Went in last night when they were absolutely slammed with orders, and I was honestly impressed. The team kept things moving and got my order out quickly. Michael was the one who helped me with my order, and he was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The food was fresh, which was a huge improvement from one of my previous experiences. You could tell the whole team was working hard to take care of everyone. Where do i begin, it is WAY too loud the minute you walk in the door. They have two different music playing at the same time. The young lady who took my order could not hear us, we had to yell at her just so she could hear. The cleanliness of this store is questionable, with sticky floors and less than hygienic looking counters. The young lady at the front register was very friendly and had a smile on her face. Emma-Leigh was the best thing about this visit. It was so loud we could not hear our name being called. The food was subpar and not worth the discomfort we all had. Every once in a while, I will get a craving for some wings or tenders. This is my typical go to, since I absolutely love the mango habanero wings, dunked in their ranch , then dipped in cheese sauce. Freakin' heaven! Their fries are also excellent. The only downside to this location is the fact they consistently get an item or two incorrect, or forget a side. Some of the seasonings or sauces look similar to the others, but when you bite into it, it's not what you expect. Always double check your order before exiting the building . read more

sooo kail and i ordered the boneless meal deal (four different types of wings and five of each!!). we ordered the mango habanero, hot honey rub, hawaiian, lemon pepper wings, and then celery and carrots on the side. the hawaiian flavor and hot honey rub flavor were my favorites. hawaiian was perfectly sweet and so scrumptious and flavorful. other three were also delightful and i defiently recommend. tho mango habanero was very hot for me. kails turn!! Apparently you don't get sauce when you buy $30 worth of wings. I went to the counter to ask for the sauce that I thought they forgot. They said it's $1.50 for a cup of blue cheese. I said I didn't want extra but that I hadn't gotten any. They said it didn't come with it. I told them no one told me that at the time of ordering. They said I had to pay. The fries are also good, but the store could be more generous with the seasoning. The bad: I give my recent order a 1 star because my online pick up order was missing an item, which I suspected was the case during pick up and brought it to the attention of the staff member that handed me my order. Instead of checking, he told me it was in the box with the chicken which I was compelled to believe. They always make mistakes when you order online, and they purposely leave out parts of your order and say they forgot it yet do nothing to correct it. Any other time it has been a minimum of 14 mins, and I don't mind waiting to get fresh hot wings. They were cold and just nasty. The French fries were not fresh and soggy. We thought we would try the chicken sandwich, and it looked and tasted more like a piece of cardboard soaked in grease and spices. The bun was hard, and we didn't even attempt to eat it. What's the purpose of having tables and chairs when no one can use them. The floor from the soda machine was so sticky and had not been mopped for a while. After getting home, I realized that my order was mixed up with another customer's, so I took the order back. Well.....It's pretty obvious why this place has SO many 1 star ratings! Only 2-1/2 star average. So right off the bat I probably shouldn't have expected much! Downloaded the app because it popped up when I was looking up the address. Thought this would make it easier. I ordered the food and it told me it would take 16-21 minutes. Yeah, strike 1, not even close!!! When I arrived, it was already 3 minutes past the quoted time. Wasn't greeted for a while, just standing there wondering what to do! Eventually I was asked for my order and I gave my name for the order and was told it still wasn't ready! 16-21 minutes actually turned into 45 minutes just waiting. For the first time there, I decided to try items from social media that were highly rated. When I finally got my order, the wings were already mostly cold because I overheard that they last minute had forgot part of the order. Strike 2. Who wants cold food. Next, I ordered and noted on the receipt, I'd ordered half regular wings and half boneless wings and I only received regular wings. I wasn't that miffed with it, but it wasn't what I ordered!!! So now I got cold wings and 1/2 wrong?!?! Really already strike 3!!! Most places don't have three strikes on their first attempt! Oh wait, there's more....Food was SO overly cooked that it was really hard to eat. I've had WAY burned Chicharrones from a crappy Mexican market that were less hard than these wings! EVERY single bite was burned throughout! So strike 4! I usually give every restaurant a second chance just to see if they were having a bad night, but WAY no!!! This place has horrible service and horrible food! Won't eat there again! My money it to valuable to waste it here! Sorry, but pretty sure it's why this place was empty during a dinner time period! We were a Walk in. While trying to search the best deal for the $$, no help from staff taking order...giving suggestions of what deals were available ect. Did hear the deals when I had to call to advise that half my order was missing. Called and was given the Shift leader. He said the best he could do was me to come back to the store (10 miles w/ gas at $6.49 a gallon) and he would correct whole order and give gift card. Note the time here.(934pm) Food is good but politics when they make the error...customers pay the price!!! After returning to the store the general Manager "Jayden" Said his shift leader was wrong and the only thing he could do was give me the food I was missing. No gift card. Nothing for the inconvenience of me having to drive 30 extra miles. Nothing for his shift leaders miss information. And No fresh food that was given. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I am a regular customer here at this specific location. Up until today, the food was awesome. Chefs kiss! However, today in particular there were several things not right with my order. 1. One of the ranches tasted old, and it looked a little curtly. 2. The corn was not seasoned the way it normally is. As a matter of a fact, it was not seasoned at all. Maybe a new hire cooked it idk? 3. Workers did not have a friendly and happy faces. 4. The cheese cup was not filled all the way.
