As hard as it is for me to write this awful review it's something that I have been sitting for quite some visits. Even tho our pizzas have been okay. EVERY TIME I call to order a visit then MAKE AN ATTEMPT to pick up my 50-100 dollar purchase some how they "lose my order" or they "didn't give an accurate wait time". There's been times I've had a 20-25 min wait time and get there to pick up my pizzas and it turns into 1hour and 5 mins later. After going here with my kids and waiting for the pizza to be done, it wasn't cooked right. Also the girls that work here should dress more appropriately, instead of wearing little shorts like a strip club. I think the Manager should have a talk and address the dress code around food here. We walked in for the lunch buffet and there was not very many people there yet there was NO pizza out for about 20 min and NO ranch dressing out to even use for salad. Was charged $61 for our food and they forgot to discount $5 for the special on their biggest size pizza. I told them about it and they said they would have to void out the whole charge and re charge me! That it would take 3-5 business days to get the charge back into my acct! I tried giving this location a second chance after a bad experience with the horrible customer service we received but never again. We used to get pizza here all the time after they opened here, but the newer employees have really bad attitude and talk you in such a rude way. Today I forgot my coupon at home and placed my order over the prior, well when I arrived I mentioned to the employee that I left it at home and could have my daughter send me a picture of it since it was pouring and didn't want to have to drive back a second time. She refused to honor the coupon and although did offer $2 off it would still have been a $10 difference. I appreciate her offering the $2 but her tone of voice was not professional and making an exception for a coupon on a rainy day for a long time customer would have been the best way to handle this situation. I asked for her name and she told me it was Ana however on the receipt it says Taken By: Karina lying to customers is also not professional. The lady on the phone couldn't find my order and suggested that maybe I ordered from the location on hatch rd instead. I told her if I had done that my confirmation email would show that. She then found my order and said it was on the way already. 20 minutes later I received 2 cold pizzas. Second time this has happened. I won't be ordering from here again. We have ordered a few times from this location and sadly have had very poor outcomes. Unfortunately, I will no longer be ordering from here. To start, when we called in to order, the employee taking the order was not very friendly. We were told delivery would be 45 minutes but ended up waiting 75 minutes. Our pizza was cold, so cold that the cheese was hard. We also ordered dessert pizza and it was burnt and had no frosting. Due to this, we decided to call and let them know. We spoke to the same employee that placed our order and she was very rude and tried to argue with us that nothing was really wrong with the dessert pizza. We then spoke with the manager and she was also rude and very unhelpful. They definitely came across like they were not concerned that we were unsatisfied. Also, on multiple occasions, we have placed our order online for this location as well and EVERY time our card has been locked (a precaution done by our bank) for fraudulent activity. I ordered 2 pizzas online a few days ago, came in to pick them up. I was charged and waited a good 20 min before being told there was an issue and my pizza wasnt "processed". Funny because they processed my payment. Manager told us he would make it and that our next visit we would get the same order free, since I already paid with card he couldn't refund me. I would recommend this restaurant to everybody. The service was very great . The restaurant was very clean with a good atmosphere. As my fiancé and I walked up to the counter to order we were greeted by a very friendly staff member named Paul. He had a great attitude and was very helpful and professional with our ordering process. We sat at a table awaiting our pizza order which was brought to us by a second employee named Kia she is a adorable, very personable and very efficient staff member who always had a smile on her face. Kia was very attentive to our needs ensuring we were okay during our visit. Our food was very good. During our dine in there was a third staff member named Manuel who was cleaning eating areas. He was very kind and respectful to not only customers but to his fellow coworkers .He is very attentive to his job and did it with a smile. Thank you all !!
