I went in to give it a try expecting that I'd be able to order a slice of pizza. I don't want a salad I don't want a drink I just want a slice of pizza. There's a whole buffet with four pizzas cut into slices yet you wont sell me only one slice of pizza. I walk out with no pizza and my money is in my wallet not in your cash register. Amazing pizza! But check this crap out. I call today to put an order in for delivery and now my address is out of their delivery zone. There's only 2 in the state and they both say I'm too far. Chandler one says they deliver up to 6 miles. Mesa one says 5 miles. Anyway I won't be wasting your damn pizza! After recommendations from members of the Ahwatukee 411 Facebook group I tried Mountain Mike's newest location near Ahwatukee on 54th. On the website the prices were competitive when compared to other pizzerias in the area and the pictures of the pizzas on the website made my mouth water. I ordered a medium pepperoni and a small Garlic Tucson. I was disappointed when the pizzas arrived when delivered by Grubhub - both pizzas were over cooked with the edges of the crust being burnt on both pies as well as the bottom of the crust. I so wanted to like Mountain Mike's but if this is the level of service and quality to be expected, I'm going to pass on ordering again. read more

Delivery was fast, but the pizza was adequate at best. Surprised at all the stars, because I wouldn't say this is good pizza.

I ordered online last night and it said 20 minutes for pick up. I arrived a bit early, and when I check in with the lady I tell her I'm here for a pick up but "I'm a little early." She said they haven't put my second pizza in the oven yet and it's be about 10 minutes. 10 minutes was 25 minutes. I wouldn't had minded having to wait...even the 25 minutes, but When I walked in initially I was greeted by HOT AIR. Mind you, it's 8pm and still almost 100 degrees outside. The poor workers looked miserable. Im pretty sure their AC needs attention and it was very difficult to sit there and wait. I went back outside to feel better. I even thought about just waiting in my car. Anyways, I hope the store get attention to their AC unit, especially for the workers. Other than having to wait fairly long for a pick up order I pre ordered and the lack of AC....the store was clean and the pizza very good. read more

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. 4 employees working; 2 making pizza, one running the counter (talking to his friend sitting at the bar top the whole time) the other walking around doing random cleaning trying to look productive. There was only 1 small family eating when we walked in; not busy at all. My family ordered a single large pepperoni pizza. We waited an entire 40 minutes before I made my way up to the counter to ask for a refund, which was about the time my children started asking where the pizza was and complaining of how hungry they were. The guy at the counter offered no concern, no apology, no service recovery, and immediately refunded us our money. There was zero sense of urgency by any of the employees. I'd also like to mention the 2 employees making the pizza were touching & handling different tools in the back and disappearing out of sight only to come back to continue handling the food with no gloves. We left and immediately placed a call to Zzeeks down the road. If you're looking for quality service, amazing pizza & friendly employees, hit up any ZZEEKS Pizza. We had our pizza and an order of fried zucchini in hand within 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN will we be trying Mountain Mikes. read more

I wish I could do 4.5 stars but I can't the only complaint I have about this place is that it's really expensive for a pizza, but they do offer coupons make sure to ask for them before you buy! Ordered a thin crust pizza for pick-up and was told online it would be ready in 20 mins. It took 45 mins and they gave me a thick crust. Pizza tasted decent, but $35 for one pizza this size I'd expect more. Maybe it's growing pains or the fact that nobody wants to work. read more

The fact we have one close to me was a delight, being from CA and all. Well that feeling was quickly shut down by the lack of service in this place. The guy taking my order joking talked about how hungover he was and chuckled because I didn't order beer??? Then the food was soooo slow. They must have put out 4 pies for the All You Can Eat which, was about 4 people. We waited and then we received our wings. Finally, however, we didn't receive any plates. He said he was coming back but never did. We had to get up and ask and then they finally came. The pizza took even longer and was cold. It did not taste like it was fresh out of the oven. What a waste of time and $100. Chandler, what the heck did you bring to the community??? Please fix this instead of poor service and food. I would skip if you want pizza. read more

We where very excited to have a mountain mikes near us since we are from the Bay Area and mountain mikes was our go to beside porky's pizza. Service was very friendly just some hiccups because there staff called out sick on Father's Day. Salad bar could of been fresher, but the pizza was very yummy. Will Definitely be going back or ordering takeout. read more
