    Big Mama

I love this place. We get the Big Mama pizza whenever we're in town here. The pizza is a whopping 28 inches in diameter so it's a perfect pizza spot, if you have a big party. It's almost become a tradition whenever we all get together.

It was okay not worth $28 for one large pizza, I would recommend lowering prices or offering deals otherwise I would not recommend sorry.

    Pepperoni pizza!

The Pepperoni pizza was very good. Cheese on it was very tasty. Has a old school ms pac man game. 25 cents too lol. Tv to watch soccer/futbol. Mom and pops vibes! And the ladies working thereare so nice! And the crust was soft.

omg! if you need a pizza for a party come to Rosa's! look at how huge the Big Mama is. and so delicious! every time i come in, whoever's behind the counter is so friendly and kind. i also love the actual restaurant, very nostalgic atmosphere-- they even have 50c sticker machines.

King sized pepperoni and pineapple pizza!

Great experience! The pizza is amazing! If you live in, or close to Placentia, Rosa's Pizza is a must!

Charged 15% tax without any explanation. Refused to let us use the bathroom. Used to come here in high school but never again. Rude.

I…read morestill remember the old deli that was there prior to this restaurant and I've seen numerous social media ads and posts about the place so I wanted to check it out. I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? In my head spaghetti/pasta is something I can make it home and almost thought it a waste of money to go out of my way to go out specifically to eat this dish. I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time. Anyways, I'm giving my review of a five star because I wanna see this place succeed and I'll definitely come back .

The bread they served while we waited for food was extremely salty and inedible. Their steak Italian sandwich was dry. It needed sauce or something. First time here, not knowing what to expect. The space is cute and cozy, and the team was super friendly and patient while we figured out what to order. We went with the creamy pesto chicken pasta (penne), the alla vodka with chicken, and a calzone with pepperoni and artichoke. What we should have asked about? Portion sizes. When the food came out, our eyes basically popped out--these plates are HUGE. Not complaining though... we're big leftover people, and this place absolutely delivered. We got multiple meals out of it, and everything held up just as well the next day. Oh--and we got the tiramisu for dessert ;P Definitely the right call. Safe to say, we've already been recommending Sister Sicily to family. Great food, generous portions, and a spot we'll definitely be back to.

Also, this place only has like five tables inside so it's incredibly small. The tables were reserved. A party of nine came in, party of six and a party of four came in and occupied all the tables that were available. I would highly recommend you make a reservation if you are looking to eat indoors. This was our second time there and the previous time it was completely full Insight. Did we get mad, no we sat outside and enjoyed the alfresco dining. Now for the food: * we ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. Frankly, these were like the ones you could buy at the store. It would be awesome if they upped their mozzarella stick game. * the garlic bread came out quickly and was quite delicious. Crispy and flavorful. * we ordered a pizza with sauce and well done. It came out exactly as ordered. It was really good and pro tip: bring some hot honey and drizzle over the top of it and it goes to the next level. They do have regular honey there. This seems to be a family owned place, and in my opinion, it was inexcusable that this gentleman was yelling at the same person who served us and she could only been about 19 years old or so. Four stars because if they made their own mozzarella sticks, they could take on both Dave's hot chicken and Chili's.
