Hello, I was my first time here and didn't know what to expect , came here to meet up with my nephew CM for some great tasting pizza and cold beer, placed my order and it was done well and professional I cant recall any of the staffs names but from the beginning to the end we were greeted well and served well, and not to forget our discount was awesome. I placed an order at 345 in the afternoon to have pizzas delivered at 520 before my wife had to go to class. At 530 my wife called and was told that the pizzas had not been made yet. She then called back right before 6 and was told the pizzas had not left the store yet. They finally showed up around 630...ice cold. I've been getting ads everywhere for this place and I really wanted to try the pizza. Too bad their marketing is better than their pizza. $85 later I will not be ordering from there again. Too bad the girl answering the phone wasn't concerned about even attempting to retain a new customer. Over priced in my opinion and service is lacking. I ordered pizza over the phone for pick up. I got there and my order was not ready. I waited, and waited, aaaand waited. Finally went up after twenty five minutes to check on my order since no one made any attempt to tell me it was ready. Pizza was ready but they forgot about the wings. Waited for the wings. According to their online ordering system if you order contactless delivery, they will knock on your door, step back, and ensure you received your order. Unfortunately, their delivery drivers do not do this. By the time I found my pizza sitting outside on my door step, it was cold (and they don't give you sauce when your side is supposed to come with it). I called to try to rectify the situation. My concerns were not acknowledged so I asked for a manager. Was told the manager was out to lunch and would call me back. It's been two days with no resolution. Pizza was not good cold and we threw it away. Won't be ordering again, will be filing a dispute with my credit card company since I couldn't get a resolution with the store. read more

Tried this place 2 weeks ago. Had their regular cheese and their chicken Robbers Roost. I was really looking forward for the chicken one but it turns out slightly undercooked. But the cheese one was the real deal breaker. Their "classic red sauce" tasted like what you could expect from the government funded school cafeteria pizza sauce. Worst than the supermarket frozen pizza. I think the chicken Robbers Roost could be good if order with creamy garlic sauce and it was cooked right. These jokesters thought it would be funny to get a small pizza and then cut that pie up into 14 small slices. And they were all little slivers of BULLSHIT. Staff was great but pizza lacked in several ways. A two topping large pizza is almost $27 after tax. Not enough sauce on the pizza made it extra dry and their "14" slices in a large pizza is laughable. The whole experience was disappointing. read more

M Mikes is good pizza .. however...They as many pizza places scrimps on toppings. I add bell pepper and onion to a pepperoni pizza. They peel off about 5 cents of those toppings ( that are so thin get burned). So I get a pepperoni pizza no toppings medium size for about $30. If you want to enjoy great pizza and a friendly staff, this is the place to come. The staff is so friendly and helpful they even take the time to stop at your table and chat. I met Raj the owner and he was so nice. We talked about reheating the pizza and he pointed out the instructions on the box for optimum results. I met the new store manager Ingrid and she was so sweet. Her goal is to make her customers feel at home when they come to eat at the restaurant. We ordered for take out last night. This is our 2nd time ordering from here. The 1st time both of our pizzas were so good and fresh. Last night we ordered a large pepperoni which was so over done with sauce we had to take off under the cheese. We also ordered the pineapple chicken luau. This was the worst out of the two. Bacon was super fatty it was like chewing g in rubber. Bacon was not crispy at all like it states in the description. Chicken was was gross. Crust on both pizzas were hard. Don't let the photo deceive you. Little Cesar's Pizza is comparable and just as disappointing. Lots of dough and little taste plus you can only get delivery for a $25+ order and you are charged an additional $4 for delivery. The ranch sucks! O ly thing decent was the churro bites. Okay so this review is about their lunch buffet as that's all I've tried. For 7.99 you can't beat it. A medium pizza at hut or dominoes is like 10+ with one of their coupon deals. Pizza by the order here is similarly priced but the buffet is great. My first round was very mid but then they swapped out all of the pizzas. It was 7 different pizzas and bread sticks. The variety of flavors and fresh bread made this a top tier 8 dollar pizza. You can also add a drink and the salad bar for an extra 3 or 4 dollars. read more

Great experience! It was my mother & I's first time trying this spot today and it exceeded all expectations! The buffet was fully stocked with a wide variety of fresh veggies & fresh, high quality pizzas! It's just over $13 for the lunch buffet and definitely a great deal! The staff who helped us today were Ingrid & Kelly. They were very attentive & made sure we had everything we needed.
