I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. One month after they replaced the fuel pump on my Honda SUV, the engine developed a loud tapping noise. They referred me to Honda after troubleshooting. Honda informed me that there was engine damage probably due to faulty sealant work when Automotive Triage replaced the fuel pump. They recommended an engine replacement for approximately $8,000. Honda held my vehicle and parts for Automotive Triage to come and inspect it themselves After I emailed Automotive Triage Honda's report, four days went by without any word from them. I tried calling but was told the owner was unavailable. Three more days passed. The owner finally emailed back but only to say that he would look into it. I was clear that this was an urgent matter and we can't be without this vehicle for very long. Our son was moving out of college, and we needed this SUV but had to spend even more money to rent another SUV. We also had an upcoming vacation where we would need this SUV to haul people and supplies. I couldn't wait any longer and had to proceed with the engine replacement. After a total of ten days, the Automotive Triage owner called and said he wanted to tow the vehicle to his own shop to inspect it himself. When I told him the engine had already been replaced, he said he would make arrangements to pick up the old engine at Honda. He never followed through with this, and I never heard from Automotive Triage again.

A few minutes later the owner of the shop called me back and informed us that there could possibly a recall on a part in the engine and that we could get a new engine from Hyundia. That was so nice of him to take the time to look it up knowing that this wouldn't be any more revenue for his shop but would really help me out! I called our Hyundia dealer and had my car towed to the dealership where it did end up getting a new engine for free! Having brought the car to Pitts Repair Service really saved us. Mike is the pilot and Jason is the co-pilot. I have never had an issue with my cars after service was performed on them. Both Mike and Jason are friendly, courteous, and very professional when it comes to fixing the cars. Before any major work is performed on the cars, I am given a courtesy call as to what needs to be done to them. If your car needs to be serviced, I would suggest to call a couple of days in advance because they do get busy servicing other vehicles.
