Our sales associate Alex is very friendly and full of great suggestions! I'm looking for a specific tile for my bathroom floor. Alex is AMAZING, sweet and decisive which is a great combination!!

Gayane took great care of us. The conversation quickly escalated to slabs. They have an amazing selection and each piece is like art. My client asked if they had any close outs and she showed him $150 slabs. They were rust damaged but there was enough useable material deformity what he wanted to fabricate. I was running late so I put my client in touch with my fabricator and he visited again himself the next day. Gayane told him she had a few more damaged slabs that were $50. My client wanted all 26 she found- some here and some up north. We'd have to take those FOB at the yard up north. My client made arrangements We went today to pay for them and met the GM and kind owner. I had not met them in past visits. They are kind and very knowledgeable. We were promptly told the 9 slabs up north were not available and all were broken. We had only 17 to work with, after spending a ton of time redrawing the plans yesterday to accommodate the slabs rather than the Italian tile we'd chose for the interior. I gave them my resale and my client had cash in hand. we waited for the paperwork. At nearly 4pm and we were told to come back tomorrow because they were having a meeting. I love this place for the beautiful stone that is as beautiful as anything as the Pacific Design Center and am appreciative of how they were able to shift gears from tile to their close out slabs for my client. I always highly recommend this hidden gem of a design resource.

With some help from my fellow Yelpers, we discovered this unicorn of a quartz supplier by chance and we are so happy with the result. Our kitchen remodel measured out a very large island since we wanted to maximize the surface and go as big as we can. Turns out there aren't a lot of stores that have these oversized slabs available and if they do, their selection is not extensive. Yelp helped us find Verona and it was exactly the kind of discovery we needed since we were frustrated we couldn't find the quartz we wanted in a jumbo size. Wasn't sure if they were open to the public but we went in and looked around and met Arthur. He's mentioned in some other Yelp reviews and it's true: he offers excellent service, he's honest and takes his time with you to help you in your decision. Strolling through the large variety slabs, Arthur educates you on some differences between other surfaces he also has for sale. We finally found the one slab we have been looking for: Calacatta Bellezza Gold. Beautiful, no too loud, but hints of the gray and gold veins we want. Price was excellent. But first, we had to come back three more times to make sure it's what we want. Yeah we are that indecisive but each time Arthur was there to greet us and walk us through the warehouse again and again. Our contractor told us picking up the slab was really easy and they even looked at what pieces are available so they can get what they think has the best pattern. The installed countertop was installed today and it looks great. We are so happy with the results. It took six guys to carry it into the house and place it on the cabinets. It was an event in of itself but so glad it went smoothly and it really starts with Verona and especially Arthur. Please make this your last place to visit for quartz countertops. This operation is top notch and I can't recommend this place enough. Well deserved five stars for Arthur and Verona.

I went to pick up metals from the 'Artisan's Corner,' where various types of remnants, including aluminum and steel, were mixed together under a single sign priced at $0.61 per pound. I took a pile of remnants to the register, and she tried to charge me $2.49 a pound. When I showed her the pricing area, she claimed the sign was only for steel , even though the sign only said 'Artisan's Corner' and didn't specify a metal type. When I pointed out that everything was mixed together, she told me it was my problem and rudely snapped at me to go to a different cashier. While I was patiently waiting for another employee, she actually ran to the back to warn him, saying, 'Watch out for this guy; he's trying to get everything for $0.61.' She treated me like a shoplifter rather than a paying customer. Thankfully, the second cashier saw the issue, fixed the pricing, and explained the situation. He gave me a fair deal and explained that other customers often mix the piles together, even though the only other signs were for stainless steel ($1.94), lead, and brass--nothing specifically for the aluminum in that pile. I tried to speak with the manager, Joe, who was present during my conversation with the second cashier. He seemed completely indifferent to my complaint and was clearly just trying to protect Martha. As a retail store owner myself, I know how pricing works: if you make a mistake on a sign, you honor it. Posting a general price sign without specifying materials is essentially a 'bait and switch' tactic. Our company spends a lot of money with Industrial Metal Supply, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. We work hard for our money and refuse to be treated like criminals for simply asking for the advertised price."
