Upon meeting with the vet tech, I had inquired about the vaccination costs, in which she disregarded my question entirely and begun to pressure me into purchasing their "kitten package" for slightly over $880 (picture below). I was skeptical about it but their demanding manner pressured me into agreeing. (total regret for letting them get to me). Alright, so that was that. After 3 visits, my kitten started becoming very anxious of vet visits. He would show signs of stress and anxiety towards anyone at the vet. At the 4th visit and onward, the vet started prescribing me all sorts of medication to purchase (which are NOT CHEAP) to feed my kitten prior to the visit. I did so as instructed and he was still exhibiting these behaviours. AGAIN THEY TURNED ME AWAY claiming they cannot proceed with this behaviour. This happened for the next 3 visits. Tell me again why I paid over $880 to be turned away AT EVERY VISIT. Because he's so agitated, they're unable to do nail trim (as included in package I paid), which I specifically requested every visit. Okay, let's talk neuter. Let me just say that they're VERY HIDDEN about their prices. I had insisted on asking about their neuter price in person and over the phone but no one was able to provide me with a solid answer. Their response was "let me send you a quote to your email". Okay?? Can you not just tell me $500? (Yes, that's another 500 on top of 800 I had paid previously). At that point, I was pretty much done with this clinic. They have nothing to offer me, and extremely overpriced. I'm happy to say that I've switched clinics when writing this. I called the clinic to request a partial refund and they were quick to push the responsibility to get the vet tech to call me back to discuss such options. Still waiting on the call..... Edit: They were able to provide a $400 refund This has been my overall experience and feedback for anyone considering bringing their precious here. Hope my experiences have been able to shine some light on their practice, and to provide a more transparent cost.

The passion Jeff displays for his work and his genuine dedication to the dogs he works with is always very apparent. Over the past 3 years, Jeff has helped me introduce my 2 dogs to the Invisible Fence System and most recently transition from one property to another. I believe that his natural ability to connect with my dogs and achieve excellent results is truly indicative of his incredible skills and his sincere care for the dogs. Jeff's ability to problem solve on the spot and execute a plan both independently and in a timely manner is a very admirable quality. We rescued a hound mix last year who was a bit of a runner. We considered the cheaper do it…read moreyourself fence but thankfully got Jeff to come help us out. He explained everything. Started with a training session in the house. Then on multiple different occasions outside. We have over an acre. The guys buried the line nicely in a couple of hours. The flags were set up for training once the in house training was done. Slowly the flags were removed and our dog was trained! Jeff clearly loves dogs and has a gift with them. Super patient in the training of the dog and subsequently teaching us how to reinforce the training. Sometimes we forget to put the collar on in the morning but she knows exactly where the boundaries are. Put a disc in the house near the cat litter to keep her away from that. And last year we rented a cottage so Bruce came over on very short notice, brought 1000 ft of wire and showed me how to disconnect and reconnect the unit at the cottage leaving the wire above ground with flags around the perimeter so she could race around and we didn't have to worry about losing her. Can't say enough about all the staff. Awesome and worth every cent and more. Thanks so much.
