati Ghibli was sold to me for about $32,000(with tax) and I put $15,000 down which I had to finance about $22,799.02. I was really upset that now I have to put money in this car even having warranty that can only cover $6000 out of $11000 of this car damages. The $11,000 in damage is coming from a certified mechanic called TGK automotive. Now I currently have to pay an attorney to help with my case to sue Motor Market from the business they have gave me. I bought an SUV from Motor Market, knowing buying a high mileage vehicle always a risk and expecting putting a few thousand dollars into new hoses, fluid changes, etc. but got surprised. Long story short, I lost well over $14,000 months after buying the SUV due to an engine failure that the fix was as much as I paid for the vehicle. The warranty I bought for such an issue was less than helpful...careful going with anything less than "Gold" with Integrity as the pamphlet says all lubricated parts in the engine and turbo are covered...until they decide otherwise. Nonetheless, the dealer returned calls and tried to help rectify a horrible situation so long as it was not a detriment to them--this is more than most dealers would have done. Knowing A.R.S. (Arizona Revised Statute) 44-1267 and the implied warranty that all vehicles, regardless of anything the dealer writes, come with a purchase (15 days and 500 miles but check for yourself) would have saved me over $14,000 as the issue started the week after I took the SUV. read more
