I remained calm and respectful, yet I was treated incredibly poorly. Based on my experience with the service, parts, and customer treatment, I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone. Customers deserve honesty, quality work, and basic respect. I sincerely hope no one else has to experience the kind of treatment I received. The second receipt is from a separate bike shop stating that it was not replaced and still needed to be fixed.

This guy is extremely rude and doesn't want to hear any opinion other than his own. I'm a petroleum engineer so oil is kind of my thing and for me to ask such a basic question and be asked to pick up the scooter after I dropped it off without working on it is why you can read so many poor reviews from so many people. How this guy stays in business is beyond me.

I took out my bike for a long ride after getting cleaned up and it rode AMAZINGLY. These guys rock and is definitely the go-to shop for bike repairs and services.
