After much debate, our group decided to get an order of buffalo chicken fries with cheese curds instead of bleu cheese and it was heavenly. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sauce and fries with a small number of limp fries (no one likes a wet, limp fry). There's was only one guy working but he moved pretty quick and we had (and devoured) our fries in no time. Definitely try this truck if you see it around!
