Terrible pizza place. They need to move with the times and accept coupons electronically. We were on vacation and ordered pizza. They did not deliver to our area so we had it picked up. They would not accept coupons shown on our mobile phones and demanded a printed copy. Who has access to a printer on vacation?! I've never had to print a coupon for at least the past 10 years. This is probably one of my most favorite pizzas to eat. I love how spicy the pepperoni is. The only issue I seem to always have is that the service is never good. The prices are ok but I would rather get more food than to pay twice as much for half the size. Also very stingy on how many condiments you get on your order. When ever I order, the waitress/waiters are always occupied with other things than their job. I just wish the place was good like it's food is. read more

I've known Andy for years and he is a really sweet guy. It really sucks that rude young people have to make him look bad. I have to say I am disappointed in the young staff he currently has employed. Last week my boyfriend and I called in and ordered a chicken club and a medium breadstick. The young girl who was there to ring us up had an attitude and appeared to act very unprofessional when speaking to her coworkers. This girl had colored hair and a very horrific nose ring that she constantly kept poking despite the mask on her chin. I hope she washed her hands before making our food. I would not recommend due to customer service, or at least only when Andy is working. read more

Knowing that this business has been slow in the past, I hoped that by placing an online order, that there would not be any miscommunications or incorrect information about the order. After driving into town to get the pizza (that was to be ready in 30 minutes, per the online confirmation), the young lady at the counter said that they had just made the pizza and it would be another 15 minute wait. No apologies were given or explanations as to why the order was 30 minutes behind...as soon as I got home, there was no ranch dressing (which I paid for and was documented on the receipt) and the pizza was cold and under baked. I then called to speak to the manager, who gave me some lame excuse, of which never rectified or appropriately addressed the issue. His tone of voice and response was unprofessional and never mentioned a "sorry" or "we are doing our best, how can I help resolve this?" I will not be returning to this restaurant and advise those who do, to triple check their order and be willing to wait extra long for under baked pizza and crappy customer service. read more

Here's a copy of the letter I sent to corporate, says it all! Today, I attempted to place the same order I have placed hundreds of times. However I was told that they would not accept my order as placed because of how the coupon was written. This is the same coupon, same order I have placed time and time again. Twice a year I place orders for the Christian Club at Argonat High School, and have always tipped well when there are deliveries. I am completely shocked that Mountain Mikes would treat a VERY loyal customer this way, and Because of that, I will NEVER return, and will use any influence I have to convince others not to shop there. There are plenty of other choices out there, too bad Mountain Mikes, is not as loyal as I am. My past transactions have averaged over $60 with tip for home delivery, (probably over 20 times a year) and over $120 for the School Clubs I buy for twice a year. There used to be 2 Mountain Mikes in Jackson, Ca. They were both owned by the same people. Due to 'the economic times' they have had to close one store (the one on Hwy 49 in the south side of Jackson) The one that is still open is on Hwy 88 in the Save Mart shopping center west of Jackson. Me and 4 other friends went for a day snowboarding at Kirkwood. Afterwards, us 5 were so hungry, we could have scarfed 10000 slices. We ordered their Pepperoni Mountain sized pizza with 20 slices and we ate it all. I wasn't so sure about the quality of the pizza (because we were so hungry), but I remember their crust being toasty and some peculiar good tasting pepperoni! read more

Typical pizza joint, bench seats, tv for sports, a couple arcade games for the kids. A mediocre salad bar. The only thing that made the place better was the owner, he was very kind to my wife and kids when I was not there and I can appreciate that. read more

Well I have been going here about twice a month and the last two times have really pissed me off.
