Well, look at the picture: the forklift slipped and damaged my house. To their credit, Arroyo was quick to repair the damage by reputable people. HOWEVER, they denied my reasonable request for a refund of the delivery fee. I think it's safe to say that a customer is owed back a fee paid for a service that resulted in damage to their home. Not a good way to treat a returning customer.

I'm glad they never got back to me because C&M is superior in every way - price, service, and quality. The rep who answered the phone was super helpful and nice, we got delivery scheduled for the next day and it was the smoothest drop I've ever experienced. Driver was a pro and came right on time, and the soil is excellent quality. We will only be using C&M Topsoil from now on, and will be encouraging other gardens to do the same.

Turns out they don't carry the part, but he found a place that does and printed out that information. Smart customer service. When I went exploring for a door, another store guy saw my lost look, guided me straight to the right aisle and was right on target, including suggestions.
