I am not one to be writing, negative reviews, but when it is, it's so terrible that you have no other choice but let people know that how this place is conducting business, or how they're allowing their employees to do this. First of all, this was for a birthday celebration. We arrived about 7:25. And there was approximately fifteen people in our party.It was my daughter's birthday gathering. My grandchildren were present, and when we went to the restroom to have them, wash their hands. The water in the faucet was scalding hot, and they got burned on their hands. We made the girl that was working aware of the incident, her name was Maria. That is all I know, she was extremely rude, and she basically acted as if it was too bad. In other words, her actions spoke louder than the words. She said she would let a manager know, but she really could care less by body language and her verbal responses. The food was fine service was not, plus we were ne er given a reciept. This business has hours on this day, with closing at 10 p.m. at 9:05 she turned out the lights, she said pick up orders only at the door. There was others inside not just us. Some were waiting for their orders. So what was supposed to be? A fun birthday gathering was tainted with this terrible experience. And my grandchildren had to suffer. I would hope that Management or someone would contact us. I can't say Id ever recommend this location due to how we were treated. So beware and especially for children or those with extra sensitive health issues this can be bad. A very unhappy patron. read more

First time at this new location, we had a good experience. We had the lunch buffet which included a drink, salad and pizza. They also brought out some potato wedges and cheese bread as well and 2 different pizzas were made while we were there which was nice. The staff was friendly and the service was pleasant. Pizza was good but service was horrible! Maria the one who took our order was very unprofessional. Very rude and truly didn't care about the customer. I told her the bathroom faucet was piping hot. My children were burning their hands (could barely wash the soap off, red hot hands) and I could feel it was really uncomfortable hot even for my adult hands. When I addressed it she said she couldnt do anything but I informed her. She just had to adjust the knobs under the sink. But she said she would just close the bathroom but we were having a birthday party there with 15+ people so that was unacceptable. The door said and online states they're open until 10 P.M. and she was going to just close the bathroom. It was 8:00pm at that time. We arrived at 7:30 by 8 we just got out pizza and beer. I was so shocked of her attitude because when I told her I just wanted to let her now because that could be a liability issue if the company didn't fix it and just to let her management know. She was just so rude with her response. Not fixing anything but not allowing our children and friends to use the restroom. when it was 9pm she started to shut off the light inside and outside while we where finishing out pizza and drinks. There where even new customers, waiting for food inside when she shut the lights off. Worst experience and I do not recommend anyone to go there because that to me speaks volumes. Very fun location in the marketplace next to the movie theater! First impression walking is was very clean but needs music or something to liven up the place, had an awkwardly quite vibe for such a fun location! Lots of menu items to choose from. The guy that took our order was a little quiet and spaced out but nothing too annoying. Food came out in about 20 minutes! Food looked as good as in the pictures! Pizza was delicious! Wings were just ok! Prices are a little high but the pizza is actually really good! They also have a salad bar that looked pretty good as well and a decent beer selection. Decent pizza with good service. Their wedges are pretty good. Good spot to try if you're going to the movies nearby.

They forgot to put in our garlic bread and when we were already finished with our pizza... we ask for a refund since we were done with our food and they refused since the garlic bread in the oven.. also they disappeared when i needed more plates... i don't recommend if u have little ones read more

Tried the new location. Pizza was cooked to perfection! It's super cute inside and maybe my new favorite spot. Customer service was excellent and the young man that helped us checked on us even after we got our food. Hope this place does well and keeps up the quality and customer service. Lets start with the dough it tasted like it had been in the freezer for a week plus, and had the consistency of a 2 week old biscuit. Don't let the pictures on the website fool you the toppings are sparse to say the least and the sauce OMG were is the sauce? I happen to stumble across the opening of the new Mountain Mike's Pizza at the marketplace today and boy was I pleasantly surprised! Not only did they make this location like super nice and inviting, once I opened the door the staff were all welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The food smelled great so I was excited to place my order and see how it tasted. The cashier was informative and displayed patience with me while I browsed the menu. She also gave helpful suggestions and got me to try something I didn't even think I wanted to try. The establishment was very clean and well lit! I'm a fan of being able to see my food lol. The wait time wasn't too lengthy at all even while they were busy! When the food arrived, it was served with a smile and served neatly. I ordered the garlic wings, garlic cheese sticks, and a mini pepperoni pizza. Everything was DELICIOUS and hot. They even have good ranch lol. All in all I really enjoyed my first time at this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!
