I had an appt today, was running a little late, he was okay with it, still serviced my car right away. And to top it off, he said he'd be done by the end of the day, however once I arrived he said he'd have it complete in 2hrs. And wala..my car is done!! Great shop. Brought in an older generation BMW E39 5 series for transmission fluid and differential change. Mike gave his advice and his knowledge gave me the confidence to go with this shop. During the service Mike did a complimentary check and found other issues he recommended to be taken care of. Turn around time was fast given my car is older and needed parts. After the service Mike also showed the old parts that was replaced. I usually do my own oil changes but I will bring my car here in the future for Mike to check my car. read more

Mike is a very knowledgeable mechanic. His forte is BMW, how do I know? Know this guys since he's started working at Crevier BMW back in 08. I was a bit mad when he moved to Santa Monica BMW (you could imagine the drive/traffic I would take to get my car serviced) but it was worth the drive for the service. After being shop foremen for several years at Santa Monica BMW, he finally decided to come back home and open up his shop. I was relieved when I found out. My drive wouldn't be 1-2 hours anymore to get my car serviced. This guy did great coding on my X3. I had no idea how many things my bimmer is capable of doing to my preference. If you own a BMW, believe me you have functions that you don't use and probably don't know about. But do you know who knows about them? Mike does!
