Ordered spicy lamb pizza twist , the pieces of lamb on it were more like lamb shavings (I think wud have tasted better if it wud have been proper lamb cubes). Also ordered family size pizza, half paneer tikka and other half chicken tikka which was good with fresh ingredients and flavors. For drinks we got Taj Indian beer, a must try. I decided to try this place after checking out mochinut which is next door. Ive always been curious about Pizza Twist and had seen different wines throughout Sacramento. I also thought it was like a Cici's pizza. I ordered the small size pizza which comes with 8 slices for $14.99, it was the chicken tikka masala. It wasn't bad, good flavor but the chicken was a lil dry. I was hoping it would be juicy and also have more sauce on the pizza. I also wonder if there's MSG in their food bc I've felt so tired right after I ate about 3 slices. And the slices are not big at all. I'll have to ask next time I go if MSG is in their food. Then I ordered the samosa, 2 for $6.99. It was a little on the burnt side and the potatoes inside were not mashed with the other ingredients (I'm not sure if it's curry) so it tasted as if I was biting into a giant piece of softened potato. It came with a jalapeño sauce which is not usually typical with authentic samosas- isn't it a tamarind or that green chutney sauce? Overall, the food wasn't bad, if I could give 3.5 stars I would but there aren't half stars on Yelp! The customer service wasn't as friendly and right when you walk in, there is a strong smell of the spices. I may try another Pizza Twist in the future for comparison. read more

I love how my family got punished for paying with card and requesting halal toppings. They didn't tell us that it was more than the listed price for chicken if you want the halal chicken. Just overall shady and deceptive business practice. Needs to be more clear and transparent with their customers. Upon requesting a breakdown for the price they did not tell us that there are fees for paying with card. Be careful running up a tab here make sure you know what you are paying for. Went in today (Tuesday around 1PM) no one in sight which was sad because the atmosphere was amazing and so was the customer service! Everything was sparkly clean! Ordered the tiki masala pizza which was 10/10 very fresh and tasteful! Had a little spice kick to it! You can see how much effort was put into it by my photos. Other pizza places don't care about presentation. I give this 10/10! They deserve so much more business! The wait was probably 10 minutes or so but the pizza was being prepared fresh! This place is a joke. I usually order from a much better location in Roseville but this location is closer to my home. We ordered and then once we arrived we were told that the white pizza is a large when it's very clear that it's not since the pepperoni pizza is considered a large. We were told we order a "deep dish" which is not even on the menu. Talk about poor quality food; did they even cook the pizza??? If I could give the review less than one star I would! My friend and I went here to get a vegan pizza. We ordered a VEGAN PLANT BASED Garlic Bombay Chicken Pizza, and they charged us $28 (the prices on the menu say 19.99 plus $2 for vegan it should've been $22) And they gave us a NON-vegan pizza. We went back inside to ask if the pizza was vegan because it looked like real cheese and real chicken and the lady working the front told us it wasn't vegan. We told her we ordered the vegan one and she said they don't have vegan cheese or meat, and that just the crust is vegan. We asked what they make the vegan cheese breadsticks with and she said vegan cheese... so we said okay can you make the pizza with vegan cheese and she said "no we don't have vegan cheese". It made no sense and we essentially got scammed. We left and went to "Chicago's Pizza with a Twist" on Sierra college blvd. Ordered the same exact pizza the vegan Garlic Bombay Chicken pizza, they were so nice, charged us only $22 and it was ACTUALLY vegan. We asked if they also owned this location "Pizza Twist" on Thrive Dr. and she laughed and said no. We see why now. On May 26th, 2022, at 9:15 PM , I placed an online order to pick up pizza from Pizza Twist 4191 Thrive Drive, Suite 100, Roseville, CA 95678. I made a full payment online using a credit card. When we reached the above address, the store was closed. OPEN is turned OFF. We thought the store was closed and tried calling the store phone number. Nobody answered the phone. Then we looked into yelp/google and realized the store closing time is 9:00 PM PST. So, I looked into my online order and found the order was placed on May 26th, 2022 but the food will be ready on May 27th, 2022. So we dint took the order and returned back , next day when we called , the manager says to log a complain with online email ( customer support) Its been like 3 weeks we dint have reply and when i called to manager , he said i can do nothing and do whatever u want This is something i never heard from big franchise to a local restaurant They clearly does not care . read more

New place in town which has been open for 3 weeks. My husband and I stopped in and got one traditional Hawaiian pizza and one lamb kabob pizza. We also ordered some bacon cheese bread. Everything was delicious and really fresh tasting. The tandoori sauce on the lamb kabob pizza was surprisingly delicious. I did order it to be "spicy" and it was spicy! The price is typical for pizza places these days. Great service though we were the only customers at the time. The drink station wasn't quite operational but they provided us can sodas. The first being the local pizza spot from UC Merced, and the second, PizzaTwist in Roseville. My family and I are regulars, consistently amazed at the quality of the customer service and familial warmth that we have received as customers. PizzaTwist contains all the markers of a great restaurant and establishment, as its imaginative Indian fusion pies create a food experience unlike anywhere else in the bland monotony of Suburbia's more established names - subway, pizza hut, Mcdonalds, etc.. Furthermore, the array of vegan and vegetarian options that are offered quell any worries about feeding your friends or family members that may have diet restrictions. However, no place is without fault! I ventured to try the vegan wings, and though the flavor was spectacular, the texture was lacking. I'm unsure what the meat substitute was (if it was soy-based or other?), however, I would recommend experimenting with Seitan (Vital wheat Gluten), as its a major constituent in many wonderful meat substitutes -- such as the Field Roast brand (which you can find in the grocery store) -- offering a dense, meaty texture packed with plenty of protein! I was going to give this pizza place 5 stars initially. Service and food was great. Until we were being harassed by a tweaker (someone on drugs). This person harassed us multiple times and even tried to sit at our table that was located on the patio of the property. We immediately told management and they had addressed the tweaker on their own but weren't stern at all. When we told management they simply brushed it off and told us it was our responsibility to tell the tweaker to leave. No professionalism at this establishment and I will never support them again.
