Took my car there after someone recommended it to me on a Facebook community post And have nothing negative to say about them. As a girl I'm used to be taken advantage of when it comes to taking my car to shops, unfortunately! So I was really hoping those guys would be honest when I reached out about replacing breaker pads on my beemer. I contacted some places including the BMW dealership and every place was changing me $800+ because they claimed id need to replace the rotors too. But the gentleman there told me new rotors weren't necessary and I got my breaks replaced for less than $300. My car was in and out within an hour and I had a great experience overall. It took nearly $2000 to repair the damages from the faulty hose which was installed by the gypsy and dirty Mike which ultimately resulted in a leak in the entire engine bay causing damage to the lower wiring harness. Again beware before you bring your car here. read more

Wanted to give these guys my business (brakes, rotors and coolant hose leak) but they didn't seem all that interested. Called for a quote and was told I'd have it later that day, never happened. We have taken our 2005 Mercedes Benz S500 here 5 times. Three times for regular A and B services and twice for issues and repairs. Kenny and Mike are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and trust worthy! I can't remember ever saying that about past mechanics or car repair service providers, and that includes the Mercedes Benz dealership itself! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! They tell you what is wrong, quote you a price, and even hunt for good deals on parts! They take the time to explain everything they did and show you what was replaced. They have even driven us home when they had to keep our vehicle for longer than a few hours! To say they provide the best service in Phoenix, is not understating things! I wish every business shared their philosophies and excellent customer service skills. We will continue to bring our older Mercedes Benz to these gentlemen (geniuses) for as long as we own her! They keep her running beautifully and we never have to worry when we go for a long trip. I found this place because my ac was blowing not as cold. I originally took it to Midas next door and they told me I needed a new compressor overall costs with labor $1700. Seemed crazy considering it was working just fine after Midas added more Freon and continued to blow ice cold air weeks after. After some research I learned I should not be taking a Mercedes to Midas in general. Found this location just by doing a quick google search near my house. Brought it in Saturday and Ken looked at it and determined there is no issue at all, and absolutely no need to replace the compressor. Mike was very kind, professional, and HONEST! I had gone to the mechanics I usually go to when I have an issue with my car and they were basically telling me the issue with the test, the labor, and the part, would cost between $700 and $900. Something told me this isn't right. I did some quick research and found German Car Service and spoke to Mike...Mike knew what the issue was Based on my description but said he had to run the test to be certain...there was no charge for the test, he repaired the car and the grand total was $132. Pretty huge difference! Clearly my mechanic was not being honest with me and I asked Mike a bunch of questions and he answered them for me he was not disparaging toward my previous mechanic....he just stuck to the facts of the car issue.
