Amazing place. Everything is new. Great for couples and friend groups. Not so much to do for children though.

Awful. I've traveled a lot. I've stayed in all manner of hotels. I've been to Vegas and NYC and many places with an active night life. My stay here was a complete nightmare. They have rooms that face a common area patio. It's literally like having people in your room. Not only does it have a view of a lattice, ostensibly to provide "privacy," you can hear everyone's conversation. The door to the common area patio slams every time it is opened and shakes my entire room. I called to get a different room because I couldn't fall asleep - and I can sleep through ANYTHING - and was told they were "completely booked". I told them I wanted a discount so they gave me $50 off a $400 per night room. Wow. Thanks. I have to be up at 4:30 AM and I'm thinking that'll be around when I get to sleep. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this dump. I'd be better off at a Super 8. read more

Staff was incredibly rude and condescending from the moment we stepped out of the car. Due to covid one person in our group had an expired license since there is such difficulty to get it renewed. Not only did the security staff run and chase my entire group down but they then required the individual to wear an "under 21" bracelet, which they are not under 21 and then they escorted us to dinner and placed a big yellow sign on the table that also allowed not only the restaurant staff but everyone else in the restaurant as well to know that "someone was under 21" which again no one was. When we asked to speak to management we were dismissed multiple times and even hung up on. They referred to someone else in my group as hon and sweetie and again then hung up on us. We asked to then speak to the casino representative and they couldn't provide the contact information for that. When we asked to see the written "rules" about the 21 issue, they could not provide anything. We will never ever be staying here again and honestly go stay anywhere else except here. It's overpriced and for the amount we paid we expected more. We wanted a great experience and we might as well have stayed at a motel for the treatment we received. I should also add the restaurants we did eat at all of the food was sub par and cold and we even ordered room service hoping it would be better and not only did it take over 2 hours to arrive but that was cold as well. PROS: Nice room. Nice shower. Won $60 and a free dinner buffet. The buffet sucked though. Can never complain when something is free, just stating it for the record. CONS: Every other possible thing that falls under the scope of staying overnight at a hotel and/or visiting a casino. I don't even know where to start but let's just say it ALL falls under the umbrella of providing customer service, and that is NOT something they apparently specialize in. Front desk is rude, and most all other employees - true to the entire "I work in a casino" creed - won't do anything unless you have money in your hand for them. Bring a gas mask attached to an oxygen tank. You'll need it to breathe. read more

After years of speculation, casino gaming has finally come to fruition in the once family -oriented Pocono Mountains. The former honeymoon-on-a-budget destination Mount Airy Lodge (the Mount Airy Lodge with the champagne hot tubs and shag rugs) was shut down and leveled a few years ago and from the ashes has risen a $500 million casino hotel. Now, before you trek the almost 80 miles from NYC with your ATM card and casino games strategy handbook, note that this first freestanding casino in the Poconos only has slot machines (and computer operated blackjack with cleavage enhanced video dealers). But I have to admit, the casino floor is HUGE -- the size of a football field with thousands of slot machines. The hotel just opened November 15th and has rooms that rival even Las Vegas style hotels: 40" LCD HDTVs, King-sized beds with Egyptian Cotton Sheets and a bathroom bigger than most East Village studio apartments equipped with waterfall showerheads (the shower fits two people comfortably) and a real bathtub for soaking and luxuriating. The best part of all is right now the rooms are only $199 weekday and $249 weekend, and I was told can accomodate up to 5 people....so if you want a guys/gals weekend with a bunch of friends $50/pp a night is dirt cheap.... For those that don't play slots, there are 4 restaurants (a steakhouse, italian cucina, diner and the ever popular buffet)...the spa is set to open in December...plus more expansion is slated in 2008 (a nightclub, more hotel rooms). Plus the Crossing Premium Outlet Mall is only ten minutes away....you can shop at Burberry, J.Crew, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Nike, Brooks Brothers, Gap, etc. Goodbye old Poconos as family/honeymoon spot...and say hello to the Poconos as a gaming/shopping destination!! read more

Went here as apart of a winter getaway with friends. This was the place to go after a day of snow fun, hardy eating and alot of boozing. I visited here two nights and only for the casino. So if you are visiting here in the winter to dress warm because finding a parking spot near to the door is impossible. As we walked in there is a Starbucks and a little lounge area. Of course this is near by the entrance so it's cold. You must show identification without that your are not getting in which happened to me. So from the looks of it , it seems big and clean. Very spacious and not filled with cigaret smoke. Girls go causal, it's not Vegas. The second night was to just to drop my friends off so they can clubbing. Within five minutes of dropping them off on a Sunday night , they were informed it was closed. So they came back with complaints lol. read more

I was just here last week on my mother's(!) recommendation and was very pleasantly surprised. It looks pretty brand spanking new and located on the edge of the Pocono mountains, which is part of its charm. Sure it's sort of out of the way, but it's the Poconos, so pretty much everything else is. The great part of the location is that other fun activities are within short driving distance. The Great Wolf Lodge is just 5 mins down the road. There are numerous outdoor adventure and theme parks within the area. It's ensconced near the Delaware river where I saw many small shops renting canoes and kayaks to the water sports crowd. The interior is a nice size and was pretty crowded on a lazy summer Saturday. Part of the reason is that they are marketing the tar out of the place via giveaways right now. Every week, they are giving away houseware type items. It was ice tea maker day the day I went, and my mom was able to snag one when she wasn't losing money at the penny slots. There was very little smoking inside which was a breath of fresh air, pardon the pun. Most of the smokers the day I went were being courteous and doing it outside on the many benches the resort had placed, facing a nice pond with the forest in the background. I ate at the buffet restaurant for lunch which had an excellent range of food. There were salad items galore for the vegan crowd in the center area if you've turned back on your human heritage. The table game dealers were all friendly and took all the ribbing I gave them when I lost, and was cheering for me when I won. I was surprised how fast the time went and was able to leave the place with enough money to pay for my next visit, which I will be doing as soon as I get a chance, wearing my hiking boots. It just wouldn't be fair to ignore all the other things you can do in the area. read more

I'd like to say this is an easy 4-star resort with some -simple- fixes. The property is quite nice, the room rivaled some of the nicer rooms in Atlantic City. However, in the room the TV is junk, it's a nice HDTV with the crappiest quality channels being pumped through it. There were some mis-matched blubs in the room. One lamp would have a CFL while the other was an incandescent, resulting in some bizarre lighting in the room. The most glaring problem was one of the CFLs (a non-dimming one) was in a dimming fixture. This resulted in the lamp making an annoying buzz while the light was on, so we couldn't use it. (You can see in my '1 photo' how the lights were weird. The one on the left of the photo is the buzzing light,) I was also told when I booked my room that I would be immediately charged for the first night, and I wasn't. If I'm not going to be charged until checkout, you should probably make that clear. Betty's diner was not good, service was great, food was poor. The Starbucks was only accepting cash in the morning. They poorly made an oatmeal for us and then neglected to take our payment for it while they began to help other customers. A particular security guard that was very rude also ruined our visit. I complained to management about him. Other than being generally rude while checking our IDs, at one point he dropped my ID, didn't apologize, and made me pick it up. I was looking for a nice country escape away from the hustle and bustle, that is New York City. Since I only had two days, I figured why not head on over to the Poconos for a nice getaway. After a few days of research, I was informed that Mount Airy was as high end as it gets. Here is a quick overview of what I enjoyed and didn't enjoy-- + The double queen suite w/ comfortable bedding. + Convenient location ( close to shopping centers). + The large shower + Valet parking. - Casino ( only slots & not much of a gambler) - The lack of a bathtub in my room. - The rural roads that don't show up on my gps. - Room service food, horrid! -- Being RUDELY approached by security for an ID check. ( I know I may look 15 due to the braces to some but to say "there is no way that you are 21" isn't how hotel guests should be spoken to--I am 26!) Perhaps, if I was a little older or a gambler I would have enjoyed myself a little more. read more

This review is for the pool area: I love this place! I'm afraid to review it because people will find out about it and take my spot. :| :D Anyway, the pool is pretty big, I guess 50K sq ft, and one end of the pool is outdoors. There's a small gap that you can swim under and go from out to in or in to out. Outdoor section is nice, they play music and there's a relaxed vibe. There are also some games (rings, cornhole) on the lawn below the pool. Love the bar. Coming from NYC, the prices were cheap and they have happy hour from 5-7, I believe. They have both bar and table service. Pool chairs can get full but if you wait like a vulture you can scoop one up. It's $15 for a day's access to the pool, which I'll gladly pay anytime I'm in the area. read more

If you have any one in your group under 21 be prepared for a security escort every/any where you go in the resort. Not at all family friendly. We stayed with my 14 year old son & his friend while skiing nearby & were extremely disappointed. I understand they have a casino but wouldn't some type of wrist band method suffice. We felt like criminals & the security people were not at all friendly. The pool area is beautiful, however we were unable to use it, as when we arrived they said it was closed for a "special event". Access to the pool should be available to all paying guests at the resort. Ridiculous!! Minibar/fridge....do not touch anything or you will be charged for it, even if you just try to make room for your own water bottles. It is censored & there is no additional room for your own drinks. Oh but wait you can "rent" a mini fridge for an additional $25 a night!! Room was clean & comfortable... That's the only positive thing about our 1 and only stay there!! Never again!! read more

This resort is beautiful, but our room looked nothing like the pictures online. It's beautiful yes, but it should look the same. So I took off one star for not having a fireplace, I mean we're in the mountains, on 1,000 acres, the hotel lobby is designed only as a casino, it needs a fireplace. Or at least the hotel needs a fireplace somewhere, whatever architect made that call, made the wrong call. I'm taking off another star because the pool is freezing! Honestly, even the jacuzzi is cold. They have this beautiful, stunning pool area, and everyone in the pool and jacuzzi are just irritated, because truth is they don't want you in the pool, they want you gambling in the casino. But staying at a high end hotel should come with a HOT jacuzzi. Period. This is not a one off either, they never heat it and there's no way to make it hotter on your own (such as the button by the jacuzzi, nope there's not one). And there's no tub in the King rooms, so literally no hot soaking. Only a hot shower to warm up. Gym is tiny and not good. Bistecca, the restaurant inside the hotel, has delicious food! We shared the 12 oz filet mignon and it was superb. However the service was 2 stars. We waited 20 minutes for ice water, and 25 minutes to order our bottle of wine. And then we waited an hour for our food. So....not on the ball like a NYC steakhouse, but good nonetheless. Overall, we are happy because we won $1,000 playing poker, and we booked this hotel on Hotwire for only $209/night. So can't beat the price. PS. The mini bar is weighted, so you literally don't have a fridge in your room (when you move something out of the fridge, you're automatically charged). We brought bottled water, wine, and ginger ale, to put in our fridge, and nope, can't use it. You have to rent a separate fridge for $25/night. Which I thought was very poor form. That used to be the whole point of the fridge, was giving customers and hotel guests a place to keep their food/drinks cold, now it's just another way to make money. Not cool. read more

Currently staying here and the security needs to escort just to walk around outer area of casino to a restaurant for a child. Not very family friendly at all. Only been driven 3x my life to post on this app but i feel the need to say it's a ridiculous rule. Security stated they are only casino that follows that rule. All we wanted to do was walk outskirts and explore shops with my kid in stroller. The rule is a little arbitrary and absolutely dumb. Security lady told us we can't even go to restaurants to eat unless it was time to be seated meaning we can't wait there for table at the bar it's ridiculous... read more

This review is for the hotel only. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was beautifully decorated, spacious , and very clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the view was nice. Check-in and out were painless. Guests using the elevator needed their room key to access the hotel floors from the casino, which was a nice safety feature. Only downfalls were: Early checkout (11am), but did give us a later checkout for noon. The wifi was HORRIBLE. I wasn't able to do any work this morning because my computer couldn't access the weak signal. Free wifi, but pointless if the signal isn't functioning properly. read more

The rooms are spacious and beautiful and most everyone who works there is instructed to ask "how can I make your stay better", which is kind of refreshing after staying in AC. Our first night was delightful, but our second night fell on a Friday... and since it over overlooks the pool, and unannounced to us they have LOUD parties down there until 2am. Because it was a holiday weekend there were no other rooms. Kind of ridiculous when you're spending $300/night on this room. The couldn't move us and the only thing they offered was a late checkout and $20 credit to the lame buffet. Other than that, it's really smokey in the casino... I mean like EVERYONE there smokes. The food options are pretty lame and the drink service is so slow! So not exactly the weekend getaway we were hoping for. read more

Loved my stay! This establishment is by far the nicest in the area. I didn't give it give stars because of the following: no pool (indoor/outdoor pool with bar and cabanas coming summer 2013), no refrigerator or microwave in rooms, restaurants are not great. However, the rooms are extremely cozy and welcoming, the hotel is decorated nicely and not cheesy like a casino, the grounds are beautiful, and very close to camelback. read more

I am a golf professional in Northern NJ and was blessed to play a great round of golf at Mount Airy Resort this week. The course was in perfect condition. The assistant in the pro shop (Jonathan) was a really nice and helpful fellow. They even offered me professional courtesy, which was really cool. Rude staff, no managers with any authority, lies Upon arrival we noticed that the TV remote would not lower the volume. Tech support verified this and replaced it. The next remote after a short period of time, would not access the main menu. Tech support verified this and replaced it. The next day the remote would not change channels. Tech support verified this and replaced it. Many of the channels would not would due to a storm a week prior. We were told this would be fixed within 24 hours. It never got better. Our room was not cleaned until 4 pm on our last day, the only day we requested it be cleaned. There were many pool staff in bikinis, that offered little service, did not keep the pool area picked up. When we asked for towels one of the days, they were out and told us to come back later to see if they had more. We asked them to bring towels to the pool, they never did. In summary, lazy with an attitude. The worst was when I went to check out of this expensive, 4 star hotel. I asked for a discount for the problems. I was told that I had smoked in my room and would be charged an extra $250! Was told that I ate cookies that had not been eaten. I was shocked!! I asked for a discount for all the TV troubles. I was told that the notes in the hotel database indicated that there was never a problem with any of the remotes when the tech came to the room. I asked to see a manager and was told there was no manager on duty who could address my concerns and was told I needed to complain to who I booked through. I will start booking direct with hotels, just as I have started doing with flights, so that if there are issues I can deal with the hotel directly and if need be have the credit card company get the charge reversed. They tell mistruths about their customers in the hotel database to cover up their problems. read more

My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway. I got a good deal on Hotwire (less than $200/night), so while Mohegan Sun it ain't, it's also less than half the price of it! We had no idea what to expect going in so we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel and casino are both modern and clean, our room was very nice (king bed, modern shower), and the staff was friendly. The only restaurant we there we ate at was the buffet, which we actually thought was good compared to some lousy buffets we've been to in Las Vegas or AC. We're not huge gamblers but we did play the slots a bit and managed to break even. There is a spa, but we did not partake so I can't comment. They have a brand new, beautiful pool that just opened, but unfortunately I can't comment on that either because the hotel website is out of date and listed it as opening later in the month so we did not pack bathing suits! That I was annoyed about. We still had to pay the "resort fee" of $15/day which I find a disturbing trend in hotels. Just make the price the price, stop surprising us with extra fees at check in (they said it's for the valet parking, wifi (unsecured btw), and the pool), all of which are just basic amenities that should be in the price if the fee's going to be mandatory anyway. We did feel that they could definitely use more bars/lounges. There is just one small bar in the center of the casino floor, and a nightclub that opens at 10 pm each night. No cocktail lounge where you can actually relax and enjoy a drink. They also could use more restaurants or at least places to get snacks or desserts. Because of that we did leave for dinner the second night. It appears there are still renovations underway so hopefully something new will be opening soon. Overall really enjoyed our weekend. It's not up to luxury casino standards but after all that's not really what it is. Maybe aspiring to be, but not there yet, and priced accordingly. It served our purpose of a couples retreat nicely. We would definitely consider going back if we get the chance. read more

I have to give this place 2 stars. First the pros: distance from NYC/NJ is not that bad and it is easy to find amd very close to the shopping outlets. Check in staff, housekeeping staff and bellhops are very polite and friendly. The fountain in the main entrance is nice and valet parking is complimentary. The Cons: the get wet pool area supposedly has a section that appears to be a hot tub. Its not, the water temp is the same as the rest of the pool. The bar staff did not come off as happy more like "We can wait to clock out".. unless its summer time avoid the pool its not very warm for an indoor pool. The asian restaurant was really good except the waiter asked me if i needed a fork when i was clearly suffice with the chopsticks. Just because im a minority does not mean Im not cultured and can not use them. The Guy Fieri restaurant food is not that great. And if you order a mimosa it will be heavy on the OJ and light on the champange. The buffet is closed for breakfast so either go to starbucks or try your luck at Guy Fieri.. if you are not a smoker stay away from the starbucks side of the casino floor and the main bar doesn't serve complimentary drinks if you are using the video gambling machines. The rooms are decent, however my room had a different interior from what was advertised. Be very careful with the Mini Bar and the snacks on top of the mini bar cabinet. It is weight sensitive.. meaning if you pick up any item even if you dont drink it or eat it you will be charge.. so unless you want to pay the bill stay away from that cabinet.. Hope this helps... Will I return to Mt. Airy Casino.. most likely not. read more

On August 10,2021 my family and I decided to order food from Luciano's Italian Brick Oven in White Oak,Pa. I called told the young man on the phone that I wanted 5 dinners, 3 chicken alfredo, and 2 crusted chicken , along with a large pizza. I did not have my order repeated backed to me so I asked the person on the phone, do you have and I repeated my order, he said yes. Than I did call back to add the tiramisu which was three of them. When we get there the person is reading the order off and I said repeat that please he only had 4 dinners, not the 5 I ordered. I said to him I even told you twice, they all looked at me as if I had two heads, than the young blonde says well we can make it for you I said no the rest of my order will be cold. I took the food and left I called before I even left the lot that was a huge waste of time. When I got home the food was dumped the sauce all over the containers, the tiramisu was upside down. The chicken was not cooked and it was just really bad. I was beyond mad, anger and upset. I decided to call back on August 11,2021 I waited 5 minutes on the phone hung up and called backed. The person on the phone claims he was the manager on duty, I am telling him and he says they did not repeat your order back to you I said no. He tells me how sorry I am and than offers me a 25.00 gift card after I told him I will never come there again. Than I said you do realize my order was a total of $120.47? That alone decided me writing this than the manager tells me I should of brought back the food and demanded my money back, first of all Luciano's was in the wrong not me. I left on Tuesday and I was not happy when I got home I was ten times upset. Than today he offers me $25.00 I throw away all the food except for the large pizza that was good but I ended up cooking anyhow. I should of just thrown $120.00 out the door. This was unacceptable, I explained to this manager that he was just insulting me with his $25.00,he felt was a good idea. My family and I are finish with this place , this manager felt after I was there on the 10th, I should of returned the food , and come into his pick up area and make a scene so it could be kept in a cooler, for the owner to see give me a break. I feel he should of taken care of the problem and stop saying I am sorry. I also explained, I understand about being short staff and over worked and over whelmed. We are here now and it's not great. I have the "Savory" package for a $50 food credit a night. That's great if you can actually get food. I haven't been able to eat now all last night (all restaurants book and can't do take out) and now this morning I ordered breakfast for my family of 4 at 8:30 a.m. and we plan to leave by 11 a.m. to snowtube by noon at nearby Camelback. It's now 10:40 and nothing. Had to cancel room service and have to starve again. And when you call to cancel, no one picks up. My husband informs me it took 3 tries just to order room service. THIS PLACE CLEARLY CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE DEMAND! Save your money and find a place that can keep up with the demand. PS -- The pool is not heated and pretty cold. You also are denied any alcohol by the pool unless you order a food item. Can't just get a drink even if you plan to spend money on 3 drinks. Must get food. read more

The front desk staff is very nice and the customer service is great. When we Entered our king non smoke room a few things stood out: -it was freezing. They set the air conditioning waaay to high for a rainy day in October. -the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. I'm pretty sure the smell was coming through the vents. -the iPad that came with the room worked after we had to restart it a few times. -the room and bathroom was clean -the room is small/cozy the hotel staff was very helpful to get us extra pillows, make our beds, and extra towels. The casino smelled too much like cigarette smoke for me to stay in there too long. I probably will come back one day. read more

For starters this place is pretty for being in the pocones. Pocones is usually outdated. The food here is great at the restaurants and room service. We won 1900 bucks. The casino was alof of fun. The downside is that most of the staff at the hotel are pretty rude. Room service just looks at you and keeps walking no smile or anything no response If you say good morning. When my boyfriend went to the souvenir shop near the casino today he asked an older white woman if she knows where we can get icecream and she completely ignored him and just told him the total for what he was purchasing. When I went to the spa I waited for someone to come because the desk was empty and a pregnant woman came and said oh Jesus as if it was such a bother that we were asking for services. My boyfriend asked if he can book a massage and she said well its not happening today or tomorrow. We just walked away. I do have to point out that there was really nice staff at the roulette tables. Also on Thursday I met a very nice pregnant woman at the souvenir shop she was very helpful and even suggested walmart for items they didn't have here. I'm not sure if I will return it all depends on how smoothly check out goes. This place needs customer service training. read more

This is the second time we have spent almost $700 for a two night stay and i think we have finally learned our lesson. The checkin was rude and our $405 room was not ready. The valet parking took over half hour sonce they all blamed each other for not getting our car. The smokey casino is horrendeus. They would not let me sit outside at the pool even though it was neautiful weather. Claimed comstruction was going to start " next week"... ok and your point? I could go on and on but i will just end with this. Im finished giving them my money. I will stay at a comfort inn for a quarter of the price and they will treat us 10 times better. My family and I have been traveling to this destination for years. This weekend after a personal mistake in booking, the hotel staff was unwilling to make any arraignments to help us (keeping I mind that my parents and business associates have stayed and gamble here on numerous occasions) . They would not honor the price, move the dates or provide us with any other feasible options. They told us that we can either play the market rate available at that time or leave (in a rude manner). Sure, it is small compared to the casinos/resorts in Atlantic City and Vegas. But you know what: it is in an excellent area, it is close to NYC and I enjoy coming here. I have stayed and used their facilities/spas and it was all WONDERFUL! Further, Red's Steakhouse was fantastic (I should submit another review). The Buffet was pretty neat too. In any case, for the gaming experience, I have had my ups and downs. But that is also part of the way things work, you lose some you gain some. First time's the charm! This beautiful casino resort is a hoot to stay at! The front desk check-in took me less than 5 minutes and went right up to my room. This was way before check-in time so I was very surprised they were ready! The lobby smells amazing and the waterfall is a great scene to take a selfie at! If you are a hotel guest, check out the second floor! There is a little hidden gem, a bridge that takes you over the lobby area that gives an amazing sight of the waterfall and casino! This a beautiful resort and grounds. Very nice rooms. However they are not following COVID regulations. Online they state they are however when we checked in we were told the hotel is at 100% capacity; casino and restaurants are 50%. We attempted to go to the pool, which is beautiful however no mask enforcement for those NOT in the pool. The pool deck was a mess. No extra staff to clean or sanitize. Very disappointed in the facility dealing with the reality of a contagion like COVID. read more

Great location in the Pocono area for gaming, dining, spa or conferences. This property is brand new and has a full gaming floor, several food choices, newly remodled hotel rooms and a great banquet center and the staff across the property is amazing. I have hosted 2 functions here and the banquet staff, gaming floor staff, hotel staff and restaurant staff have all made sure that my attendees had a great time and were confortable while attending. Due to its central location this property is a great choice for a night out, business function or family event. Highly recommend! read more

Stayed here for our anniversary and got a large deluxe with king. Room was updated clean and the staff was warm and inviting. We stayed on the second floor with access to the casino. Had a great experience here we will return as we celebrate our Anniversary in the Pocono's each year. read more

What a beautiful place although it was unfortunately overshadowed by the customer service across all aspect of the resort. Stat Rated with check in, front desk clerk was short and non welcoming. Then went to dinner at Guy Feiri,s restaurant, hostess was miserable. She was upset with another employee or customer but was just down right miserable. Service in the restaurant was non existent. W waited forever just to order a drink. We both ordered vodka and soda. She finally came out with vodka and Pepsi! She said she didn't know what know of soda we wanted,, Club soda! The food was finally delivered and was awful! Cheese steak and chicken tacos. Cheese steak mans hardly any meat and covered with cheez wiz. Tacos were dry and shells were stale. Terrible taste! Wend Back the next day to see if we could just order a drink. Understand because of Covid restrictions we would also have to order some food. Okay with that be we just ordered a pretzel and wa informed that we both had to order food and couldn't share! WHAT!? So we also ordered wings. Had a couple of drinks and now informed by the waitress that we would have to eat more of our food before we could order another drink!! She said people were watching and pointed to the cameras on the ceiling. That made no sense to me , I just left after paying the bill because I was so frustrated. Later that night I tried to order a bottle of wine to my room and was again told that I needed to order food with it, even though it was being delivered to my room. Again makes no sense to me as I could have easily opened the mini bar in my room and not having to order or eat food. I again understand the changes we all face with COVID but the staff here really needs to understand the rules and dos and donuts of it. They also need to put a smile on their face and welcome their patrons. I've been in customer service for 25 years and this is one of the first time I wrote a review like this.
