PK Burgers is under different ownership than it was 2 decades ago, but the food is still bomb. The fried zucchini is still one of the best fried zucchini in town. A small order is still huge, so you get some good bang for your buck. It's the same lil hole in the wall restaurant situated across the street from Whole Foods. So based on our first experience of the crispy potatoes in the breakfast burrito, we returned for a second and a third visit. The potatoes in the breakfast burrito wasn't crispy the second time. It was mush. So when we went back the third time, we specifically asked that the potatoes be cooked well to crispy. We took a bite. It was disappointingly not. Otherwise, the service was fine. This is our go to hole in the wall burger spot. Burgers are solid and we love that the lettuce they use is shredded lettuce. Our favorite side order is 1/2 fries and 1/2 zucchini. Oddly whatever ranch they use is perfect for dipping the fried zucchini. If you get it to go you may need to throw the fries and zucchini in the air fryer. I think the owner is the usually the person behind the counter and he is so darn nice. If you need a burger fix make sure to support local businesses and stop by. Make sure you check their hours though, we've had dinner cravings for a burger but they were closed. read more
