10/9/19 This updated review is LONG overdue, but I have to say once again that the people at Motorist Service are wonderful. My air conditioner wasn't working during the hottest months here in Arizona and the owner did his best to check the car even though it was acting up since the air conditioning would usually work in the mornings, but not once it got hot. He was very communicative. He made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and was very sincere in him wanting to fix the car although it was a mystery what was going on. He went out of his way to check my car outside of business hours and when he finally discovered the issue took the car back and fixed it. I'm so grateful to Motorist Service and would recommend them to anyone wanted efficient, pleasant, fairly priced service. I'm grateful for the kind people who work here. They are resourceful and drop me home & picked me up while my car was getting fixed. They were also reasonably priced and friendly. Their dog Toyota is adorable. read more

I took my car here after a small fender bender so I could get the hood latch fixed thinking it would be a few hundred dollars but when I got there he offered to not only fix the latch but realign the hood and pop out the dent on my bumper for 150 bucks. This shop has ETHICS. They were extremely polite and had it fixed in one hour. Not only will they get my business from now on but I will recommend anyone who needs repairs to this shop. The owner went through all the diagnostic steps I would have. He stayed open way beyond his closing time. Problem was resolved.
