TL:DR. Customer Service not well. I was just a transaction…read more Interested in an M5 this dealership had. It was decently priced and searching around Fl, Only two I was interested. I called in a few days before to express interest. Referred to Manny, who the finance person said he'll take care of me. I plan on coming in to look at Sat, and to show my seriousness. Says he only has a 1pm appointment. I drove first thing in the morning, for 3 hours, to look and possibly negotiate the car. I test drive, didn't notice anything too much mechanically. There was a sensor that was popped off and some dings on the carbon fiber. After the test drove, I never gave a number/offer, they had the car listed around $83,700. I expressed willing to put a security deposit, but we need to come down on the price. He made it seem like he can make it happen. He talks to the sale manager at the time, and come back. However, states something around the lines of "after discussing with my manager, we cannot come down in price. We have 3 more viewings after you, and don't want to depreciate the value and would rather see if one of the 3 would be willing to pay our asking price." He also states that his manager said "if I'd be willing to finance through the dealership, they'd give me $500 credit." In shock I expressed and asked, that "the car has been sitting for months, and I'm showing interest, and you turn me down in hopes that someone else would buy it?" And now, a car that's been sitting there for months, and Manny said has 1 showing, now all of a sudden has three? I leave. I tell Manny call me after the weekend if he wants to discuss a sale. He agrees. The weekend goes by and midway into the week. The car is still listed on their site. Did Manny call? Of course not. Being in management myself I decided to call the dealership and ask to talk to manager to express my experience from that previous weekend. I get transferred to another sales manager, Matt. At first, he seemed sincere, he said he'd look into the situation, talk to Manny about it, and get back with me and see if he can do anything to help. Thinking back about the entire process. I felt he was just telling me what I want to hear to get me back in the shop. I'll explain. I mentioned the car was listed at $83.7k. Manny said they can't go down anymore. Matt replies and says he can do $82.7k. At the time I was dealing with South Orlando Jaguar. Mind you, the same physical dealership is the same as South Orlando Range Rover. I showed him, that the other half of his dealership has the car listed at $82.2. He then decides to offer me at $81.5. I agreed. He gets me with finance to discuss financing and any add on. In the midst of all that my wife convinces me to trade in my car. It's an older Lexus, but to me a rare one, and and maintained one. I was transparent about the car. Regularly maintained and serviced. However it's a 2008. And my recent dealership visit, it was advised to start planning or doing reseals and gaskets. And I told that to Matt. I gave him the vin. He comes back at me saying "at the mileage I have, I have to highest Lexus ISF in the nation". Which later come to find out, is not correct. He said at that high of a mileage, he doesn't know if anyone would pay for it, and it will likely go to auction. But he said for the sake of the sale, I'll offer $7500 in credit." He also OFFERED/stated, "that's my rock bottom weather the condition is better or worse. Let's get it on the lift, if it looks better, I'll give you more, if it's worse, I'll still stick to my 7500." Little did he know I went to my local Auto Nation and Carmax. They offered me 9500. I told that to Matt and he said he'll match it and again, lets put it on the lift and we'll see if I can get you more. In short he never gave me any additional credit even though he said he'd likely would. They never honored the 500. And later found they listed my car to sale at $15k. And they just "low balled" me at 7500 with the intent not to give me more, if it weren't for CarMax. First and last transaction at this dealership.

BEWARE: My Experience at City Kia of Orlando…read more I had a service appointment at 7:40 AM on July 30. I arrived at 7:30 AM and wasn't even checked in until approximately 8:45 AM. When I asked why appointments were given if customers weren't being seen according to their appointment times, I was told they take cars "as they show up." I specifically asked, "So if I made a 10:00 AM appointment and showed up at 7:00 AM, you'd take my car before someone with a 7:40 appointment?" I was told yes. So...what exactly is the purpose of the appointment system? While I was waiting, a salesman approached me asking if I was interested in trading in my vehicle. I told him that after my experience with Kia, I wouldn't be giving them any more of my business beyond necessary maintenance. He asked what year my car was. I said 2019, and he proceeded to ask me if I was "the same person" I was in 2019. I'm sorry...what? He then told me Kia now has the designer from BMW and Mercedes. Sir, respectfully, I don't give a shit what my car looks like. I just want it to RUN. My service advisor then asked if I planned on waiting because they were "REALLY behind." I reminded him that I had already been waiting over an hour past my appointment time, and that when I scheduled the appointment, I specifically explained that I was driving an hour to the dealership and would be waiting and I was quoted approximately 1.5 hours. His response? He said that "the girls" shouldn't be quoting times and that he would speak to his manager to fix that and "see what he could do" to get me out faster... When my vehicle was finally finished, I was presented with a list of recommended services totaling $500+. There was nothing on that list mentioning my battery. At this point, I had already spent more than THREE HOURS at the dealership, so I declined the additional services. I had also specifically requested that my name and address be updated on my account. When my service advisor walked me to my car, he said, "Mama, if you give me a 10 on my survey, next time I'll get you 20% off and free windshield wiper blades." Bruhhhh. Who are you?! After the experience I had just had, I couldn't believe he was asking me for a perfect survey score in exchange for future discounts. Then, 10 DAYS after my oil change, my battery completely died. I called Kia to ask about the battery health check from my July 30 inspection, especially since those results are no longer printed out for the customer. They struggled to even find my account because, SURPRISE, my personal contact information was never updated, despite me specifically requesting it during my appointment. I was told I could apparently take care of it at my "next appointment." There won't be one. After explaining the battery situation, I was told I needed to bring my vehicle back in for a diagnosis. Absolutely not... I had already spent hours there. I wanted to know what they had documented during the inspection I had JUST HAD. When I finally spoke with him and explained the situation, I asked for my multipoint inspection to be resent to me. His response was rude and essentially, "There was nothing wrong with your battery. It's your starter, and you declined that service." Yes, I declined the services. ALL of them. Because I had already been sitting there for more than three hours and was presented with a $500+ list of recommendations. So I asked AGAIN for the multipoint inspection. And when I received it, guess what? My battery was documented as being UNDER 15% HEALTH. UNDER. 15%. So now I have a serious question: If my battery was documented at under 15% health during my July 30 inspection, why was this not brought to my attention? And why, when I called after my battery completely died, was I told there was nothing wrong with the battery? This is exactly why I have a problem with dealership service departments. I understand that vehicles need maintenance. I understand that dealerships recommend repairs. But I should not have to wonder whether someone is actually looking at my vehicle or simply checking off whatever the computer tells them to recommend. I drove an hour to this dealership and gave them the opportunity to service my vehicle. Instead, I spent over three hours waiting, dealt with inappropriate and dismissive comments, had my requested account information ignored, was pressured for a perfect survey score, and then had to discover AFTER my battery died that the dealership's own inspection had documented my battery at under 15% health. Unfortunately, I will NEVER be returning to City Kia of Orlando. I will be trading in my Kia at the first opportunity. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like Kia is more interested in selling services and new vehicles than actually addressing the problems customers are bringing their cars in for. Do yourself a favor and check your inspection paperwork carefully before leaving. I certainly wish I had.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

I'll admit that I sometimes struggle with the arrival and departure experience at this dealership, the service inbetween is consistently handled so well. Nathan and Garrett oversee a great team and are always willing to think creatively when needed. Ben, my service technician, I truly appreciate your talent and the care you take in looking after my vehicle. And one of my favorite parts of the entire experience is theservice video! Catastrophic failure on a brand-new car and terrible service…read moreI purchased a brand-new, $75K+ BMW X5 plug-in hybrid on June 10th. Less than a month into ownership, this vehicle suffered a major high-voltage system failure. While parked, the entire undercarriage of the car physically froze into solid blocks of ice, fluid dumped onto the pavement, and a warning light came on as the hybrid battery instantly locked out 75% of its driving range. The car had to be loaded onto a flatbed tow truck and hauled away. Instead of properly diagnosing the loud mechanical grinding noises the car made during this failure, the service department simply cleared the warning codes to force the digital dashboard to look normal again on paper. To make matters worse, BMW's corporate customer relations team has thrown up a total wall of silence, refusing to provide any timeline or estimate for an actual resolution on our case. To top it all off, despite explicit promises from management, the dealership left my family completely stranded at home for three straight days without a loaner or rental car. We couldn't even run basic errands or get groceries because of a major factory breakdown on a 3-week-old luxury vehicle. If you are shopping for a premium car, be warned that this is the absolute lack of service and accountability you will receive the moment your vehicle has a serious defect.
