I have let my boyfriend know everything which happened on the visit from the pushy attitude, condescending questions, to still having his late fathers card on file (which has been requested to be removed multiple times now) and we are not happy here anymore. Tip: have your employees greet the owner before their pet. Remember who has say in this relationship... because I am treated as an afterthought at this vet only to serve them and my dog.
