My car had to be towed because the check engine light was actually blinking and I had to stay within a certain tow radius. My regular garage was outside the radius and I ended up at Prime Automotive, never having used them before for anything on my car. As I figured it would be, the repair was major and the quote was enormous. I was only going to be able to do half of the repair, but Mark was able to find a deal that cut the price. We recently had a problem wIth our Aura RL. It was hit in a parking lot accident. It wouldn't start and we were concerned that there might be some underlying conditions which would make the car unsafe. We had the car towed to Prime Automotive to be checked. They checked the car out and found that it was safe to drive. They also uncovered that we had a bad battery. They changed the battery and checked for any mystery electrical leaks. They did not find any. We got our car back and it has been running great. read more

I highly recommend this automotive shop, I went in for an alignment because when I was getting my tires rotated by Costco they said there was some uneven wear, they were able to fit me right in and even squeeze in some services that I hadn't told them about over the phone. I needed an alignment, my oil changed, I needed my windshield wipers changed, and I had a front headlight that was out that they informed me about helpfully. All in total it was less than I expected to spend on the alignment itself! I guess I'm used to dealership prices, they were very informative and checked in with me every step of the way. I just moved to the area, and I asked a friend for an automotive shop he recommended I try out. He only recommended one - Prime Automotive. I went there recently for an oil change. Standard pricing, and there was maybe a 1:15 hour wait to complete my service. On a Saturday morning, I thought that was pretty decent. One thing I really appreciated was their complimentary tire assessment. They provided me a printout with a reading on each tire, the balance, and the expected lifespan of the tire. I really appreciated this, and it didn't follow with any sort of pitch for purchasing new tires or any noticeable gimmick to get me to pay for any additional service. Mark was upfront and honest, and he gave me several options for consideration when it came time to purchasing new tires in the future. I will definitely keep going back here! read more

Ok. So I THINK they did a good job and that they were honest and that they saved me a ton of money. But there is another part of me that wonders if I was scammed. So I bring the car in, I know the brakes are worn down to the point I'll probably need brakes and rotors. Texted mark and he said it would be about $382.50. Fair enough. I brought the car in. Got a call from him about 2 hours later. He said the piston fell out and That I wouldn't get it back for like 3 days and that it would be $900 bones for the repair, furthermore he told me that he it wasn't safe to drive and that there's no way he could put it back together in a way that was safe for me to drive -- so I had to accept his estimate. I was pretty pissed. He called back 20 minutes later and said that he was going to try something -- putting the piston that fell out back in and praying the seal wasn't broken -- and that while there was no guarantee it would work, he hoped it would. It apparently did. He called 2 hours later and informed me that the car was good to go. Sure enough it drove like a dream and my brakes felt better than ever. He also apparently made two repairs gratis. He reattached the left side of my bumper(which was missing a bolt and partially hanging) And he replaced my TPMS sensor -- I assume because the tire light was no longer on and another shop had told me this sensor was broken. In the end he charged me $589. I think it was a good experience... Pretty sure? read more

It was also super helpful that they noticed the safety inspection was due and they took my car to get inspected for me so I didn't have to go to another place during COVID-19. I shopped around all over the area, and this place was hiding in the corner. I stopped in and asked if I could get an oil change on my 14 Silverado. I usually like to do it myself but haven't had the time and don't trust other place e.g. Jiffy lube. I walked in and the guys seemed to know what they were doing and extremely friendly. I also asked them to take a look at my brake. Huge opportunity to make extra money but when I returned they said that my brakes were still good and I knew I had some more life on them. They also quoted me for 5 quarts for the oil change but with my V8 it needs 8 quarts. They didn't charge me anymore. I will be back for sure. I actually have an appointment next week for my wife's truck to get a full service done and I know they will do a fantastic job. Thanks guys. read more
