Stay the HELL clear of this establishment of liars, incompetence, and dishonesty to all public that enter their doors. Might be a fair place to buy something of the shelve, something simple that takes very little intelligence to do. As far as service with competent employees that think they know what they are doing.............Do not go here. I had more than one employee lie to my face that my products ordered were there and ready to install. My 1st visit to get tires ordered 7 days prior, I get there at 10 am only to be told the employee called in sick with "hang-over" from too much partying over the weekend (this was a Monday) My 2nd visit (with promises made by Manager) that another employee will be doing the work (I hope so). Again, I get there 10 am and all employees running around like chickens with their heads cut-off, no clue what so ever on myself standing there waiting for help. Finally this ponk kid with limited intelligence ask's if I need help, I said I have an appointment and my tires were ordered 7 days ago. Well, not one employee has the capability to use a computer or phone to make this accomplishment. THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED, ALL 5 EMPLOYEES LIED TO MY FACE SAYING THEY WERE AND WERE SITTING READY TO INSTALL. How this place stays in business is a miracle! They hate people and ALL new customers. Now I know why they were the least expensive, because of there low pay employees that have no clue what so ever in their job and let alone any knowledge that of Motorcycles. Bottom line.......................You get what you pay for. I only found this place cause of the bike nigh they put on which had a great turn out. They had a deal going on for tire so I got a quote, great price too good to pass up and they got my rims powder coated for me at a great price as well. My wife and I, plus our two little monsters (I mean adorable) kids, went in today helmet shopping. We were greeted by Jason, the service manager, and he immediately started helping us out. He was very knowledgeable and really helpful in finding my wife find a helmet that fit her. She has a tiny little head so we were having difficulties finding one that would fit correctly. Needed a tire changed, first I was told $20 if I bring the wheel and tire off the bike. Then when I came to pick it up, it was $25 and they had to up sale a tube for another $20 because they didn't have the right valve stem! From $20 to $46.36, what a rip off !!!!! Good prices and awesome service! I wear an 8 1/8 hat which equates to about a XXXL true sized helmet. For me HJC is the way to go and they have a nice inventory but, can order any style and color i want, if its not in stock. Takes about 1 day. The salesman took the time to show me how to change out the shield and pull out the liner for cleaning. It's tough these days to find that kind of customer service at the prices they charge. They have the best prices on Motul oil and oil filters, I come here and buy the oil and oil filter every time I do an oil change on my bike. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They have tons riding gear and accessories in stock. It's nice to see and test the products you want to purchase before hand. They have both dirt and street products which make things very convenient. They always have knowledgeable staff present and have great customer service. Outstanding service. I took a helmet in that needed repair. They contacted the manufacturer and set up an appointment with the rep. The rep didn't show as scheduled, after notifying me of this they took it upon themselves to contact the manufacturer's local repair center and shipped my helmet to them. They secured a 2 day turnaround and it was back in my hands as promised. Thank you to the great staff for insuring my helmet was repaired and returned as promised. 4-1/2 STARS Why would my reciept say: "We appreciate your "positive" feedback"?? Feedback here is almost always positive, so why ask for it?? They don't have to do that, it looks biased. So why do I like (love) this place? #1 is: "I often pay less than I was quoted"! THIS IS A BIG DEAL, with all the lies in advertising today, quoted horse power from mfg'rs is a lie, and is never conservatively rated. That is only one of many exagerated claims by resellers. Motorhelmets is the only place I know of that does this discounting action, and it is very much appreciated! Being within walking distance helps too!
