I will never go to this place EVER. This fool takes my call, repeats my address, ask me if I wanted to repeat my order from last week. Proceeds to take my order, take my payment. Then 10 minutes later calls and says that he can't deliver to me and that I can call a closer location. Ok that's fine but what about the $39.95 that you just took out my account? Nick claims he will reverse it but it won't reverse til Monday. They also delivered to my address last week. Idiots! So I paid for a pizza that I didn't receive. The manager Samantha argued with us over the phone calling my husband out of name because he was upset the time would be another hour & a half. No type of compensation was given then hung up. Came at 11:00 for lunch buffet. Only one medium half peperoni half ham and pineapple pizza and garlic bread was put out between 11:00 and 12:30. I don't even like pineapple on my pizza. If I didn't like the little pepperoni so much I would give this visit 1 star. Plus they have some old school projector tv that u can't see when the sun is out. Everything you expect from a Mountain Mike's pizza place. Good tasting pizza (on the drier sauce texture side), and pizza that will cost you an arm and a leg. This location has a big screen and people usually watch the big games here. Got a pizza for delivery. The only good part was that the pizza got to our house a half hour before they told me it would. That's the only reason for two stars. We ordered the BBQ chicken luau. Sounded great, but not so much. The pieces of chicken were really small and tasted old, like they had been sitting in the fridge for almost a week. The pineapple was soggy and the crust was like cardboard. We also ordered garlic sticks with cheese. There was almost no cheese on them at all with some garlic powder, and the "marinara sauce" that I got with it was definitely just tomato paste out of a can. Can't wait to move back to Roseville and start ordering from Master Pizza again! Tired of paying $40 for a less than mediocre pizza and "garlic cheese" sticks. Ordered two pizzas for pickup. Requested white sauce for both. 25 minutes later had my son pick up the pizza. The hungry kids in my house started to eat as soon as the pizza got home. When I came down I realized they put red sauce on both. (My wife is allergic that's why we get white sauce) I called to inform them of their mistake. She said bring it back and they will replace it. Only problem is some of the slices were already eaten and with gas being $5 a gallon I did not want to drive back and wait another 25 minutes for the new pizzas to be made. She took down my info and said the owner would be in touch. It's been a week now and nothing. So we got stuck with the wrong pizza and my wife didn't get to eat. At this point I will never order another pizza from here just based on the lack of customer service not to mention the lack of attention to details. If you make a mistake I should not have to use anymore of my time or $$ to assist you in making it right. And for the amount of $$$ you charge for pizza you should get the orders correct. I am surprised how bad the customer service was. We placed the order at 5:32pm and was told it would be ready in 20 mins so I show up at 5:55pm. The guy behind the register tells me he'll bring it to me when it's done, I'm like okay. So then they get hit hard with customers for the next 25 mins mean while I'm still waiting for my pizza I had ordered at 5:32pm. It's now 6:25 and I'm starting to get pissed because people that came in after me are now eating or leaving with pizza. They finally finish my pizza and it's 6:32. It took an hour to make 1 pizza? I ask the associate what happened and he couldn't care less. Todays Stop, Mountain Mike's Pizza in the heart of Antelope, Ca. Situated in a shopping plaza, very busy shopping plaza. As we entered the restaurant, was hardly anybody in there seats and tables were clearly available. To order your pizza, you walk up the counter and above or as I behind them is the menu of the pizzas they make, appetizers, and other side menus. Well we ordered the Veggie-More pizza (Veggie Pizza) and a Side of 10 Pieces of Wings. It didn't take long for them to cook our pizza was already made within 15 minutes including the wings were brought out at the same time, which that was a plus on service including we were offered optional condiments of peppers and cheese shakers which we took that offer. Pizzas presentation was just how it described on the menu everything was on spot. Wings we had ordered look as it was just frozen wings just as if it required to reheat in a conventional oven but overall pizza tasted really great... the wings .. well it was something I could just buy a bag of frozen buffalo wings at a grocery store and throw in the conventional oven. Just OKAY.. but again the Veggie-More was really good. I'd say this place is an okay place if looking for a quick inexpensive meal to bring home for the family. I called on Saturday afternoon and tried to use the gift certificate that Mountain Mike's Corporate offices sent me for my troubles here in October when I had to wait extra long and then didn't get the side of sauce I paid for. This time the poor lady taking my order told me that some manager is insisting I bring in my gift certificate because he wont honor it for delivery. It says on it that it is good for delivery! Rather than in turn demanding that they bring my pizzas I just cancelled the order and decided to NEVER order pizza from this restaurant again. Very disappointed to be treated with such disrespect, especially by a local business. We love Mt.Mikes. That being said we were surprised at how bad this specific one is. The food wasn't nearly as good as it is at other locations, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The manager was less than pleased to provide us with a to go box when we finished inside, like it was a chore to attend to his customers.
