This was my first time eating here and probably my last... They had a good pizza special going on, get a large specialty pizza for $17.99 so we decided to go with that. We ordered their "Everest" pizza and one all you can eat salad bar and one drink and it came out to around $28 for two.That's what we typically spend when we go out so I'm not complaining about the price. We came here for pizza and let me tell you I'm the queen of pizza and never ever have I came across a pizza I didn't like. Until now. The pizza literally had no taste to it whatsoever and also the sausage on the pizza was soooooo bland I ended up just picking it off. The salad bar was ok, I didn't like the ranch dressing it tasted like it was from out of the bottle of Hidden Valley, the lettuce seemed to look a little old and withered, also the croutons were stale. We went in around 7pm and there was only two other people in there, it looked like they were about to close up which I thought was odd since it was still pretty early in the evening. The woman working the front counter was nice and helpful. I did notice that a 10% off coupon popped up on my Yelp app after I checked in, but by the time it popped up we already paid so I wasn't going to bring it up. I will say I do like how they have board/card games for customers to play while they eat and they also have a nice little arcade area. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and a small pepperoni; the pizza was not cheap, it was pricey. The Snowy Alps hardly had any toppings on it, and the Sizzling Bacon Classic was okay. I bit into the slice and as I was chewing, I bit down on something really hard. I thought maybe it was a piece of bacon that was too crispy but nope, it was a huge olive pit! I called the restaurant to let them know hey you got pizza going out with olive pits in it. The acknowledged it has been an ongoing issue with their olive cans they get from cooperate. I advised if the pain didn't go away by tomorrow, I would have to go to the dentist to have my tooth checked to make sure I didn't crack it or anything but that most importantly they needed to be more careful with cleaning the olives as it could have been my child eating the slice and they would have choked. Rather than the owner calling me to see what happened, he had his employee call me to relate a message stating if i needed to go to the dentist it was going to be on cooperate because they got their olives from them, that he had nothing to do with it. I have been ordering pizza from here for the past 7 years. I have never had an issue with the quality of the pizza or with any foreign objects being in my pizza. Since the new ownership, this restaurant has gone downhill. Both the quality of the pizza and the customer service has gone downhill. read more

We brought home our order to it being raw and so doughy. Being super bowl we asked if I can pay to deliver a corrected pizza, the manager said no and to pick up my pizza in 20 min. I am the Plant Manager of one of the large manufacturing businesses in the industrial parkway on the south side of Hanford. In the past, we've ordered a lot of food from here for lunches, parties and etc over the years. i ordered on the app today and spent $55 for 2 pizzas, no coupons or etc, and tipped $5 on a simple carry out. I asked for 4 sides of ranch (2 for each pizza). I was told that the new owner doesn't provide free ranch. I wouldn't consider it free and is included in the price of the pizza(s). A year ago, I could purchase the same order and the total was about $38 with a coupon and ranch was included. Inflation has impacted everyone everywhere but this seems like gouging now. Round table even has the courtesy of discounting on large orders and/or giving ranch for free. This was very disappointing service and I will take our business elsewhere. I believe in supporting local community businesses but not like this. read more

01/12/2020 Ordered pizza bill came to around 47 dollars well waiting for food entertainment machine located in facility titled Toy Soldier did not give play when money inserted of 1 dollar. Advised employees escalated to manager at time name of Joseph was told they do not know who owns the machines in their building and to play at own risk. Manager was advised machine did not give a play when money inserted and told me that theres nothing he will do so I canceled the order not knowing the status of food preparation and left. I fell if machines in the building are taking money and not giving the play customers should be given the chance to contact the owners of the machine so they can be made aware of the issue of money being taken and machine not properly working. I was not offered a refund or the chance to contact the owner of the entertainment machine. read more

Absoulutly fantastic! Hands down, the highest quality pizza in town. The appetizers were delicious and the wings were better than most wing restaurants around. The menu seems a little pricey at first but the coupons and specials they have make it definitely worth the price. The game room they have is filled with classic arcade games that make it great for any family. But what truly made this a five star experience was the great customer service. We went during a busy part of the night and the staff handled it with ease. Their manager Joseph was super nice and helpful and the rest of their crew seemed to mirror those same positive qualities. I went there for a lunch meeting. I had the lunch buffet and it was fairly good. The green salad was fresh and the add on ingredients were plentiful and fresh. The pizza gave me a good choice to choose from. The crowd got a little heavy during peak lunch time but they made the most out of the small warming area for the pizza. This place is packed every time I come with kids and sports teams. It doesn't get too wild but on occasion when it has, the employees are quick to put a stop to it, and I appreciate that. The service is friendly as well. The salad bar is typical pizza place type. Nothing fancy, but that's okay. I love that they have the jalapeño on the salad line so you can help yourself for your pizza without the extra charge that most places charge you for jalapeño (which is absurd). The pizza is wonderful. I usually order one of the specialty pizzas. I get a "mountain" size, which is their family size, and feeds my family of 5 easily with plenty left over. It runs about $35. What a disappointing pizza parlor. We ordered a large Garlic Tuscan because the menu described it as having spice sausage, garlic and dried tomatoes. I think the box might have had better flavor than the pie! The sausage wasn't spicy, the tomatoes were bland and the crust was as attractive as the styrofoam plates were used. I need to add that the salad bar was good. Restrooms were clean and there's a large game room for kids, although it's out of view from where the parents might sit which could be a safety concern if your kids are younger. read more

As my boyfriend and I were ordering the lady cut me off and said "so a chicken club" I for a reason did not say that because I didn't want tomatoes or green onions. My new favorite pizza place in Hanford. We arrived at the very last dregs of the lunch buffet with our crew of four hungry grandchildren. They ate like crazed piranhas and enjoyed every drop. From salad to pizzas, ending with dessert pizza, we were all more than satisfied. The staff was beyond kind. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Not only was the food great, but the place was clean, well lit, had fun TV stations on, nice arcade area and super clean bathrooms. Love these people and this place. When we entered there were only 2 other families in the place, which I thought odd, being a Saturday evening. Any way, we ordered a medium size pizza, with 4 toppings, 2 reg size drinks & 2 one trip salads..... grand total $40.67 Wow! 40 bucks for 2 people! That's crazy! It's pizza, not fillet mignon! I almost told the counter person, "forget it" when she said the cost. So we get our salad, and it is okay. I wasn't really happy with the lettuce. It was bagged lettuce, and looked like it had sat awhile, some edges of the lettuce were brown. Ok, on to the pizza. Well it was just ok. Yep, just ok, nothing to get excited about. First of all, I am only giving this one star because zero is not an option. The first time I tried to try Mountain Mikes was when it first opened and I waited two hours before calling to find out they lost my online order. I made the decision to cancel that order because I was STARVING! Flash forward to tonight, I order a pizza and some garlic bread (almost $40) and then proceed to wait ANOTHER two hours!!! Upon delivery (Finally!) I open the box only to find the wrong pizza. Covered in pineapple. Not remotely what I ordered. The garlic bread came correct if you call correct freezing cold with a side of "sauce" so frozen I took off the lid to find the brand "Solo" indented in it. Complete incompetence and substandard food makes for an overall rip-off. The internet ordering system is a total fail when the people who work there obviously cannot read. Even when you call in and talk to one of the so-called employees they manage to screw it up. Went to Mt. Mikes about two weeks ago on a monday for their buffet. Asked the cashier if we could request a specialized pizza to be made. Cashier said they don't take requests. I spoke with the manager and he also said they don't take requests they have to make what pizzas that are on a strict list of oizzas they have to only make. We have been there a.few times in the past have made requests and Mt. Mikes staff in the past have satisfied our requests. We ended up going to round table pizza instead requested our pizza there and round table staff gladly fulfilled our request. I am not saying we wont be back to Mt.
