While their interaction did not escalate to the level of threats and verbal abuse that I experienced, the treatment they received appeared similarly dismissive. Extremely bad work and shoddy parts…read more I had them install new brakes in the summer of 2024. By the winter of 2025, the brakes were wobbling. Apparently the brakes they installed were faulty (the rotors warped), but they still charged be $200 to replace them even though they were still under warranty. That would be fine, I guess, if they had done a good job or used good parts the second time, but it's been 2 months and my brakes are grinding and slipping. Apparently, the pins, the rotors, the pin boots, the pads, and a few other parts are so low quality that they're falling apart already. At this point, I'm not trusting my car to these guys again. I took my car to the mechanic near my work in Fredericksburg and paid him $500 to just do the job correctly. I deeply regret not taking my car to him in the first place, as he would have done a good job, stood by his work, and I wouldn't be out $700 for bad work and bad parts. Do yourself a favor and go to a different mechanic.
