I'm not a big negative review guy but...I'm hoping to save anyone the hassle and headache of relying on these guys for anything that has to do with service. I bought two Pro Ra from these guys and in the process figured I'd have them install a few simple add ons. Lights, rugged ect. It was a mess from the start. Picked up my car and went to the desert for New Years...they never plugged the seat belts back in so had to dig out the connection from the center counsel...took a second to figure out. Then the rugged would not work "in car" opened it up and found a whole missing wire...they said they tested it but the factory wrapping was still covering the plug in. Now it's not working at all and they "fixed it" sent us back out and it still has the same problem. No solution in sight. So I'll have to dismantle and install myself. They are simply not good at this. read more

My amazing wife knew I've been wanting a bike to go to work for years. I tried scooters and a one wheel, but all of them felt less safe than when I use to ride a motorcycle. She told me let's go check out the bike you want. It was about 6pm on a Saturday; I knew of only one bike dealer near us. I told her let's go to it and look first. I was thinking they may be open until 8pm, but she checked while we drove over there and they close at 7pm. All the other bike dealers near by were already closed. We both worried about going in right before a place closes because we both hate being those people. I figured quick 10 minutes look around and there would be a small chance they would have a Honda Monkey. We walked in the door, everyone welcomed us. I asked if they were still open or closing soon and they said come on in. They asked if I was looking for anything in particular and told me where the Monkey was. It was a hassle and pressure free environment. I asked if I could sit on it, they moved it to an open spot and let my wife and I talk about it amongst ourselves. The guy that moved it checked if it was available for sale. Later Austin came over and asked how we are doing and I told him how I wanted the Honda Monkey to commute to work and that it's been about 10 years since I had a my R6. I told him I wanted the bike and everything went smooth. I got help with getting new gear. He showed me what I wanted to know about the bike and informed me of some of the changes on the new bike since my last one. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Great place that is knowledgeable without feeling pressured, even 30 minutes or less before closing time. We definitely made them stay past closing time and we appreciate them accommodating our poor timing. I will be bringing the bike back for its first service when I hit 600 miles and have referred a few people to check the place out already. read more

My husband has been coming in here off and on for about 15 years for different things. 7 years ago I would have given this place 0 stars. We were looking to buy a can am Ryker and the sales people were so bad I just walked out. I had a recall from the Ryker about 3 years later and it' took them over 6 months to get it fixed and the only reason it got fixed was because I ordered the part myself and dropped it off. Then about a year and a half ago I wanted a Honda grom and they were higher priced than everyone around. So I ended up going elsewhere where just like I did with the Ryker. My husband stopped off here a week ago because I wanted to buy a yahama mt-03 and he said everyone looked newer and was nice. The salesmen didn't call 1000 times to see when we would be returning to buy (which I liked). My husband took me to just look at the bike and we ended up buying. I am horrible with names so I think the names were Jim and Ken helped us and they were not pushy at all. They asked me questions and had answers for my questions to for me for my perfect bike. It was the easiest motorcycle sale we had and in the past 20 years we have bought about 10 motorcycles. Kim in finance was outstanding. I had such a great experience here today! From the second I arrive (without an appointment), Bobby, one of the Managers, was there at the front to greet me with a smile and even designate some parking for me (lot was full). I got in and told him immediately that I wasn't looking to purchase that very day, and more like in 5-6 months, but told him what I was looking for and what I am currently riding, as well as what I'd aspire to ride. Bobby took me in and literally started me off from the top of what they offer, down to the other SuperSports in the 636cc class. He took his time and was extremely friendly and genuinely cared about my experience as well as feedback, letting me hop on all the bikes as well as pulling them out for me, one by one. Bobby had a meeting to get to when I arrived, so he introduced me to Adam (Sales Team Member) and told him that I wasn't looking to buy that day, and gave him my timeline... then he told him to show me all the bikes and that same great service continued. Adam took me through the rest of the inventory -- from Yamaha, to Kawasaki, to Honda and various models were pulled out and I got to get a good feel for what I wanted (Ninja ZX6R, or wait for the new Yamaha R9). Adam was extremely friendly and helpful too, he genuinely cared and took the time to go through all the features of the bikes and their consoles/TFT units and all the benefits of each model. I've been in Sales my entire life (in a previous life), and I always prided myself on "integrity selling," and making sure that the customer had enough info and education to make an educated decision for their purchase. I've also got several clients who are in sales (whom I service), and I wish to God that they operated this transparently and took this much time with each customer (customers who will refer them, return for their next purchase, and never look elsewhere to have their needs met). This is the vibe I got from the team at Moto United -- and it starts at the top -- I could tell I was going to have a great experience when the Manager, Bobby treated me like royalty, even though he was advised I wasn't buying that day. I never felt rushed, and they never felt bothered -- they seemed to love what they do and talking bikes and racing as well as mechanics, ergonomics and sport. This wasn't the only dealership I visited. I live close to Kawasaki, Aprillia, other brand name dealers. I won't spend my cash anywhere but at Moto United, just based on this experience. It is how sales and making an investment experience should be, but it's a vibe that every other dealer missed the mark on, BY A LONGSHOT. I contacted Christian over the phone and he said he could get me 6000 otd on a 2025 Honda crf250f. I drove about a hour to get there and when I did he said my monthly payments would be 148 a month I did some math and with the interest rate given (9.69%). It turns out the only way the monthly payments would be that high on a 6000 dollar loan at 9.69% is if the loan amount was actually 7000. I was looking everyday on OfferUp for a newer low mileage sport bike and I just happened to come across an ad for a brand new slightly used Suzuki gsxr 600 with super low miles and a good amount of aftermarket parts already installed by the original owner, and I decided I couldn't pass it up! My Honda NC750X had brake light always on issue that I just found today. I couldn't fix it myself so I went to their service department. The employee check it first and then taken it to let mechanic to check. Only about 15 minutes, another guy brought my key back and told me the bike was fixed. I asked how much I need to pay, and he said it's an easy fix so I don't need to pay anything. I am really satisfied about their coutersey service today. I got my bike from Moto United back in March this year, and that was a hot mess by itself, but the after sale service was beyond awful. I brought a 2024 Z500 in good condition and under 2k miles for a trade-in. During the appraisal, the salesman tried telling me that the frame was damaged, that my Leo Vince exhaust wasn't real, and that I'd get at most 1,500 for what was an essentially new bike. I obviously disputed that; I'd had the bike inspected and serviced that same week at Bert's Mega Mall and heard no such thing. He caved and used the excuse that "the service guys like to pick on me and lie," which, even if this claim is true, paints a terrible picture for that department. After waiting for hours until it was approaching closing time, they finally let me move onto buying the bike, during which they told me no official Kawasaki accessories **existed** and that there's no touring package?? Which is incorrect, but at that point I was fully worn down and ready to leave. I signed the paperwork, signed up for the extended warranty plus tire insurance and went on my way. That should've been the end, but after looking over the extended warranty and tire protection contracts I realized I wouldn't benefit much from either and decided to cancel while I was still in the free look period. I've been trying to cancel since the start of April. I've called multiple times month and visited the office on multiple occasions. Each time I've been told something along the lines of "oh how odd it was never put through, I'll do it now" or "you'll see it reflected in a week," which was a lie each time, as the refund has yet go through. When I bought the bike I brought it back for the break in service. After giving it a once over, I realized they didn't complete the full service I paid for. I talked to the guy at the counter and they told me they're closing and to just come back the next day. I've gotten my oil changed again (earlier than the intervals suggested as it looked murky) and my current mechanic told me he suspects that the dealer never changed the original filter or oil. At an earlier point I was having battery issues, brought my bike to Bert's mega mall and they told me the dealer that sold it to me over torqued some bolts around the battery terminal and it was stressing the battery. Overall, I recommend staying away from this dealer. If you can manage it, go somewhere else instead. To this day, I haven't been able to sort out the warranty issues, and I suspect I never will. read more

Concern somewhat with Employees & Management not floating around with smiles and greeting customers more and also the Service Department not being better organized in my view. I see a yard scattered with Motorcycles etc. all over the place. If I'am going to purchase a Motorized Machine of any kind I'am going to judge a dealership in these areas. 1. Customer Service- Employees in all positions floating around greeting customers 2. Cleanliness & Organization of Showroom- Some Motorcycles were not clean 3. Insurance has 0 to do with anything, why is it being mentioned? I don't even have insurance nor did I even have this bike registered yet. I filed a formal complaint with BRP and they took action anonymously. I'm sure they figured out it was me based on their wack response. At the end of the day nothing will ever excuse the poor service this stealership provides. Desperately resorting to fabricating stories was beyond anything I could've imagined this place doing.
